Absolutely amazing food and service! Anything you order will be the best you ever had, great atmosphere for dining.
Everything about our meal was fabulous. From drinks and appetizers to the meal and dessert and coffee!!
A hidden gem that makes Marcellus even cooler.
Beautiful interior, very cozy. Great food and wonderful staff.
Great food, polite and professional staff.
The best filet mignon.
Best food in town!!!
Great experience
Great. Thank you.
Excellent food.
Wow, really excellent food! We've been living in Syracuse for almost two years and have had great meals at many different restaurants but this has been my favorite thus far. The atmosphere is comfortable and the restaurant design is understated class. And the Chocolate banana pie was amazing!
Well let me say, I held out on Stone Creek and I don’t know why. The food and service is outstanding!! Truly high class in an updated old joint by the Marcellus high school. Table of 12 and they handled us with ease on a busy Saturday night. Porkchop, steak, shrimp, scallop, chicken sandwich, salmon and apps all were wonderful. Not a big bar area which isn’t a knock just reality. Bartender was great. Highly recommend
Amazing food and great atmosphere . Our server, Rachel was attentive and very friendly. This is our new favorite fine dining spot.
On a whim, decided to make reservations at Stone Creek on Saturday. The soup of the moment was New England clam chowder, which was decadently rich, and the clams so tender. My Berkshire porkchop was perfectly cooked and the sauce flavorful. The duck confit fried rice tasted even better than the description, with a surprising kick of heat on the backend. The servers were friendly and attentive. Really the only criticism would be a better waiting area as it's a bit in everyone's way on entry, but that's a pretty minor quibble. Well worth the visit.
Brunch… done so uniquely! Specialty cocktails!!! S'more's French toast and frittata… nothing like you would imagine! So yummy!
Can’t say enough about Stone Creek. The mushroom pate’ appetizer is fabulous… had it for the first time tonight. All the food is simply wonderful. Additionally, the staff is outstanding. It’s evident that they truly love their work… kudos to Steve and Marissa for making this place so wonderful!
Hands down the absolute best restaurant in the Syracuse area that I’ve encountered Amazing thoughtful great presentation and so generous AJ was Top Notch! Chef Steve Congratulations!
Absolutely incredible food. The Caesar salad is out of this world! The Ahi tuna and scallops were to die for and of course the pork belly appetizer was amazing, as always! We will definitely be back again! Great atmosphere!
Unique menu! Wonderful service, thank you Riley. Will be back..
Once again, Stone Creek has exceeded our expectations. My husband and I have consistently had wonderful experiences here—both the service and the food are always exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and our server, Brooke, is truly outstanding. We’ve had the pleasure of having her each time we’ve visited, and she consistently goes above and beyond.
Whoever is in charge of creating the menu is a magician! Their flavors are so thought out and balanced and absolutely scrumptious!! Each item on the place is there for a reason and each bite is a treat! The cocktails are always super fun and tasty too. Made with fresh ingredients. The only complaint I have is that it was so cold in the dinning room. So bring a sweater.
The friendliest staff. Food was absolutely amazing. Very prompt. Highly recommended
There are two things that Foodies will agree with - out to dinner dining is a luxury and when food is not made with passion and love, it hurts our literal soul. This place is fine dining at its finest. A place that could hold its own in NYC. From the attentive staff, the muted grey/blue decor, soft lighting, a thought out menu, presentation of each plate - I struggle to find words that describe the flavors presented in each dish. Money WELL spent - and a VERY happy soul. - p.s. This is from Renee - "the wife" - lol
Delicious. Dined with 4 others. Everything on everybody's plate was seasoned and cooked perfectly A real standout restaurant. Cocktails were also great.
What a great find, another local CNY fine restaurant! Husband and wife owners do a fine job in the kitchen and with hospitality. Our party of five all ordered different things to try and no one was disappointed. The carpaccio of beef was simply delicious and better than that of another fine local CNY finger lake restaurant, and the soup, a pumpkin special, was hot and delightfully seasoned. The strip steak was perfectly cooked , the scallop special awesome, and both the salmon and mahi were a delight. We all highly recommend this restaurant with only one suggestion. Please serve the entire table’s drinks and food at the same time.
