Ryan was our server tonight. He was the best ! Best service we have had in a very long time. Everything was great. Food was great as well as always. Drove from Forney just to eat here.
It's a bit dark but the waiter and servers were really nice, the man with the manbun complimented my shirt :)
Great food, friendly cook, generous portions.
Best Hibachi in mansfield, Chefs are funny and take care of everyone around the table evenly.
This is our new go-to place for sushi. The sushi was pretty good, but what keeps us coming back is the service. Hardy has a phenomenal personality and genuinely wants to serve his guests. Great experience.
Really good food. Expensive. A lot of fun for the entire family.
I’ve visited this restaurant twice in the past month, and both experiences have been fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is attentive and friendly, always making sure we have everything we need. The food consistently tastes fresh and delicious, with great flavor and generous portions. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable dining experience.
Food was plentiful and the Hibachi guys were very entertaining. Not a quick in and out though. Seems they want a full table before they start cooking. We'll worth the wait.
Been here several times.....a couple at the hibachi grill and first time dining with menu options. Every time we've eaten here, food is always fresh and delicious. This time we had the bento boxes with California rolls, sashimi, sushi, etc. All were good. We also had the ahi tower for the first time for an appetizer and was very good. We will have to get that tower again next time.
Love the atmosphere and sushi is always amazing. Make sure to try Merry Land Roll
Louis was our chef. He was amazing! So much fun. The food was excellent. Do not like the no reservations for parties of less than 6. Had to wait 40min with no reservation & watched people walk out because of the wait. I only stayed because my kids (all over 17) had never had a hibachi experience and they were looking forward to it. Don't know that we will be back because of the "no reservation" policy, but thanks for the memory.
We had great experience. Such an amazing service and great quality of food.
Awesome experience, super classy. Great date night spot!
Ability to accommodate large parties 14-20 ppl with or without reservations. They have multiple large dining set ups (at least a dozen) plus bar area, plus you can n order carry out. Our large family went here to after graduation. The good was great, the people are large, the price is very reasonable ( our family's tab was $450 which include gratuity ). This is a must try for family fun and / or weekend dining out. We'll definitely be back.
The sushi bar is where you should go. Ignore the glamor and excitement of the hibachi. Go sit at the bar and order some nigiri. Avoid the rolls. It's over priced and all for show. Go and order fish by name. If you don't know get the tuna, maguro and the yellowtail, hamachi. My fav is unagi. You can't go wrong. Ask for a hand roll if you like rolls.
Awesome place. Loved it. Sushi was fresh and hibachi was entertaining. Get the filet over the steak; steak was just okay. Overall will be back.
The staff is so friendly! We were quickly seated even though we had a large party. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend
Ordered this for take out lunch last week, and I must say it was one of the best take outs Ive had in a long time!! Salmon and Chicken lunch combo did not disappoint, portion and price was just right. They gave all the extra sauces without being asked. Easy and friendly service when ordering. I was just passing thru from out of town..Very glad we selected this option!
Toyota was our Chef today I have to rank him #1 when it comes to favor I mean FANTASTIC 😍😍😍 HE IS THE BEST BY FAR I EAT HIBACHI AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK .TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE I HAVE NEVER HAD THE CHICKEN AND STEAK JUST MELT IN MY MOUTH OMGGGG THIS WAS WORTH THE DRIVE AND I MUST SAY MONEY WELL SPENT .....WHOLE STAFF WAS AMAZING
We love coming here for date night and sitting on the sushi side. We are always seated right away. We LOVE the Florida roll and the OKC and San Diego rolls are good as well. We also love a good Shakespeare martini or two! Give these a try if you come.
Had fun with my daughter son-in-law and granddaughter Audrey. Service was good people were nice sing happy birthday to our table mates. All in all it was a great place to eat.
I've been going here for many, many years, and I can say that this place will always be my number one spot for hibachi and sushi. I usually sit on the dine in side since I find the hibachi grill too loud and have seen the show a lot already, but first timers should try the grill. I highly recommend this place for almost any ocassion.
Hibachi! It was delicious! Watching the entertainment is always joyful! The staff is very kind and appeasing
We just had another fantastic hibachi dinner and Martin, our hibachi chef, truly made the experience unforgettable. He was amazing with our 4.5-year-old son—so engaging, fun, and full of energy. It was hands down our best hibachi experience yet! The food is always consistently delicious, and the portions are incredibly generous. We keep coming back for a reason—highly recommend! PS: Get the lychee martini!!!
