Went for a Birthday and the service was great oh and the birthday child did not want to be sang to so they respected his wishes and said only have a happy birthday when we were leaving. But if you are into embarrassing someone on their birthday then make sure to tell your server .. sign up for rewards and on your birthday or your children's get one free burger meal for the birthday person

Few Burger places make the burger to order And cook it to perfection with plenty of pink. Jane, our server was outstanding. Most personable , followed up and confirmed everything me expected. My sweetie's grilled chicken salad was exactly as ordered, Again that doesn't happen very often. Actually better than Nations, but is pricy. The great fries help.

Excellent visit. Rich is a very tentative and pleasant server. Another server also checked on us to see if we needed anything. I had the fish and chips. They were pretty good. Their tartar was fantastic. I used it for dipping fries and the fish. We arrived on a Tuesday right when they opened. I live about 80 miles away, and I'll be going back again.

This was my first trip to a Red Robin restaurant in a few years. They closed the one here in Stockton a few years ago so that's one of the reasons for my delay in coming here. I can see why this place is busy and people constantly come here I am sure they get a lot of business because of the movie theatre and Bass Pro shop and the other places here in this area. So on to the review of the food and the service I ordered the Bacon blue burger I believe is what it is called and my lady ordered the cheeseburger. My burger was good but the only thing I didn't like was the crispy onion straws, usually when I get a burger like this the crispy onions are crispy but these were not. They were limp and had zero crunch to them. So I would give the burger a 4/5. My lady seemed to like her burger so 5/5 on that. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they were really good. Some of the better tasting mozzarella sticks I have had so 5/5. Drinks were good so 5/5 too. Our server was decent but he could have come to our table more often, I understand it was busy and it was Easter but it wasn't swamped busy and the place wasn't super packed. One final thing I would like to mention was our wait time to get a seat. At first they said 20-25 minutes and it ended up being more like 45. Overall this is a good spot if you want to eat before or after seeing a movie which is what we did. Good food and a good atmosphere. Come here and enjoy all of it.

Great service, food is always fantastic. I can't remember our servers name but he was super friendly and didn't let on how annoying we were with constantly asking for refills, more fries, dips, on and on. He always had a smile on his face and in his voice.

Service was the best I ever had! We sat in the bar, and I never get great service in the bar area... But our waitress was amazing. Checked in on us very often. I never felt like I needed something but had to wait to get it taken care of. Food is amazing as always and the bottomless sides are always a delight. Clean and fun atmosphere.

I recently visited this charming sandwich shop and was absolutely delighted! The service was friendly and attentive; the staff ensured I was well taken care of. I had their signature roast beef sandwich, and it was incredible! The meat was tender, fresh, and piled high, perfectly complemented by the homemade sauce. The ambiance was warm and cozy, with a rustic feel that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The music added a nice touch, and I felt instantly relaxed. Definitely coming back for more!

Wow. We arrived after the dinner rush, and many of the tables were packed with dishes, but the host staff and our server were so amazing upbeat! Our server, Isabella, was new, and if she hadn't said so we would not have known! Food was hot, fries refills were non stop, drinks were prompt, order was perfect (even with all our special requests)...no complaints, only compliments! We will be back!

I brought Jojoba Lickinlikeher to Manteca because he's never been to a Bass Pro Shop, and I needed a new Scaleback 40 for the Trimliner, and what do think we saw while lookin for the Bass Pro ....That right Pilgrim... A big as next week Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Restaurant! Well, I got a Flambasticly Hughatistical Baconized Cheeseburger with all the trimmings a person could think of, it even came with it's own zip code! And, get this...Jojoba asks the gal for a salad! A salad he says! Then he asks her to make it as if it were his last meal..it was to day the least...Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Came here for dinner the service was awesome fast, I think it was the my waitress was the best ive had in a long time on top of my drinks my fries and nice as well. Mary Jane (Jane) was our server. She didn’t miss a beat even with all her other tables. I saw her treating her other tables just the same. She was very attentive and made sure we all had a good experience with our meal out as a family. Servers and cooks in the back were all being a great support and jumped in as needed. Very family friendly environment as well as a good night out in the town spot. Always very pleased with Red Robin!!