We had a wonderful experience and delicious food! We started with the homemade bread and butter and it was incredible. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich and I thought the salmon dish was incredible - very flavorful, cooked to perfection, and tons of fresh veggies. Can't wait to go back again!! All staff and the owners were very helpful and friendly.
Never tasted flavor like this. Everything was on point. Staff was super friendly. Chef Steven makes his rounds to get customer feedback back. His ability to engineer flavor in conjunction with his well dressed and personable staff made date night memorable.
Food was very unique, very flavorful. Atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Very minor critique but lighting could be dimmer for dinner and was a bit loud. Sheena was fantastic
Went with friends this evening. Wha a great restaurant! Sheena was our server and was very well educated on all items on the menu. Her personality was a 10/10. Very attentive. Met both the owners ( husband and wife team) and they also were very personable. It was very busy tonight and it seemed as though there were many happy patrons. They do take reservations which o have already made for tomorrow evening. Marcellus is very fortunate to have this gem!
Highly recommend - easily one of the best restaurants in the broader Skaneateles area. Unique dishes all cooked to perfection as well as tasty cocktails. Friendly and attentive staff too.
The brussel sprouts were divine, and the rest of the food was still incredible. Staff was super attentive and helpful.
The food was perfect. The drinks were original and amazing. Really enjoyed our dinner here.
We are Marcellus locals, and so excited to have a new restaurant in town. AMAZING food and cocktails, all the flavors! just WOW! Plans to return soon with friends. We also met the owner/chef who is personable and kind.
When we walked into Stone Creek, it was elegant and yet homey. The staff was very kind, very attentive. The owners are just too really really great people, the food was absolutely amazing. I had the Ricky‘s, which were to die for and my fiancé had the Scottish salmon which was absolutely amazing in her words! My fiancé had the lavender fizz which she loved and it has a sprinkle of fresh lavender on it, I had a Modelo and all sudden and done the evening was just tied together perfectly with two desserts, one being chocolate banana cream pie, and I had the Limoncello tiramisu. We will definitely make it one of our regular spots to go and have an amazing dinner. Encourage anyone who reads this to do the same.
First time and it was great! Fantastic pre thanksgiving lunch. Outstanding all the way around. Definitely will return.
Mary is the best bartender and server you could ask for! Enjoyed our meal and all of her recommendations! She is definitely a keeper! Thanks Mary!
The “Honey its Thyme” cocktail; my New favorite. The Calamari; not fried, not marinara, not Thai; Tender; Fresh, Dressed in an anoli and garnished with cilantro. A real cut above. The Scottish Salmon was bedded on mashed potatoes and Utica Green; Tomato Gastri’que. Delectable. The Lobster Calamari; so memorable. So delicious. Finished our feastwith the Chocolate Banana Cream Pie. Excellent finish to a truly great time. Grand Marni’er with Ed; our favorite Bartender to finish the night. Service was friendly; prompt and attentive/Excellent. we will be back soon!
The food here is fantastic! Good selection of drinks too. Happy to have a place like this back in town.
Food and staff were truly excellent and especially attentive to our party of 10. We are still talking about what a great dinner we all had. Kudos to everyone at Stone Creek!
Great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend you give them a try. Went for the first time last night and looking forward to going back again soon
Chef’s creations for swordfish and salmon were delicious. Service was excellent!
Over the top service, like nothing we have ever experienced . Oh yeah the food, absolutely outstanding.
Sat at the bar and ordered apps and food to go. Outstanding! Love to food and the staff and am looking forward to our return.
Farmer's Harvest Salad with grilled Salmon. This salad was exceptional, a perfect blend of ingredients. The salmon was excellent. How does Stone Creek fulfil all the wishes of ten friends out to celebrate being friends? PERFECTLY!
Truly one of, if not the, best restaurants in the Syracuse area. The food is absolutely impeccable, and the service matches it perfectly. Every visit feels special, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
I went today for lunch. The service, food and atmosphere were amazing I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are all very professional and accommodating. I had the Stone Creek Burger it was wonderful. I will be back.