One of the best Hibachi I have ate at in the area. Our Chef was amazing. We laughed the entire time. The food was delicious and seasoned perfectly. I had the lobster and scallops. I Highly recommend. I should have got pics of the food but I was to busy eating it. We will definitely go back. Han...spelling may not be right is the best. He also goes by Han Solo and Sum Young Guy lol. You will have the best if you get him. Salad dressing was very good, we even bought some to take home. I will post one of the only pics I got. My son says he wants to be a Chef and Han made his day. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area. Edit: still one of my favorite places to eat. You cannot go wrong here.
I absolutely love this place! The food, the drinks, the service...it's all just good. To me they are definitely over Benihana. The food is better and the drinks are most definitely better. I'm not into sushi other than a good California roll, which was also delicious, but I can't speak on the real deal sushi. If you live in the Mansfield/Grand Prairie area, save yourself the hassle of going all the way to Dallas this place is as good as it gets!
Amazing place. Always a little wait, but that should tell you how good it is haha. Even on valentines we only waiting 10 minutes to be seated at dinner. Love this place and have been coming for years. Their Mahi Mahi is delicious, that’s my go to. Will always recommend this place and come back for more!
A cute place, with fantastic food, a nice atmosphere, and a fun show! We ordered chicken, rare filet, and shrimp with fried rice and everything we got was perfectly cooked, tasted fantastic, and was given to us by the best chef Martine (spell check?) who made the experience so much more fun. I can not wait to come back! It does get a little loud when its busy, but honestly its so worth it. We got so much food for the price, if we didnt live an hour away I would have taken it home. Its delicious.
First time with the family. Went to the hibachi side where our chef was great. He was entertaining and cooked our food to our specifications. The food was great! We ordered chicken, steak, and shrimp. The portions were good only portion that was small was the steam white rice.
Went out for my buddy’s birthday. They were very busy and it was a little slow to get started but the food was super tasty. I got a rainbow roll as an appetizer basically and it was some pretty solid sushi. I got the filet and lobster hibachi meal and it was pretty good. The fried rice was super good. I also got a Japanese Old Fashioned that was awesome. Would definitely return in the future.
Went here for a late lunch with friends and family. I made a reservation because it was a Sunday and we wanted to make sure we had a spot especially because there were seven of us. We arrived early and decided to so hibachi. All of us got beef, shrimp and chicken combo. My niece go herself a florida rolls from the sushi bar. Our server John was awesome! The same thing with the chef and Hardy from the sushi bar. It was the first time for my little nephew to experience dining at hibachi place so the chef really made his day. Definitely recommend this place if you ever visiting Mansfield, TX.
This had been one of my favorite places. I have been coming here for years, and the food is amazing. My favorite roll is the New Hampshire. My kids enjoy eating here, too. We sit in the sushi area and love the quiet atmosphere so we can talk.. The fried cheese cake was a pleasant surprise!
We came on a Tuesday night, and the place was packed, but we were sat in about 15 minutes with no reservation. Peter, our chef, was terrific, we enjoyed the show, he was very friendly, and the portions were large. I ordered the shrimp & scallops dinner plate with fried rice, and it was delicious! No extra sauce is needed; however, the two that they provide do pair well with the dish. Overall, it’s a great time with good food here, so you can’t go wrong. Maybe next time, I’ll try their sushi. 😊
Absolutely delicious and repeat worthy. The food was amazing and the service was excellent.

This place was grand. Friendly service, great food and drinks, and some darn good company. It's clean and decorated on the inside and parking was a breeze. Will be back 100%.
Everything was great-we come here often. Adult drinks are good, too.? Very clean and servers are attentive.
We all had hibachi. The ambiance, rice and veggies were great. My family got steak and salmon, and no one had complaints. I got the chicken, which was tough tenderloins that still had the membrane and tendon on them. Pretty unpleasant chicken.
We usually go there for birthdays and the food is always excellent. The chef cooks it right in front of you. The kids love to watch him. You get great food and plenty of it. Made to order. We've been there many times.
Used to be one of my favorite go-to's for hibachi... but I've noticed the portions have gotten much smaller but the prices went up. Decent, but not as much food for the price as other places.