This resturant has a variety of burgers, chicken burgers and pizzas. The boneless chicken wings with jalapeños and pineapple are delicious. The servers here always get the orders correct and do a great job with the endless fries. Be sure to try the "campfire sauce." It's great for dipping your fries in.

Amazing server I hope next time she’s our server so we can have another excellent experience. Not to mention the whole stuff was extra careful with our allergy. Using the purple stick in even the fries show that it was an allergy. This is one of the few places we can safely eat.

The bar area at this Red Robin is always a good time. Great bartenders and service along with their happy hour specials. This is definitely a place to come back from time to time. The food on the other hand was very different. This restaurant was one of my favorites growing up but quickly found out the menu had really changed and there were no other ones of my old time favorites.

This is a really nice and clean location. It’s older and resembles a Mel’s diner so don’t be taken back but it’s not dingy at all. Great burgers and amazing fries. Our male waiter Darren was truly a nice guy who was also very sharper. The host was a male and he was very nice as well. Smiled a lot and was very respectful.

This is one the kids favorite places to eat. The food is good, servings are large, and if you are lucky you might get a balloon when you leave! Always appreciate the bottomless fries that arrive early so the kids get a quick bite.

Fortunately, it was not a very busy night so I was seated right away. My server came right over and took my drink order. He was friendly and personable. I ordered the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, and peppered bacon and onion rings. My order came fairly quickly. I noticed the onion ring seem to be a little oily however, the batter they were cooked in. They were pretty good. My cheeseburger bun had a kind of oil machine on the bun, but it was cooked as requested, flavorful as I expected. I gave a lot of kudos to my Server, who was very attentive and checked on me several times to see if I needed anything.

If you live in Manteca area, then you already know the reputation of this location. With the highest turnover rate of any restaurant, you take a chance of getting a good dining experience. Having said that, our last two recent experiences were great. Both service and food were good. I hope they are able to retain their employees and provide a good consistent service and good quality food. Btw, the island fire wings are the best. Will be back again soon.

I feel like this Red Robin has two modes: packed to the gills and nearly empty. Either way, it's a die roll of if you're gonna get your food on time or correct. If it's packed, you'll get your food eventually. If it's empty and you order to go, check the bag before you leave.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews for Red Robin. The food is OK but it needs to be served hot and fresh and timely manner. Some of the food was fairly hot most of it was just warm. The fried pickles were good and they were cooked fresh order. Good dipping sauce. Not real spicy but complementary to the pickles. The mozzarella cheese was quite warm. Doubt that it was cooked to order. The onion rings also were only warm. Presumed they pre-cook a lot of the food. If they’re not busy the food just sits around under a warmer. My whiskey river barbecue burger was really good. I don’t think the meat was cooked fresh to order. I was really surprised at how small burger was. A lot smaller than last time I had it a few years ago. All you can eat steamed broccoli that came with it was excellent. Hot, fresh and tasty. It came with a nice side of mayo! My son had the 10 inch personal pizza. It’s thin crust but it’s a weird crust. I’m sure the crust is frozen. I wonder if the whole pizza is frozen and they just heat it up. The crust has room for improvement. He also ordered the bottomless root beer float. Five dollars I believe. That’s a pretty good deal. Very clean and well appointed bathrooms. The manager stopped by our table and chatted for a while. Since my son enjoys eating here I’m sure we will be back at some point.

Food & the atmosphere was nice, but the service was terrible. We were seated and had to wait nearly 20 minutes before anyone came over to even greet us. From there on it seemed like anything we ordered would take a lot longer than usual. Unfortunately, nobody would even come by to update us or anything.

Red Robin used to be a great spot for a decent sized burger. I feel the burger has shrunk a bit and doesn't match the price. They still are decent quality. Now one thing that hasn't changed is the fries. Why do they bring you a basket of AYCE but only have 5 fries. I feel like they do it on purpose. And always when you order more it takes a long time for the order to get to the table. For being endless fries, how is this possible. Decent burgers, skimpy endless fries.

