Very friendly service. I looked at the operations of the staff there and from the short amount of time I spent in the lobby, it appears this team works great together and were pushing out orders at a normal pace. My big order didn't take long and was right. Good job to this In-N-Out burger and it's team.

The restaurant, as always, was clean, organized, and inviting. The staff are kind, and efficient. The food is high quality, always fresh, and well made. The only complaint I can give is that EVERY TIME I eat here, which is every Saturday, THEY ALWAYS GET MY NAPKINS COVERED IN SAUCE RENDERING THEM USELESS. I never understood the hype of In-N-Out until I came to this location. SPECIFICALLY, this location. The on in the Highlands has never given me a burger that wasn't overly salted, greasy garbage. But truly, this location makes something special and I haven't been disappointed during any of the (admittedly too many) times I've been recently.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but today I had to! The young man working the register today (I believe his name was Connor) was exceptional. Our order took a little longer than expected but Connor was super kind and apologetic and even offered us a milkshake. His mannerism was phenomenal and overall really great customer service!

Easy 10/10. This is the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had. We changed our order twice after paying and they were still great the entire time! WILL come back.

Came in to reward my team for coming in on an inclement weather day. The manager Theresa was very accommodating and very pleasant with helping to navigate a large order. The associate James was very helpful and conversational and was happy to help us get everything situated. Was very pleased with the customer service I received and the speed of service for such a large order!!! Will be coming back in the future of course, we love In N Out!!!

It was about two years ago that In-N-Out dethroned Whataburger as my favorite fast food burger place, and this location is the prime instrument of that conversion. I have been here several times for lunch (it is my customary spot to use when I take friends to lunch), and it is always spotlessly clean, with superlative food, reasonable wait times, and friendly professional employees. I mentioned that it is spotlessly clean- nearly every time I am there there is a gentleman named Tom who is constantly visiting tables throughout the restaurant to clean, and he also offers to take empty baskets and trash for customers. He obviously takes great pleasure in doing his work with excellence, and he is always an encouragement and a superb example. Please give this restaurant a chance when you're able- you won't regret it.

This is the in-and-out burger franchise restaurant in Texas. The menu is purely burgers, fries, and soft drinks. Their lettuce burger is a thing, and their French fries are cut and fried freshly. The service here is quite fast, and the pricing is below average. Coke refills are for free.

This place has been amazing. I went about 4 times in a week since we don’t have them back home. Burgers r fresh. Their sauce has like a Big Mac flavor taste to it. It’s not bad. But I took mine plain. One thing I learned is if u ask for a different sauce, it’s usually overloaded. Their sweet tea is amazing. U can also try the Flying Dutchman (no bread) just 2 grilled onions on the outer parts of the burger

Love In-N-Out burger, the food is so delicious, no as greasy as other fast food places. The portions are good and prices are very decent. What I like the most is the clean open kitchen. Much needed late night snack. The food was great and the workers were courteous. The cashier asked if I was going to be eating in my car because I guess they wrap the food differently. I'm still not 100% sure what this was about. When I was driving off there was a group of girls inside that waved to me as I left. It looked like they were just having fun but it put a smile on my face. That was certainly better than seeing a bunch of homeless people or drug addicts lingering around.

The food was incredible, as I've come to expect from In n Out, but the real standout at this location was the service, especially Hon (sorry if i got his name wrong, i only glanced at his nametag). He was incredibly friendly and was attentive when it came to drink refills and throwing away trash, keeping covid risk at a minimum. Also it was my first protein style and it was ridiculously good.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight and thank Jailynn, for her amazing customer service skills. She is the first person in all of our visits to have made sure we had everything we needed and thoughtfully so. (Not dogging anyone else but she went above and beyond for us today) My daughter is a happy girl because of her! You all have outstanding team members who always give us the best customer service and this is one of my daughter’s favorite places to eat because of you all! See ya next time 🙏🏻