We had a birthday dinner here for my dad. The food was delicious a little expensive but worth it. The waiter did an amazing job he wad friendly and attentive. Parking was hard to come by because it gets busy. The second thing is we were trying to take pictures with my dad after we ate. A woman who appeared to be the manager came over and kept trying to rush us out the door. I feel like that was rude especially with the amount of people we had in our group. Plus the total amount we paid for all the food plus tip. I think they could have spared us a few minutes for pictures.
My soup was so watered down that it taste like water. My yum yum sauce was also watered down. I asked for medium steak and I got well done. Honestly I should have took my food back but I was in a rush and on lunch break. I will not be returning. Edit: thank you for replying to my review. It means a lot that you listen to your customers. For this, I will definitely give you another try.
My son (10 yr) and I always go for sushi at another location in Mansfield, but today they were closed at 3. So instead we went to this Sushi bar. We have always seen it on our way home. I’m glad we visited! It was a very nice experience. It’s a small restaurant with Hibachi on one side and Sushi in the other. We chose the sushi side and our waiter seemed New. It he was so polite and attentive. My son wanted a soda and all they had were bottled Japanese Soda. It tasted like carbonated Gatorade. It was good! Opening one was interesting. Very high tech bottle! We ordered California rolls & miso soup for my son. He didn’t care for the miso soup much. However, he ate all his California Rolls and loved them! I ordered udon noodles with vegetables and it was delicious as well. One of the best udon bowls in Texas. I do wish they offered vegetable based broth for vegans and vegetarians. I didn’t realize until I ordered it was chicken broth. I will know next time! The prices were relatively high for lunch, but if you are going to dinner on a date this would be an excellent choice. If you are vegetarian/vegan you have no options for soup at all. Even the Miso and coconut soup have chicken broth.
One of my go-to spots. I absolutely love their food and have become a big fan over time. The flavors are always on point, and the portions leave you full and happy. Overall, it’s a great experience every time. That said, hibachi comes with its quirks. Sharing a table with strangers can get a little awkward depending on the vibe, and every now and then the chefs get very into the show—like, Olympic-level spatula flipping and onion volcano theatrics. It’s entertaining, but sometimes you just want to eat in peace without ducking flying shrimp. Honestly, maybe they should have a “just feed me” section for those of us who came strictly for the food and not the full performance. Still, the atmosphere is fun, the energy is high, and the food keeps me coming back. Definitely worth checking out!
Family experience here was great. My husband and son really enjoyed themselves.
Hibachi set up. Cook had no real presentation. No real entertainment. Food was decent, but I've definitely had better hibachi. We ordered the sea bass instead of salmon and were told it was a $10 upcharge then they didn't even have sea bass. Also to spice up our edamame was a $4 upcharge. Drinks were good but not cheap. All in all, not a great experience.
My husband and I came here around 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't super busy, and the hostess and server were both attentive. The server checked on us often and we never ran out of our water. I ordered the cookies and cream martini and the flavor was great, but it did have significant ice chunks in it. We loved the flavors of the rolls (San Francisco is great!) but it was pricey. We ordered 4 rolls, 1 martini, and 1 appetizer and it ran us about $80. We tipped well because the server was fantastic, but the rolls seemed expensive for what they were and how much we got. Overall cool experience, but not a regular dining option for us.
The fried rice was really good the staff was really funny not a single roach in sight just din't like the nabeyaki but 4 stars

Love the sushi and the atmosphere, tonight we choose to try the hibachi and the chef was great and the food was awesome however the moment the chef finished the food and left the table the server immediately brought us the check and to go boxes... felt rushed, like they wanted us to leave immediately. Outside that it was very good!
The food was awesome!!! I was there to celebrate my daughter graduation and birthday. The server was okay. I feel like he wasn't attentive to our party. The chef was great!!! I don't like when you go to a restaurant where when you have a party of of 6 or more they automatically add in the gratuity. I notice that you tend to get poor service or okay service because the server automatically know that they going to get a tip. I feel like you should have the right to give what you want. I have eaten out a lot and we pay attention to the type of service we get. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and know how to take care of a customer.
Not bad, but nothing really special either. A bit pricey for the exsperience. It was ok.