A little disappointed in the new policies and quality of food. It's little petty stuff, but added up, it becomes an annoyance. No fries until your main food is actually brought to the table, no more sweetener packets brought in the little carriers (just a few individual packets brought to the table). The ranch seemed more watery than usual. Like I said, little petty items, but you can just tell that they are running in cost cutting/ saving mode. If your going out to eat somewhere, you want some quality and flavor, and it just didn't seem to be there anymore. Service was decent, although there was a wait before he finally made his way over to us.

I had high expectations with this place as there is always a great line to get in, my experience was not the best, they made mistakes with my order, the food is ok but nothing exceptional, I don't know if I would go back.

The food is great. Everything was fresh and served hot. With our burgers, however, we were each given 4 to 5 fries. They are, of course, bottomless, so we immediately ordered more. Although our server was very polite and professional, we didnt see him often. Two people in our party received their food 20 minutes before the rest of us did, and they finished their meals as we were served ours. Because the food was great, we will give it another try.

I ordered crispy sweet potato fries, received via Door Dash. They were burnt. I ate a few, disguised in dipping sauce of my own but couldn't get passed the burnt taste. I would have sent them back if I was at the restaurant. Lesson learned.

The food was mediocre. I definitely don't see how they could call my fries "loaded fries" when there was barely any burnt ends in the burnt ends loaded fries. ( the only thing I asked for was no cilantro) The first drink I had, blue chill tasted watered down and had no real flavor, I couldn't even taste any alcohol. The second drink I had, a Long Island iced tea was better though. The lady who helped us was kind and friendly but they were super busy so we didn't get helped as much and it took longer than average to get service but overall not terrible. But I wouldn't recommend as a top food spot I'd go back to, atleast this Manteca location.

We used to love Red Robin, but it’s just not the same anymore. The food quality has dropped a lot while prices have gone up. The burgers taste bland now, the buns feel cheap, and the fries are either overcooked or barely warm. You can tell they’ve changed ingredients or recipes — it doesn’t have that fresh, juicy flavor it used to. On top of that, the portion sizes seem smaller and the menu has changed so much that many of my favorites are gone. For the price they’re charging now, the food should be much better. Service was okay, but it can’t make up for how disappointing the food has become. Really sad to see a place I used to enjoy go downhill like this. I probably won’t be coming back unless things improve. Burger king Whopper and fries are better and cheaper.

An "entertainment fee" is charged apparently if you simply use the device at the end of the table while you wait for your food. Not a big gripe but definitely something worth noting for those who are wondering. Restaurant is also quite unclean (I know it's a family restaurant, but still unacceptable).

2-STARS 3rd Time's a Charm + Hindsight is 20/20 -- I am uncomfortable and on the toilet within one hour of eating a Red Robin burger. - - - - - - - - 5-STARS Excellent customer service. The food 'tastes' good. And the patronage is pleasant. Just the right amount of employees on duty to accommodate the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full by the time I left and people were patiently waiting to be seated. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with "some pink". Although the burger came well done, the beef wasn't tough. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tangy. The accompanying Bottomless Fries were in deed bottomless. I didn't have to ask for more and hadn't finish the original fries before I was brought more fries. The mousse for the Mud Pie was was unexpectedly and pleasingly firm, not mousse-like consistency at all. But with that height, the firmer the better probably. I ordered mine not too fancy with a simple Caramel drizzle. Tasty. The servers who brought out my food and drink were all different from server 'Serrina' on my receipt. Either way, all the staff worked well together. Bravo! I will return and probably not alone. Note: They have table-top interface devices that permit one to request drink refills, order food, dessert(s), play games, and pay, etc. Most convenient.

Although service was good, they unfortunately changed their fry policy where you can’t order unlimited fries as before. Normally you could order fries and eat them while you waited for your food but no more. Definitely soured the experience.

I gave them two stars because the food was actually pretty good. The service was so bad though we’re never going back. We never got a refill on anything. Nobody ever came back to the table to check on us. The manager had to give me my bill and didn’t care when I was telling him about the service which made it worse.