Winter storm and the roads were getting iced up. I was getting a little stir crazy watching the U.S. Nationals at home and craving the best burgers in the business. When I got to the door they had just locked it due to weather conditions getting a bit worse. Totally understandable. Went to walk back to the truck and multiple employees (Hon and several others) motioned for me to come inside and order! What a place! Anywhere else would have just watched me walk off. As a person with celiac I love this place. Their always fresh fries are gluten free. And even though they don't have gluten free buns, I get my burger wrapped in lettuce. I love the fact that their menu is so small and basic. So what they do have is good. Quality over quantity! And the inside of their restaurants has that 50's diner feel to it, I just love it!

The fries had to much salt for my taste however texture and taste was amazing! Our burgers were really good too! They were juicy and properly done. And who doesn't enjoy a wonderful shake? Great job!! Service: Everyone was very friendly and polite! We were greeted and welcomed to the counter, our order was taken, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Atmosphere: Even though it was busy, everything was clean and tidy. The tables and floors looked great! Overall we are extremely happy with our choice to dine here! I'm certain we will be back to try things animal style.

Burgers were good because the meat was fresh and obviously cooked when ordered. Still soft pink and delicious. The veggies fresh and buns toasted perfectly crispy on the inside. The fries, I felt, were a tad over fried. Too crispy for a thin sliced potato. The restaurant was immaculately clean. Likely because of Tom, the older gentleman they had cleaning the tables, condiments stand, and restrooms were all very clean. Overall it was a pleasant visit. They seemed busy at the drive thru and as we left our dine in visit, they were busy inside too. There was a long line to order. Their menu is simple. But that’s a good.

Double-Double Animal Style was delicious. Onions were perfectly Caramelized and I love the sauce. Fresh and juicy patties were cooked perfectly. Strawberry shake was average, little on the sweet side. Love the variety of seating accommodations inside. An option for every situation. Noticed the tables needed to be wiped down when I was going to sit at the window bar seating area…but then an employee was right behind me cleaning up, cancel that concern.

I stopped here for lunch around 1:30 on 6/17. I was warmly welcomed as I walked through the door, and my order was taken within moments of my arrival. The establishment was very clean, and as people were leaving, their tables were almost immediately made ready for the next customer. Everyone cleaning everywhere was almost like watching a musical. 🤣 My order was accurate and ready within minutes. The burger was juicy, and I could tell the ingredients were fresh. The fries were also crisp and fresh, and made just right after I sprinkled them with the salt that was provided with them. Overall I enjoyed my meal here and had a good time.

Cali I can say although I love California In n Out locations and food best, so far the Texas locations have done the original spots justice and Mansfield was by far the nicest yet. In-n-Out has a consistently great burger at all their locations. The double double is burger perfection. I have never had a bad one at any location. Their fries are good as long as they are hot. They are fresh and natural but I like my fries processed and chemicals added to make them taste awesome like at other chains. However, the burger is fast food perfection and never disappoints. This doesn't mean that I don't love Whataburger as well. We can all get along and have more than one beloved fast food burger place.

The line is always really really long inside or the drive thru. I feel like they can work a little faster seeing through the window that there sitting and talking with each other and laughing. We stopped in at this In N Out with my wife and my dad who was visiting from out of state. He loves In N Out and always talks about it but he does not have one anywhere near where he lives, so when he comes to Texas it is one of the first places he wants to go. It felt good taking him somewhere he really enjoys. My wife and my dad both ordered their burgers protein style and they were both happy with how they came out. They said everything tasted fresh and the lettuce wrap held together better than most places that try to copy that style. I went with a double double plain and an order of fries and everything was cooked like you expect from In N Out. Simple, hot, and consistent. It is one of those meals that hits the spot without trying to be anything more than a good burger and fries. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because the service was slower than what I normally see at In N Out. They are usually known for moving people through quickly but this time the line dragged a bit and the dining room could have used some extra tightening up. Tables needed wiping and it seemed like they were short staffed or just dealing with a rush. None of that ruined the meal or anything, it just stood out because they are normally so fast and sharp. Overall though, we enjoyed it and my dad was happy so that alone made it worth the stop. I would come back without hesitation.