Me and my wife order the king and queen. I feel like this was a small portion for $100
New to the Mansfield area and decided to try Sake Hibachi Sushi & Bar with my daughters total party of 3. iPhone Maps was showing the restaurant to be closed at 5pm so I called and they confirmed the were in fact open. The service over all was a 5. Very entertaining and we were seated immediately. However, seating is tight compared to hibachi I have experienced in Dallas and overflow storage is kept along some walls in the dining areas. The food was just okay. We enjoyed the crab puffs appetizer and of course the soup and salad that comes prior to main course. While the rice, lo mien, and veggies were tasty, the meat was not. EVERYTHING (Shrimp, chicken, and beef) was over cooked. I might return to try their sushi but the $130 spent was not worth it.
I'm from NYC, so my taste is a little different from others so I can't really rate the food based on that, I can however rate the atmosphere and people, I gave it a 3 starts because it's very gloomy, empty the staff are not familiar with Japanese custom and culture so it feels like I just walk into a regular restaurant that serves Japanese food, the show was great love the fireworks, food way too salty, big portions but I couldn't eat it.
There were good and bad things about this place. The bathroom was completely disgusting, waitress was slammed and clearly not in a great mood. The cook was talented and food was good. But he splashed got oil on a guest across the table. Maybe better on a less busy night... But lots of opportunity to improve
Sushi was good. Recommend the Sushi Heaven, chef's choice. The Hollywood Roll was....okay.
My family and I visited after the restaurants opened again from Covid. It was a great experience, my wife and I love to try new Hibachi restaurants and find the best ones in the area. This one tops the list for us, very great personable chefs, great sushi. And top notch hibachi. I ordered a sushi combo and my wife got a hibachi plate. The peppered tuna, and hibachi scallops are Amazing! Definitely recommend this place. Update: ** Do not order a food delivery service here. I ordered hibachi chicken and steak for my wife thru door dash and the chicken tasted boiled with no seasoning, the rice was bland, and the veggies were obviously just steamed with water. Very disappointing from a restaurant I gave high reviews to after a visit. Obviously the person making to go orders is not a hibachi chef, some hired help on the side that doesn't season food at all. Will lower from 5 stars bc of this...
Most of the meal portions were very small. Very little steak, chicken and vegetables. Did not receive shrimp appetizer as menu stated.
Overall, our food lacked a lot of seasoning. Tasted like there was no seasoning or sauce on food. Quick service though. We were in and out in a hour
Mid, mid, mid…ordered fried rice, no flavor, I had to doctor it up. They don’t offer hardly any sauces like Benihana. The sushi was decent. I also saw them putting some things in the microwave in the kitchen, I feel like I saw someone’s plate, like why? The place was clean, seemed like others were enjoying themselves and the food. It’s pretty expensive too, I’ll stick with Benihana..
Came to this location because of a recommendation from a local. The place was spotless. Got there when they opened & everyone was cleaning something. The service was really good & attentive. The cool was ok. He seemed kind of new & didn't really seem into it or comfortable with the show of grilled habachi. The food was just ok, but I think it would've been better without the teriyaki sauce. He didn't give s choice of having or not having the teriyaki sauce & put so much on it that it masked the taste of the food. We might try it again some time later, but there are better options.
We came here from a recommendation! The service was wonderful. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We ordered tempura veggies, calamari, and lettuce wraps as appetizers. The tempura veggies were pretty tasty. The calamari had a tempura coating but wasn't crispy. My husband ate it all, but I only had a few pieces as it is a thick cut, and I prefer thinner cuts. The chicken for the lettuce wraps had a decent flavor, but my husband said he'd like better cuts of lettuce. Our main course consisted of Chicken Yakisoba, the BEST dish we had! We also ordered Thai Basil Fried rice, which tasted like plain fried rice. I think more basil would kick the flavor up 100%! I had the Georgia Peach roll, which was fresh any he had the Hollywood roll, which was very tasty. The flavors blended well. Overall, we give them a 3.5.
I recently visited the Sake Hibachi Sushi and Bar with my team. Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by poor service from our waitress, Leslie H. Despite previous positive visits, this time 50% of our orders were incorrect. We ordered specifically, yet received dishes with wrong ingredients—some with crab instead of requested shrimp. While the chef's food was exceptional, Leslie's mistakes and lack of attentiveness were disappointing. For a $450 outing, we expected better organization and understanding. I hope management addresses training to improve service.
The lady that is in charge is always rude. Didn't like the food last time the calamari wasn't it was like flimsy almost soggy, and the jalapeno popper things were really greasy they weren't on point, a little disappointed.