I cut one star for the prices. Everything is expensive. I ordered a honey chicken burger and it was just medium size, nothing special, but it was $18. Too much for this size I cut another star for the taste. The burger was not great in taste. We also ordered some other food, my family said, meh I cut one star for the time. We went there at 3 pm on Wednesday, no rush no nothing, they still took over 15 minutes to prepare the burger Will NEVER go there again

This chain used to be a fun dining experience, it hasn't aged well including this location. The Manteca location seems run down. The seats on the booths are cracked and ripped open (at least put leather tape over it). The restrooms small like urine so much the smell creeps into the dining room. The staff made me feel like I bothered them if I asked for a refill or something. The food was mediocre at best. I'll have to visit one of the other restaurants in the plaza going forward.

Messy. Dirty. Bar was trashed. Heard a server say, "we just had to send half our kitchen home so only burgers tonight. No fried food." What does that even mean? Not good. Even worse than my last experience at this location.

In comparison to other locations, this Red Robin is always a disappointment. Service has never been great. Food is ok, but the appetizers were all way over fried and you can definitely can tell the bottomless options are something they regret here. Fry orders consist of a few fries on the plate, then the server ghosts the table. And although our orders included the bottomless fries, because we asked for fries to come out asap for a very grumpy toddler, the server said we would be charged for that order separately. The toddler meal came with fries, we were just asking for them as soon as possible, but whatever we will pay for an extra order if that’s the case. The point is that the approach of the server was just off. Our entrees were brought out staggered because the server said they split the tickets to get it faster, which made it awkward for everyone that received their food before the rest of the table. There is also no changing station in the men’s room and the one in the ladies room was broken hanging from the wall. All in all this location is a disappointment.

We used to really enjoy going to this location, however the cleanliness has gone downhill. It has been over a month since we last dined here, because the last experience was horrible. We found 2 different hairs in 2 different dishes (1 in the ranch and the other in a burger). It definitely made our appetites disappear and we've have a hard time going back. The bathrooms have always been rough and I think it's starting to spill over into the dining area. The staff is really nice though.

went in for a quick meal and a few drinks during the last hour of happy hour before going across the road to see a horror movie. i tried to have a 3rd drink since that's pretty normal to have a few at a restaurant that is providing a happy hour. i said i was sorry but i was trying to take advantage of the happy hour and it was my last one (their long islands are $2 overpriced anyway. it was $7 for the cheap bottle that says LONG ISLAND on it at every corporate restaurant that usually costs $5 a drink) the bartender told me in a sarcastic tone that she "likes that but usually people can only be served one drink in a sitting" because i asked that if it could only be one or 2 per hour since she looked at me strangely for wanting another. she said she didn't know if i was driving when i walked in with my partner who only had one drink the entire time. what's the point of having a full bar if customers can only have one drink per sitting? left after that drink and went to DJS their drinks are better cheaper all around and their food, service and ambiance is amazing!!!! never going to red robin again.

We stopped here to eat yesterday before going into BassPro and had a horrible meal. The grilled chicken salad tasted like salad out of a bag and had no flavor, the supposedly grilled chicken was hardly grilled at all. It looked like it was microwaved?? My husband had the Tsunami shrimp, I tried some and it didn't taste right too me but he ate it. Last night he was sick and in the bathroom all night. We've been to this Red Robin many times before and really enjoyed it, but something was very different yesterday and we won't be going back.

The food wasn't as good as it normally is. The ladies bathroom was dirty, and the manager there named Michelle was extremely rude. Their system went down and we had to wait 30+ minutes to leave, all she said was, "if you leave we'll follow you." She literally yelled that at us while we were walking away.

The host was nice a young asian gentleman (Sorry did not catch his name). The server, not so nice, her name is Jane. She kept rushing us when we were placing our order, asking "anything else" after every single item and just seemed impatient. Normally I would leave to be quite honest, but I wanted to give the food a try since it had been a while. I have been to many restaurants and every single one brings your food and drinks directly to you, not her. She would leave them at the edge of the table for the person sitting there to slide em on down to the right person, and it was not lack of space. Food was cold and had no flavor, only things I enjoyed were the wings and onion rings. She did not check in to refill drinks or even ask about the bottomless fries. I am very very dissapointed Red Robin.