Sarah was the best waitress ever. Food was amazing and curated to perfection. So happy Marcellus has such an amazing restaurant now. I hope the town supports them in their success. Will go back again and again!
This new restaurant is an absolute standout! everything from the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the incredible attention to detail made for an unforgettable experience. The service was impeccable: friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed. The food was outstanding across the board, with each dish beautifully presented. And the cocktails? Easily some of the best we’ve had they were creative, well-balanced, and expertly made. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit.
Apps; potatoes and fondu. Delicious. Calamari, delicious, sprouts, super. Strip steak and loaded potatoes was absolutely perfect, lobster & pasta 100%. Chicken riggies, delicious, different but so good. Service is 5 star attention. Wine selection is limited but 5 star. A bit noisy. That will be worked out.
The atmosphere and the food were absolutely great. Everything we had was as or better than expected. Portions were great. Presentation and flavors were for sure different than anything else we have had anywhere else. Staff worked well together and to be sure we were taken care of and we were even greeted by the owners, Steve and Marissa. Great job on Stone Creek. You can see and feel all the hard work and thought that went into putting this all together. Nothing speaks to the heart more than food, drink, family and friends all getting together and the atmosphere there was perfect for just that. Thank you for a great evening. We for sure will return again real soon.
First time visiting. Saturday evening, 6PM, party of 2, no reservation. Seated right away, but about 5 minutes later, it got full and people had to wait. We ordered a handful of apps and split an entree special. Apps were the fresh made brioche, lobster bisque, deviled eggs, and pork belly. Everything was delicious. Generous portion of lobster meat with the bisque and the actual soup was amazing. Bread was to die for. I only wish you got more than 2 rolls with the order. Price did seem quite high for that. Pork belly was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Cole slaw that came with it was good, but we wanted to save room for other stuff so didnt eat much of it. Deviled eggs were alright. Nothing wrong, but nothing spectacular. Nice size portion of 6 half eggs. Main dish was halibut with lobster and veggies in a rich Newburg sauce. This was the only minor low point. The halibut was definitely overcooked. Great seasoning/search on it. Sauce was great. Lobster meat was good. But the halibut itself was dry and chewy. That, when weighed against the rest of the food and the spectacular service, was not enough to deter me from giving 5 stars.
Sara was great! Food was amazing! Happy to see this location alive again after the Daniels era came to a close. We will definitely return! Update- we chose Stone Creek again! Dinner this time was brought to us by Mary... and she was great as well! I'm in love with the kale Ceasar... and I added the blackened Mahi!! Fantastic! Started with the pork belly first and it was very tasty. For dinner I selected the filet... perfect, and tender enough to cut with a fork! Kudos to the chef and owners, you guys are killing it!
We cannot wait to come back to try more of the menu! Everything we had was superbly crafted by chef and plated to perfection. The waiting staff were incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this restaurant!
This is a place that needs to be on your must go list. Each dish and cocktail we had was excellent! Stand out dish for us was the wedge salad. This has so many layers of flavors that all work so perfectly together in that dish. Please stop in and try them out.
I dined at Stone Creek last night and was blown away. It was truly excellent in all ways. The service was impeccable and our waitress did an amazing job of highlighting the special dishes. Drinks were interesting and fantastic. All the food was 10/10 in terms of flavor, presentation, and had extremely generous portions. I had the best wedge salad and pork chop I’ve ever eaten. I was at a table for 2 and we had plenty of space. It felt intimate but not too crowded. The price point is extremely reasonable for what you get—trust me. I was looking around and every table was full and everyone was clearly having an amazing dining experience. My advice to you is to take these “1 star” reviews with a massive grain of “salt”—they don’t know what they’re talking about. I very rarely write reviews but I realized that out of the 100 people that were there having an amazing time, very few would share their 5-star experience on here. This establishment is top notch and competes with the best restaurants we’ve been to in our major US (and Canadian) cities. I’m so proud we have a place like this in CNY—I drove 40 minutes from Manlius and it was so worth it. I will come again and again. Bravi to the owners for investing so much in this restaurant and best wishes for much success and many more great dining experiences! PS: pictured is the pork chop w/brussels sprouts and their famous loaded baked potato, and the chicken riggies.