Our food was barely warm. Considering hibachi is a grill meaning your food is supposed to come out sizzling hot, well in my experience at the restaurants or hibachi steakhouses that are similar,Tokyo’s or Mizu steakhouse in Seattle,The food is cooked in front of you and is put on your plate fresh off the grill. Our food was far from sizzling and far from hot literally within five minutes of eating it my food was cold. So I think maybe they reheated this stuff because they definitely didn’t have it cooked on the grill recently. The staff was friendly. We were able to see it immediately because we chose the bar area that is in front of the sushi bar. We ordered the sake sake meal for two which was $50 , Which included scallops, steak, and shrimp. Additionally I ordered the salmon sushi roll. We spent about $88 when it was all said and done but honestly it was not worth it. I’m usually excited to reheat my leftovers the next day and literally I would give this place a one star. The portions are largeAnd I’m sure that they taste better when they’re fresh and hot. This location is just down the road from our new house But we may give them a second try and next time we will sit in front of the chef and the grill.
Today was my first visit to Sake. I was wavering on going because of some of the reviews, however I gave it a try because I wanted Habachi and it was close to my home. Unfortunately I must I was a bit disappointed. 1) we were seated at a table that was cramped. My husband sat on the end with hardly any room because there was a family with two small children that took most of room. 2) The food was not seasoned well and my chicken was overcooked. Very dry and tough. I tried to drench in the sauces but didn’t help. My husband thought his steak and shrimp were extremely bland. The server came to the table at the end and asked if everything was okay. I wanted to say no and ask for refund but I didn’t want to ruin it for everyone else. So I just asked for a box to go but will not be eating it especially after overhearing the family next to me say a bug was in their child’s cup. I saw them give the cup to server and ask for another drink but at the time didn’t know why. This really ruined everything for me. I do hope others experience is better than mine in the future.
We visited here for a Sunday lunch. Service is very slow, be warned. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come over to our table to offer us drinks. I asked for Gyoza 🥟 as an appetizer and had to ask for another order. They were completely burnt. My husband asked for veggie tempura and it was clear that the oil had not been changed and these were soaked in oil as well. I asked for the Hawaiian and Hollywood rolls. My husband asked for the chicken teriyaki dinner. My rolls were just ok. My husband described his meal as average and he was disappointed that there were no veggies. This restaurant will not be among our regular visits.

The cook dropped the shrimp on the floor and picked it up and placed it back on the tray. Then he placed it on the grill and started to cook it. I informed the manager and he comp me $3.00 off my ticket and we had to ask for clean food and to start over.
After not being back here for almost a year, my daughter BEGGED to eat here even though I offered to take her to ANY other hibachi place in DFW. Needless to say, we had problems AGAIN. Food was sub par... filet minion, tough... scallops, overdone and rubbery... noodles, soggy and breaking apart... just BLAH. BUT, bc my daughter loves it, I didn't make any complaints UNTIL we went to pay. I ALWAYS buy gift cards and use them at restaurants bc I get triple rewards and have NEVER had a problem at ANY place EVER before... that is until now. The waiter comes back and says the card is declining and the manager said they can't take gift cards. NO, the gift card is VALID ANYWHERE Visa credit/debit is accepted. Not here, he replied. Can I talk to the manager? She is busy, well if you want to get paid she needs to get UNbusy. I track one down and explain the problems, and she says they can't process gift cards... WHY, it's a regular sale... She doesn't know, they just can't. So I ask where the sign is that says they can't take gift cards and she says they don't have one, but they can refuse any type of payment they want. I've been recording this entire conversation, FYI, bc that is the most bullish comments I've ever heard, they just didn't want to take it. I tell her that I have NO other form of payment and if she wants her money then she needs to call her processing company and get instructions on how to take it. She runs it again, right in front of me to show me it's no good... OH IT MAGICALLY WORKS NOW! She says she doesn't know what was wrong the first 4 times they processed it, bc it was declined every time, but now it magically just works when I'm standing right there! They just didn't want to take it and were lying about not being able to process it. Needless to say, I left no tip AND WE WILL JUST BE GOING TO ANY OF THE 6 OR MORE AREA HIBACHI PLACES FROM NOW ON. I don't have time, nor the patience, to deal with lying idiots.
