⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing breakfast experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Jenna. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in at the right times, kept our drinks refilled, and had a great attitude that made the whole meal even better. Our food came out exactly as ordered, and Jenna made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She truly went above and beyond and made our morning start off great. IHOP is lucky to have her!

Diya was an amazing server during my visit to IHOP. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was taken care of from start to finish. Our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and he consistently checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Diya had a positive attitude the entire time and created a welcoming environment that really enhanced our dining experience. His customer service was outstanding, and he is a great example of what excellent service at IHOP should look like. I would definitely be happy to have him as my server again.

Their bright smiles and great personalities help make dining here the best way to EVER start my day. I recently visited this IHOP location and had an excellent overall experience. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made for a very comfortable dining environment. The food was prepared promptly and met the high standards I expect from IHOP—fresh, hot, and flavorful. I would especially like to recognize our server, Jenna, for her outstanding service. She was professional, attentive, and courteous throughout our visit. Jenna ensured our order was accurate, checked in regularly, and maintained a positive and friendly demeanor that truly enhanced our experience. Oh man, I have a lot of wonderful things to say about this specific location! For some background, I have not been to an IHOP in a couple of years, and my last experiences at a location closer to me were not the best and left me with the impression that the food and service at IHOP was... average. Now, when my mother and I dined in on a Tuesday at 2 AM, let me just this is THE BEST IHOP I have ever been to. Despite visiting at such an odd hour, I was pleasantly surprised that the man named Gee who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. He was attentive and gave good menu recommendations when we had questions involving the menu. Our food was delicious, freshly cooked, and hot. Something else I really appreciated is that we were not rushed and did not feel rushed at all the entire time we were in the restaurant. About two weeks ago, my mother and I went to this location once again at an odd hour, and happened to have Gee as our server again, who was just as awesome as before, with fast service, friendliness, and great food. I wanted to recount both experiences because the outstanding service and hard work of Gee deserves to be recognized!! 😊

We love IHOP . We’ve being coming to IHOP since the 90’s . It’s one of our favorite restaurants. Whenever we are traveling the first place we look for is an IHOP . The atmosphere is always family friendly , inviting and the staff is always incredible . Recently we’ve returned the location in Mansfield , TX . The first IHOP we visited over 25yrs ago Store number 1940 N. Mansfield , TX . The staff is incredible , the servers remember our order and it’s always cozy and comfortable. Our server Rick has been amazing . He’s prompt , friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. Cheers to Ihop for always being the one place we can always feel at home .

Wendy best server I’ve ever had! She took care of my family and made sure everything was perfect. Consistently checked up with us and never let our drinks get low. We had a little hiccup when ordering and she made sure to clarify and fix what was wrong promptly. She truly upped the standards for any server we ever get in the future. Our server was amazing! She was attentive on a busy Saturday around the holidays. She even gave me a to go cup of my favorite strawberry syrup so my pancakes didn't get soggy. Havent been to this IHOP in a long time but will be coming back for the service and food was great. I recommend the French toast and the vanilla cold foam cold brew. Delicious!

Atmosphere was chill, food was great, the service was overall not the best. Great manager, but the staff were forgetful, got the bigger table in after us and they were able to leave before us because the service was so slow. Food came out a little cold.

Our server, Breana, Was an excellent server. She apparently had just the right amount of tables and was able to service us before we had a need. I never wanted for a drink; she was able to adjust my order the way I wanted it and everyone’s at the table came out correctly. She smiled she was happy and that’s a great way to start your day.

She made our visit feel completely different by offering another level of attention. We were very well taken care of, with kindness and professionalism that went beyond expectations. You get a little of everything—fluffy pancakes, thick-cut French toast with powdered sugar, scrambled eggs, golden hash browns, and a side of turkey sausage and turkey bacon. It’s great to have a leaner option without sacrificing flavor—both the turkey sausage and bacon were surprisingly savory and satisfying. The real highlight? The natural, fresh-squeezed orange juice. Crisp, smooth, and refreshing—it elevated the whole meal and paired perfectly with the hearty breakfast. The staff was welcoming, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and calm despite being busy. This IHOP off 287 hits all the right notes for a casual, feel-good breakfast.

We were seated quickly. Once we were waited on the drinks came out and we waited a few minutes for our order. The oreo cookie waffle was to sweet. Initially the strawberry and cream waffle was ordered but they advised they ran out of strawberries and it was only 11 am. The whip cream was had a waxy taste to it. Beware they do use preservatives in their food. So may want to stay for a bit or leave immediately to get to a bathroom.

Makenzie was our server and it was one of the worst service I’ve received in my life. She took 20 minutes in between every check in and left my beverage completely empty 3 times while I waited for Makenzie to come back. The food was cold too. Then, they misgendered my friend! It says “lgbtq+ friendly” but that’s a big fat lie. He’s not even transgender he’s a cisgender man that sounds and looks like a man so that really pissed me off too. Ended up not leaving a tip because she didn’t even do the bare minimum.

I’m not sure where all the positive reviews for this restaurant come from. I wish we had received the same treatment others describe, but unfortunately our experience was quite poor. The waiter was very kind, and I actually felt bad for him because he clearly didn’t have the support he needed. There were far too many customers and only one server attending everyone. I also saw nearly three families leave because they were never attended to. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get a simple Coke, and the food took about an hour to arrive. I’m sorry, but the management of this place is really lacking because the staff seems to be doing their best, but the real issue is the administration.
