If you live in Manteca area, then you already know the reputation of this location. With the highest turnover rate of any restaurant, you take a chance of getting a good dining experience. Having said that, our last two recent experiences were great. Both service and food were good. I hope they are able to retain their employees and provide a good consistent service and good quality food. Btw, the island fire wings are the best. Will be back again soon.

The food was mediocre. I definitely don't see how they could call my fries "loaded fries" when there was barely any burnt ends in the burnt ends loaded fries. ( the only thing I asked for was no cilantro) The first drink I had, blue chill tasted watered down and had no real flavor, I couldn't even taste any alcohol. The second drink I had, a Long Island iced tea was better though. The lady who helped us was kind and friendly but they were super busy so we didn't get helped as much and it took longer than average to get service but overall not terrible. But I wouldn't recommend as a top food spot I'd go back to, atleast this Manteca location.

We used to love Red Robin, but it’s just not the same anymore. The food quality has dropped a lot while prices have gone up. The burgers taste bland now, the buns feel cheap, and the fries are either overcooked or barely warm. You can tell they’ve changed ingredients or recipes — it doesn’t have that fresh, juicy flavor it used to. On top of that, the portion sizes seem smaller and the menu has changed so much that many of my favorites are gone. For the price they’re charging now, the food should be much better. Service was okay, but it can’t make up for how disappointing the food has become. Really sad to see a place I used to enjoy go downhill like this. I probably won’t be coming back unless things improve. Burger king Whopper and fries are better and cheaper.

Food is average and way overpriced. Waited long periods in between for server to check on us and get us our drinks, food etc. The restaurant has good decor. The setup with the pictures made dining a at home experience.

Food was fresh and service was friendly, but the hidden fees are kinda ridiculous. An "entertainment fee" is charged apparently if you simply use the device at the end of the table while you wait for your food. Not a big gripe but definitely something worth noting for those who are wondering. Restaurant is also quite unclean (I know it's a family restaurant, but still unacceptable).

2-STARS 3rd Time's a Charm + Hindsight is 20/20 -- I am uncomfortable and on the toilet within one hour of eating a Red Robin burger. - - - - - - - - 5-STARS Excellent customer service. The food 'tastes' good. And the patronage is pleasant. Just the right amount of employees on duty to accommodate the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full by the time I left and people were patiently waiting to be seated. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with "some pink". Although the burger came well done, the beef wasn't tough. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tangy. The accompanying Bottomless Fries were in deed bottomless. I didn't have to ask for more and hadn't finish the original fries before I was brought more fries. The mousse for the Mud Pie was was unexpectedly and pleasingly firm, not mousse-like consistency at all. But with that height, the firmer the better probably. I ordered mine not too fancy with a simple Caramel drizzle. Tasty. The servers who brought out my food and drink were all different from server 'Serrina' on my receipt. Either way, all the staff worked well together. Bravo! I will return and probably not alone. Note: They have table-top interface devices that permit one to request drink refills, order food, dessert(s), play games, and pay, etc. Most convenient.

In comparison to other locations, this Red Robin is always a disappointment. Service has never been great. Food is ok, but the appetizers were all way over fried and you can definitely can tell the bottomless options are something they regret here. Fry orders consist of a few fries on the plate, then the server ghosts the table. And although our orders included the bottomless fries, because we asked for fries to come out asap for a very grumpy toddler, the server said we would be charged for that order separately. The toddler meal came with fries, we were just asking for them as soon as possible, but whatever we will pay for an extra order if that’s the case. The point is that the approach of the server was just off. Our entrees were brought out staggered because the server said they split the tickets to get it faster, which made it awkward for everyone that received their food before the rest of the table. There is also no changing station in the men’s room and the one in the ladies room was broken hanging from the wall. All in all this location is a disappointment.

We used to really enjoy going to this location, however the cleanliness has gone downhill. It has been over a month since we last dined here, because the last experience was horrible. We found 2 different hairs in 2 different dishes (1 in the ranch and the other in a burger). It definitely made our appetites disappear and we've have a hard time going back. The bathrooms have always been rough and I think it's starting to spill over into the dining area. The staff is really nice though.

Tonight we went to have a family dinner and the food and service was horrible. Food was brought out cold, we weren’t given silverware or napkins. After waiting close to 15 minutes we had to get up and look for someone to give us silverware. By that time broccoli and fries were beyond cold. We ordered a refill of our fries well done and an extra broccoli that took so long to come out we were done with anything edible we were served (which wasn’t much). The manager who knew we were unhappy didn’t come back to check on us and no one tried to give us warm, food in a timely manner. The waiter and manager were not rude but the girl delivering the food had an attitude. Overall, not worth my time or money and I will never go there again, when there are so many other burger options out there.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! ordered curside once there they had regular customers parking in the curside spots and once I called to inform them I was there they put me on hold for close to 11 minutes before I had to call on a second phone to which they answer immediately and never picked up the first call until I finally hung up. Worst customers service and would recommended just going to chillis or Applebee's even McDonald's if u want better customer service

Red Robin – Curbside Pickup Experience I placed a curbside pickup order for 7:30 PM and arrived on time. When I checked in, the staff could not locate my order and told me it never came through, which was incorrect because I had a confirmed order. A few minutes later, I was told the order was “being prepared.” At 7:35 PM, the system showed the order as completed, yet no one came out and there was no communication. I sat waiting with no acknowledgment while staff appeared uninterested in assisting a clearly frustrated customer. At 7:40 PM, I finally spoke with someone who checked and said the order was ready and just needed to be packed. It then took an additional 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no accountability. The delays, lack of communication, and indifference made it feel like this level of service was considered acceptable. Overall, this was a very poor and inconvenient experience, especially for a curbside pickup that should be quick and efficient.

Slow service for food my wife described as "soggy and gross" at premium prices. This has come to be expected. If it wasn't a fundraiser night we wouldn't be there. Probably be another fundraiser night before we go back. Running out of fundraisers to support and I can make a better burger in my backyard.

If you’re coming here hoping to watch Thursday night football after a long day at work, maybe have a couple beers and eat a meal while you watch. Well this is NOT the place for you. Apparently Red Robin cannot afford $15 a month for Amazon Prime membership, which is needed for Thursday night football. Good food but if you’re trying to enjoy the game, go elsewhere. It was rather disappointing