The waitress got our order wrong and when it was redone the hamburger was raw. We sent it back 3 times. Then she gave us the wrong check and could not back it out as we were sharing a table with family even when she said she would fix it. Then was very rude when I asked her to help with check. I will never go here again!!!! The waitress should not be in restaurant business!!! I will make a formal complaint to the manager.

I got the new buzzin chicken sandwich. Once I got to the middle of it, the whole inside was RAW. I will never go back.

We were seated at a table with the floor looking like this. They didn’t even clean the table probably either. Me and my family had to brush off the table and seat that still had residue and trash left behind from the people before us. They need to do a better job cleaning top to bottom of these booths.

Our server did not pay us one visit to help ask for refills or check in on us.

Ordered a pickup order from here and was told it would only take 10 or 15 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later and my order wasn't ready. Had to sit and wait almost another hour before they had my food for me. I only had three things on my order, fries, a burger, and a milkshake with one stipulation no tomato. Order comes out with a milkshake cup half full and when asked the server just said "that's how much comes with it." This was a 5 dollar shake... so I get home and was like ok it can't get any worse. It could. I opened it up and the fries where soggy and guess what, tomato on the burger. With that long of a wait you would think they would offer a discount or at least a full cup of milkshakes especially when what would cost 10 dollars at habitat burger they charge 18 dollars.

Will absolutely never go back again me and my wife were in there tonight while sitting across from two women with a young kid letting him taste and drink there margaritas and then they let him to continue to lick the salt grinder absolutely disgusting. Never going back Red Robbin really disappointed and disgusting. Not what it use to be has gone down hill.

Very slow and the wait staff was not friendly or attentive. Kid's meals were served to our table almost 30 minutes before the burgers for the adults. Did not honor the advertised specials. Overall a very poor experience and talking to people at surrounding tables they all felt the same way.......totally unsatisfied and unhappy! Manager Jim and the pregnant waitress were rude and should not be working in food service. We would have loved to leave the waitress a nice tip with her baby on the way but she flat out could care less about her customers. I do not recommend this location!

Tonight we went to have a family dinner and the food and service was horrible. Food was brought out cold, we weren’t given silverware or napkins. After waiting close to 15 minutes we had to get up and look for someone to give us silverware. By that time broccoli and fries were beyond cold. We ordered a refill of our fries well done and an extra broccoli that took so long to come out we were done with anything edible we were served (which wasn’t much). The manager who knew we were unhappy didn’t come back to check on us and no one tried to give us warm, food in a timely manner. The waiter and manager were not rude but the girl delivering the food had an attitude. Overall, not worth my time or money and I will never go there again, when there are so many other burger options out there.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! ordered curside once there they had regular customers parking in the curside spots and once I called to inform them I was there they put me on hold for close to 11 minutes before I had to call on a second phone to which they answer immediately and never picked up the first call until I finally hung up. Worst customers service and would recommended just going to chillis or Applebee's even McDonald's if u want better customer service

Red Robin – Curbside Pickup Experience I placed a curbside pickup order for 7:30 PM and arrived on time. When I checked in, the staff could not locate my order and told me it never came through, which was incorrect because I had a confirmed order. A few minutes later, I was told the order was “being prepared.” At 7:35 PM, the system showed the order as completed, yet no one came out and there was no communication. I sat waiting with no acknowledgment while staff appeared uninterested in assisting a clearly frustrated customer. At 7:40 PM, I finally spoke with someone who checked and said the order was ready and just needed to be packed. It then took an additional 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no accountability. The delays, lack of communication, and indifference made it feel like this level of service was considered acceptable. Overall, this was a very poor and inconvenient experience, especially for a curbside pickup that should be quick and efficient.

Slow service for food my wife described as "soggy and gross" at premium prices. This has come to be expected. If it wasn't a fundraiser night we wouldn't be there. Probably be another fundraiser night before we go back. Running out of fundraisers to support and I can make a better burger in my backyard.

If you’re coming here hoping to watch Thursday night football after a long day at work, maybe have a couple beers and eat a meal while you watch. Well this is NOT the place for you. Apparently Red Robin cannot afford $15 a month for Amazon Prime membership, which is needed for Thursday night football. Good food but if you’re trying to enjoy the game, go elsewhere. It was rather disappointing
