Came to ihop, it was a really friendly environment, all the staff were very helpful and helped each other out, my server Diya was super helpful and nice, and the cooks did a fantastic job.

We were there at 6 am during the week. The one man band serving and cooking makes this IHOP the best one in Arlington.

Oh man, I have a lot of wonderful things to say about this specific location! For some background, I have not been to an IHOP in a couple of years, and my last experiences at a location closer to me were not the best and left me with the impression that the food and service at IHOP was... average. Now, when my mother and I dined in on a Tuesday at 2 AM, let me just this is THE BEST IHOP I have ever been to. Despite visiting at such an odd hour, I was pleasantly surprised that the man named Gee who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. He was attentive and gave good menu recommendations when we had questions involving the menu. Our food was delicious, freshly cooked, and hot. Something else I really appreciated is that we were not rushed and did not feel rushed at all the entire time we were in the restaurant. About two weeks ago, my mother and I went to this location once again at an odd hour, and happened to have Gee as our server again, who was just as awesome as before, with fast service, friendliness, and great food. I wanted to recount both experiences because the outstanding service and hard work of Gee deserves to be recognized!! 😊

Pretty standard IHOP. Easy access. The staff was super friendly our food was served within seven minutes of ordering. Unfortunately, we’re still in the Covid pandemic so you are required to enter this location with a mascon. We didn’t have mass and we’re lucky that Jennifer was able to give us two masks so that we could sit down and enjoy our breakfast. Thank you Jennifer. I have the spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise and a hash brown and he had the blueberry pancakes and two over hard eggs. I believe the bill was about 22 or $23, so that is affordable. The staff definitely made this a pleasant experience and they were really amazing and very attentive.You can never go wrong with breakfast and lunch foods

This was our first time at this location. There is always a crowd. Looks like the line just continues to grow, but you were seated within twenty to twenty-five minutes, sometimes even sooner. The food was great. There was only one issue where there was actually hair in between the pancakes. The strawberry pancakes, but after telling them about it, they rectify the situation and brought us out another order. So there was an additional ten minute wait . The restrooms were clean aa well. This could have easily been a 5-star review. We will visit again.

It’s great to have a leaner option without sacrificing flavor—both the turkey sausage and bacon were surprisingly savory and satisfying. The real highlight? The natural, fresh-squeezed orange juice. Crisp, smooth, and refreshing—it elevated the whole meal and paired perfectly with the hearty breakfast. The staff was welcoming, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and calm despite being busy. This IHOP off 287 hits all the right notes for a casual, feel-good breakfast.

Makenzie V was extremely inattentive, rude, and just all around a bad server. There was nobody in the restaurant and we were there for over an hour, not because the food took so long but because we could never find the server. She came to our table maybe 4 times and seemed like she was being held hostage forced to work. Ihop is great but something needs to be done about that server. This isn’t our usual IHOP so at first I thought maybe the disappointing experience was a result of being spoiled to a better store elsewhere but as the meal progressed the situation worsened beyond doubt. From sitting for several minutes before being asked about drinks, to receiving partial order and incorrect food order, to needing food reheated to sitting with empty drinks for prolonged period, this was just not a good dining experience. Customer service was good. Employees were kind and friendly but service and service time itself was not acceptable.

So I been a chef for 4year and let me tell you this I NEVER thought I would have Seen the two cook in the back touching my food with NO gloves on. I will never eat at the restaurant again. The sever was ok, The one sever I love I don’t know her name but she was amazing she check on all the table making sure everyone was doing good and seeing if they need Togo box or a refilled of the drink. She was a black young lady. The other thing is Me and boyfriend was waiting 30 minutes just to have the sever tell us the $6 meal deal was over but on the menu it didn’t have time when it ended it just say every day. . I do not recommend on coming to this ihop.

I came here with my wife for the first time since we moved to Mansfield, when we walked in not a single employee tended to us for nearly 10 minutes. The place only had like 4 tables filled, so i know they could have atleast seated us somewhere until we get served. We stood there and employees would glance at us and then go back to what they were doing. We left and decided they dont deserve our business. Later, we ordered from Uber eats and it turned out to be this store that our order came from, though I hadn't checked which store to order from when I submitted it. We ordered a mushroom and spinach omelet with pancakes for breakfast today. It came STALE as if it was sitting for a couple of hours. I bet this was someone elses order that we got and it had been sitting somewhere forever and they decided to pacify us with it. Ive ordered this stuff before and even had it sit at home for hours in the past, and the food would never get as stale as it came in today. The pancakes had what looked like mold on them, and the tomatoes that were in the omelet were sour. Never ever ever ordering from this establishment again, ihop corporate should audit this place and fix it because its doing a crappy job at keeping customers. Negative 10 out of 10

Food was good but our waitress was horrendous and needs to be trained on how to treat customers. When we were ordering, my husband asked the waitress (Breanna W was the name listed on our receipt) a question about if something was available on the menu anymore, because we didn’t see it immediately and IHOP has changed their menus since we last ate there. She very rudely and sarcastically answered my husband’s question. She said that what he asked about was under the entrees (which it was not-both my husband and I specifically looked under entrees and scanned the entire menu and we didn’t see it.) And on top of that, she proceeded to tell my husband that maybe he was “turning blind” and started laughing because he didn’t see it on the menu. She also started complaining how annoying it is that she has to tell people where things are on the menu/why they can’t just find it on their own. That was beyond infuriating. We finished our meal, paid, and left. Not too sure we will come back to this Mansfield, Tx. IHOP location.

From the moment I walked in the server had a bit of an attitude. I was given plastic instead of regular utensils and everyone had regular. I was given a dirty cup with jelly inside of the Dr. Pepper I had ordered (never had jelly and also advised her she gave me a dirty cup. By far the worse dining experience ever. Going to just avoid. (I ordered food and wasn’t just there for free pancake for NPD. Also servers were upset that customers were coming in.

We were seated as soon as we walked in that was a plus. once we were seated we had a few mins to look over the meun. after about 5 mins we had no server come over and attend us. so I asked the lady that brought to our table if we could get a server and she said yes. about 5 mins later we have a server come over and say I'll be with you thank you for being patient. the server never came back after that.

Makenzie was our server and it was one of the worst service I’ve received in my life. She took 20 minutes in between every check in and left my beverage completely empty 3 times while I waited for Makenzie to come back. The food was cold too. Then, they misgendered my friend! It says “lgbtq+ friendly” but that’s a big fat lie. He’s not even transgender he’s a cisgender man that sounds and looks like a man so that really pissed me off too. Ended up not leaving a tip because she didn’t even do the bare minimum.

I’m not sure where all the positive reviews for this restaurant come from. I wish we had received the same treatment others describe, but unfortunately our experience was quite poor. The waiter was very kind, and I actually felt bad for him because he clearly didn’t have the support he needed. There were far too many customers and only one server attending everyone.
