Treated my sister and brother in law to dinner at Big Woks new location. The buffet guidelines have changed but the food and service remains excellent. Overall an amazing experience to dine in there again.

My son introduced me to this place a couple years ago and I loved it so much I have introduced several people to it since. We have been here many, many times. I have never had their table service menu because you can't beat the buffet. With 5 different meats to choose from, countless vegetables, noodles and about 15 different sauces you can make your plate just the way you want it. And go back for seconds! They will also bring you rice and sesame bread if you like. The price is reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, and enjoyable experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and options plentiful. A good value for a family outing. Store was generally clean and well maintained. Would return.

It was good but nothing out of the ordinary .The service however was wonderful. I felt it was a little overpriced for Mongolian BBQ. Plus there was no seafood. I drove 50 minutes to have lunch with some friends. Don't think it's worth the drive, at least for me.

I wanted to give it a try to this place and taking into account that I follow a low carb "pseudo-keto" diet I wanted to take the risk. So this was a good choice y'all, as long as you DO NOT add any noodles to your order you are low carb and almost gluten free. They have a good meat selection, vegetables are fresh and good selection as well. You need to be careful with the spices if you do not can't tolerate very hot sauce because you can get confused with the multiple options they have. Long story short I do recommend this place, either you're following a strict diet (you manage your portions) or have any food restrictions since you pick your own ingredients.

Fun all-you-can-eat DYI Mongolian BBQ concept. Go to the buffet bar and load up your bowl with your choice of meat and veggies and a separate bowl with noodles and your concoction of sauces. Hand them over to the chef and he'll grill it up for you on a huge Mongolian flat wok. Super kind and helpful lady helped me through the process and made sure I was being looked after. Not super busy on a weekday lunch visit. Great way to fill up with a healthy dose of veggies and protein without the hassle.

Great place to go if you are really hungry, buy the lines can get kind of long during rush hour. You get to customize your bowl any way you want and I recommend filling up two bowls so you don't have to go up and wait in line again if you're still hungry. They have a small assortment of meats and plenty of veggies to make a nutritious meal. They also provide bread and rice at the table. For around 15 bucks I would say this place is pretty worth it!

Big Wok in Manhattan Beach charges around $26 for frozen, defrosted meat that’s mall food court quality, but they’re just banking on the rich neighborhood to justify inflated prices. For that kind of price, I’d rather pay $10 more and eat at Fogo de Chão, also in Manhattan Beach, where you get freshly grilled, premium cuts of meat and a real dining experience. I wouldn’t waste my money here again.
