Used the drive thru. Orderd the Parmesan crispy shrimp 🍤 tacos 🌮. Very tasty. Fast.

We had a nice experience, service was fast and friendly. Our food was very satisfactory and it's a good place for kids & family.

The food here has been surprisingly fresh and really good every time I come in. The portions are solid, but it gets expensive fast if you do not stick to the value menu. Last time I ordered a chicken burrito, a chicken strips meal, and a bag of chips, and it came out to twenty four dollars. At that point it felt like I might as well have gone to Chipotle or El Pollo Loco, but I still have to admit the food was fresh and delicious. What keeps me coming back, especially with my son, is that this is the only place in town I know that still has a jungle gym for kids. That alone earns an extra star from me. The play area could be cleaner though, and I think a deep clean every month or two would make a big difference.

My burrito was cold and didn't have sour cream that I added and paid for. The del taco taco is a way better taco than it's competitor! IMO

Good food always. Service and social skills are very bad. The girls in the drive thru are Not polite. Once they hand the food the close the window on your face. God forbid you want hot sauce. Shameful, this could be a great Del Taco. Hope management works on building customer service skills.

Normally, I love Del Taco. This one has never done me wrong. Until last night. I debated putting this review on here, because usually staff is friendly, food is cooked well and good, and I have a pleasant experience. Now, I will preface this with staff had every right to be upset if they heard the unsavory comments made by the person on speakerphone. That being said, the quesadilla I ordered was not even close to being cooked. The shredded cheese used for it was clumped at the bottom of a cold tortilla with some meat at the top. I had not eaten all day and felt a headache coming on, and scarfed down the cold cheese and meat sandwich even though I could not tell if it had touched a griddle long enough to even pretend to be cooked. It certainly did not feel like it. So this long story is only to remind people to be nice to your service workers. I am truly sorry if the person taking our order or other staff heard what this person on the phone said, and had their shift ruined by it.

We came through the drive thru all we hear is them talking, laughing & playing around. The young lady at the window had no customer service. Standing around & just talking & yelling to the other workers. It's ridiculous! No customer service what so ever. Was shorted on our order also.

I’m at Del Taco it says they sell hot coffee!!!! The little girl said no not right now!!!!! The bathroom is dirty!!!! The grills, floors are disgusting what is going on on??? They ustoo b clean!!!!!

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. First and last time ever coming here. We were standing in front of the cash register to order for our food for almost 20 mins. There were 3 persons just standing there and not helping us. My kids really wanted to to eat and play there that is the only reason why I stayed. When food was ready is was horrible.

Order my chili cheese fry, paid for extra cheese.. got home to eat it and there is no cheese on it at all. Can't call the store to speak to anyone because their number is disconnected
