Día Perfecto. Jugamos el campo Flamingos, y después una estupenda hamburguesa en La Pérgola. Gracias a Adrian y a todo el personal, por lo fácil que hacen la estancia.

Amazing Adrian Rubio is so professional and very friendly, as the rest of the restaurant's team. Such a pleasure. The menu items are healthy and are big portions.

Todo perfecto. Ambiente súper tranquilo al lado de la piscina. La comida deliciosa. Y el trato espectacular. Mención especial a Andrián Rubio que os ha atendido de maravilla estos días

Comimos allí dos días y nos atendió Adrián. Todo estaba riquísimo y el trato fue excelente. Adrián fue especialmente atento y nos brindó un servicio de 10. En general, todo el personal del hotel fue encantador y muy resolutivo.

Año tras año Adrián Rubio y su equipo siguen ofreciendo un servicio inmejorable en La Pérgola. Son atentos, amables, y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Totalmente recomendable!

Had a lovely lunch here – the food was absolutely amazing, full of fresh flavors and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, especially from our waiter Adrian, who was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a beautiful setting that made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to.

I stayed at Anantara for a friend’s wedding, and the experience fell far short of five-star standards. From dragging our own luggage at arrival to rooms left uncleaned well into the afternoon, the service was substandard. Poolside staff ignored us while promptly serving others, and when we tried to follow instructions to order at the bar, a manager mocked us, saying, “Have you ever been in a five-star hotel before? This is not a McDonald’s.” This was said to us by the manager Adrian The only difference between us and those who received proper service was the colour of our skin.