Eating in the restaurant has been great but takeout has been horrible and a waste of money. I was thinking I spent $49 but it was $59 for this crispy fried chicken and veggies 2 sushi rolls. I couldn’t believe they would send food out like that. First the chicken was burned, dry, and there was no sauce of any kind we just couldn’t eat it. The sushi we normally love, there was not one topping of sauce. No wasabi or ginger for either order. I just couldn’t believe it. I contacted DoorDash and they gave me an $11 credit for a $59 ruined dinner. The restaurants usually tell me to contact DoorDash but when it’s the restaurants fault what re we supposed to do do. I posted pics on the DoorDash site. Now that I can’t drive anymore this is the only way I’ve got to order anything. So I’m screwed if no one does anything bout it
The food was okay but the service was atrocious. Waiter couldn't remember our orders and assumed our family was in the same group as the other family at the table because we're all black. To top it off, we were charged for 2 kids' meals because we had 2 babies with us. Mind you, our kids are so young you can tell they are both under 2 and one is under one. When we brought this up, the manager or owner said we had two kids at the table so we get charged for both. I'm not eating at a place that has incompetent staff, defrauds customers, and has unhealthy biases towards certain demographics.
I took my family to dinner here Sunday night for my son's 18th Birthday dinner celebration. We have been here several times, but this time did it for me. We came in and it was 5 of us and they sat us at a small table with a family of 3 which was crowded because it wasn't your normal table for 2 families, but I was still fine. When we sat done, I noticed the man of the family had a look of distaste on his face like as if he didn't want my family sitting with them. So, after noticing his face and expressions and energy I got up and told the host that we would wait for another table and proceeded to tell her that I didn't feel comfortable there and that we would wait for another table. After saying that 3 times I went to sit on the waiting couch. One of the managers/owners came and said we would be seated with other people, and I informed her I was aware of that but I didn't feel comfortable at that table so we would wait for the next one. She kept repeating herself as if she didn't understand what I was saying, so I said ok and told my husband we can go somewhere else. I went outside and my husband followed to talk to me. I said that man had a problem because we are black. While we were outside talking the man proceeds to yell at my 16-year-old son and fuss at him. My husband went back inside to talk with the manager and another worker tells her no they shouldn't sit there because that man is yelling at her kids. My husband tells my kids to get up let's go and as they walk away the man says yea that's what I thought. The manager had no intentions of hearing or trying to understand us. I simply didn't want to sit there because I didn't feel comfortable, and we were there to celebrate my son's birthday and shouldn't have to sit there tense and uncomfortable. I was so upset by the experience and the fact that we spent 300+ dollars there that night, so I called the restaurant and asked to speak with owner not the lady that was there that night. The hostess said they wasn't available, and I asked for a call back and left my name and number and never received a call back. I will never openly let my kids experience racism, and the unprofessionalism we experienced that night. I teach my kids not to be rude or disrespectful to anyone and that is the reason they said absolutely nothing to the man, but yet the manager was worried about the rude couple so therefore I will be taking my family and my money elsewhere and will be letting others know about my experience.
This was a pickup order of Vegas and Merry land rolls. Both looked similar. There was no salmon or jalapeño on the Merry land roll. We ordered basil chicken, too salty and no flavor. Would not be ordering from here again.
We have been here before many times for great food and service. On 10/7/25, we decided to go for some sushi for me, and other entrees for her. Initial service was good, but it all fell off. My wife’s order came out way ahead of mine (sushi roll). I told her to go ahead and eat, thinking my order would come. Twenty minutes passed, she was almost finished (and feeling bad eating in front of me) and not once did my waiter stop to ask or check on my orders. He stopped once to refill my water. Once my wife finished her meal, I requested our ticket to pay and leave since my food had not yet arrived. Not once did anyone come over to correct the situation or ask questions. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was busy. We paid our tab and left. Will not be returning to this establishment. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We used to go here almost weekly then on Labor Day (Monday) 9/1/25, I called and asked if they were open and if they were serving lunch portions/Lunch Prices till the usual time. The young lady on the phone said "yes" so we went for Lunch. When taking our order, the waitress said they were only serving Dinner Portions/Dinner Prices. It's frustrating when a business hikes it prices for holidays then cant communicate the change over the phone. The manager wouldn't even hear me out when I brought up the miscommunication. We've also noticed the glasses and silverware were dirty the last few times. Wont be back.
