Very clean restaurant! Food is fresh and tasty. It seems like the takeout containers have shrunk about one third the size they used to be.

Went thru window today and my fortune cookie was so stale it was chewey. Literally spit it straight out. That was a first for me! Orange chicken has for sure gotten dry and crusty lately. Hope they actually see these comments and try to improve because I really like Panda!

My go to place until today. Got a Grilled Teriyaki bowl and as I’m at eating I look down and a huge chunk of metal is imbedded in the chicken. This piece looks like something they used to tie legs together on whole freezer chicken. Staff has always been nice and store is always positive. But it takes one time for something like this to happen and just lose the trust in the food. Even being an accident.

We don’t get to Marble Falls much and like to eat at Panda Express. Not sure what is happening lately but was here a month ago and drive thru was closed. We had to go in to order to-go. Today we stopped about 12:30 pm to find the drive thru once again closed AND a sign that said “Cash Only.” Fortunately we had cash today and planned to eat inside. Regardless of the inconveniences, the staff has been polite, dining room clean and all menu choices available. I would only say today that the fried rice really had no flavor. Will we eat here again? Probably. We will just assume that this is their new normal for this location.

Pepper beef with broccoli, beef was chewy and contained more broccoli stalks than broccoli Teriyaki chicken was fatty and chewy! Will not be ordering from them again anymore! I would post a picture but there is no where to put it.

Well where do I start, waited a long time on line when it looks like they are fully staffed. When some of them are just busy flirting with co workers that come in to hang out. The food was Luke warm, did not feel welcome when ordering almost felt as I was interrupting. The cheese rangoons were so old the cheese was hard, and to top it all off had to ask for sauce or any utensils. The display tv set sideways is definitely not professional either, dirty and disorganized

That are out of almost everything on the menu at 7:45 pm. Seemed put out when I asked if they were going to be replenishing the entree’s. They stay open til 9 pm. Wouldn’t you keep cooking at least another 30 minutes?

Not only does the meat taste freezer burnt/old. They are stingy with the meat, and depending on the staff rude. They messed up on one order 3 times. Each time it just continuously got worse, to the point we no longer even go there. Orange chicken tasted so off I spit it out almost as soon as it hit my tongue, they fixed it by just trying to cover the sour smell with more sauce. And if you want black pepper chicken make sure to ask for Some actual chicken instead of a bowl of onions & celery. ( the picture was a side of black p chicken, that was the only chicken. Rest was onions & celery. )

Mariah is not profecional at all is real rude real disrespectful mona like manager is not profecional at all she disrespectful with me and she dont want to give me my money back i came here to eat not for be arguments with me and asking stupid questions corporate or somebody have to make a action fast as quick rice is not wel done meet also food real cold pictures talk by them selves mona is real disrespectful with us like customers we came to visit texas and that is tha way the treat people they come from other states tham know i understand why is empty and no people come in to this panda and also asking me questions that is nothing with tha situation is going on i will not recommend this panda i will not recommend for nothing in this world....