I was in town visiting and decided to go here for lunch. The food is good. They give you a lot of fries but for some reason there were a lot more piled up on one order. The one piled up tasted a little stale which I’m not sure why because this place was so busy. They are constantly serving fries so not sure how these fries would taste like this. Overall the burgers were ok. It’s more affordable than most fast food places.

My son and I went on Christmas Eve night. In Arlington not much was open, but they were. This place has a lot of employees. Considering the line, it went really quick. Their food is really good. But they put way too much onion on the burger. If you take a little of the onion off your golden. So if you don't like onions, let them know.

They were slammed for lunch. Waited 20 minutes for my food after I ordered.

To be fair, I had to go back and try this location again. Previously the burgers really fell short -- not at all like typical "In N Out" quality. I'm happy to say they've improved significantly. Service is always great, and this time they served up a great meal. I'd give more stars but they haven't quite mastered the Secret Menu items yet.

First time trying it. The food wasn't bad but though it was odd to only have 3 burgers. Got combos and they came out in a box which was neat. Also was surprised to not have any ranch dressing.. who doesn't lol

The price isn't bad and a double double cheese burger, fries and medium drink for a little over $10. Beyond that, I don't get it. Not much meat and generous quantity of bland stick fries. It's why I don't eat here on a regular basis. It took a good ten minutes from my order to get my food, so much for In-N-Out. Service was fine, you really can't screw up an order at a place that doesn't have much of a selection. It's a noisy place.

When this restaurant opened I was soooo excited. I am from California and having this in my town after years of missing it was amazing. Unfortunately the burgers are sub par. The first location ( located on 75 in Dallas) is EXCELLENT, and compared to our Mansfield location, puts it to shame. Why? Mansfields burgers are ALWAYS SLOPPY and a horrible mess to eat. The burgers are consistently raw, except for around the edges, so much so I’ve had to resort to ordering “WELL DONE” to even hope to get a 100% edible burger. Overall I feel let down with every visit.

I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but this time was disappointing. :( My fries were cold and tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a while. Definitely not up to their usual standard. Hope this was just a one-off, but it really ruined the meal.

Food is great , but they treat employees like an option. Choose profits over people , and the only reason I say that is because they legit have this poor guy out here in 50 degree weather taking orders at the order box. Just get the people to drive up to the window , don’t be arrogant and put a persons lively hood at stake because you want to hit a certain number at the end of the night to meet your quota. Treat your employees better.

Burgers were served with buns burned black, hard and inedible two visits in a row. Today the remade burger was even more burned than the one I asked to be remade. I've been to in-n-outs all over the country and have never experienced this before. Not even in other parts of TX, just this location. Please ensure ample staffing on weekends. It's not okay to wait that long for food that is burned (twice) or to overwork staff past their capacity.

Forgot just how Trash the in and out burgers are. When a burger and fries is the only thing on your menu, how do you screw that up? Ask the fine folks at in and out… for $6.28 it was a waste of money toy burger…. fries were fresh but they just don’t taste that good.. Plain old Trash happy meal patty burgers is the best way I can describe it… Greasy AF… Never again will I waste money at this Outdated Consistent Trash burger experience…I actually think the pattie’s in the happy meal are bigger.. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to get into an argument with the workers here. I’m not requesting anything that isn’t on the menu. I ordered an animal style fry with no cheese and to add the chopped chilis on top and they keep telling me they can’t do that even though times fulfilled this request multiple times. This last time was enough with the bs when they decided to put burnt black onions all over my food which was clearly some sort of retaliation on their part and for what? If fulfilling basic requests is too much just turn in your resignation rather than arguing with people.