I have been to Stone Creek multiple times and every time, try something new. Everything on their menu is great and the drinks are unique! The staff if very friendly and personable. We even had a large group of 12+ come for a dinner celebration. They do a great job here! I recommend to all!
New favorite restaurant. Beyond impressed with the chef. The smoked onion fondue was incredible. Probably the best brussel sprouts ever made and the steak with the mushroom brandy cream sauce was perfect. Will definitely be back....probably tomorrow.
I had the honor of going to Stone Creek during their soft opening on Saturday night. The drinks were amazing! The food was spectacular as was the service. Every item we had was cook perfectly and very well seasoned. Our server Rachael you could tell was nervous but she was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed talking to her. Her recommendations were spot on. I can't wait to go back to try more items!
We had a fantastic meal! My daughter wanted a great steak and this was recommended as the best place. The whole staff was very pleasant to us.
My expectations were exceeded at this great new restaurant. The owners did their diligence in hiring friendly, attentive staff. My friend and I both started with the Wedge salad, which was crisp and delicious. We both also had the Filet, which was the best steak around in my opinion, followed by the banana cream pie which was the bomb. Definitely check this new establishment out, It’s worth the drive!
Wow. Everything was 5 stars. The service was attentive and the food service was paced perfectly. The menu is varied and everything we got had the table saying wow. Starting with the butter! The lobster dishes were incredible. Will make this a regular dining spot, worth the short drive from Skaneateles for a great meal.
So, I’m sure you have gone to restaurants where you’re curious because they’re new and the menu is a little different and they’re a little off the beaten path and the menu looks good and your expectations are not necessarily all hyped up. The place opened on July 7. The wait staff was clearly well trained and mentioned that chef had them tasting everything so that they could comment somewhat intelligently on anything that someone might order and at least tell them their likes and dislikes and hopefully why His riff on Utica greens involved warmed, but not fully wilted, baby kale and pickled Fresnos. The parmigiano Reggiano was in small cubes. At first, when it arrived, I was not sure this was actually Utica greens as it also had thinly sliced brussels sprouts in the mix. One bite and I was curious was this actually what I ordered the second bite I was in love. The “wedge“ was a spherical cap of cold crisp iceberg, surrounded by a homemade “ranch“. A pepper oil ringed the preparation. the kicker to this all was the trompe de l’oeil topping, which was not crispy fried onions, but instead lightly dusted fine strips of red pepper, exquisitely, crunchy and crispy and flavorful. The succotash had me. With its corn, tiny beans that I could not tell if they were actually lima’s or soy beans, and a few wisps of kale in only enough butter to coat the vegetables and not pool at the bottom of the serving dish. Very toothsome and not overcooked. The blackened mahi sandwich was not overpowering, probably because it was not over salted. The fish was sliced thick enough to be recognizable and remain soft but thin enough to have body and not squirt all over the place. It was served with a coleslaw with a hint of thousand island to it But no red. Simple cabbage and herb. One of the things I particularly liked, except for a comment that will follow, as that things were not overalled. Thank goodness! My only criticisms are personal preference and not the restaurant itself. I tried some of the french fries, which were shoestrings. Crispy on the outside, a little over salted, but not oily and still a little bit of potato feel on the inside. I tend to like more potato than crisp and more like “steak fries“. They were good nonetheless. Everything was perfectly cooked. Everything… Except the wedge, of course. :-) The Utica greens were an interpretation that I loved that I wasn’t sure that they had brought the right dish, but I am a believer in the Socratic concept of destroying all preconceptions, and I’m glad I did I was pleasantly surprised in a way that I have not been at a restaurant that I thought would be just a rehashing, however, well prepared or not It will be interesting to see how this chef who clearly wants to use local ingredients and stay in season will handle the winter months
My son is home from overseas and we thought we would try out this new restaurant in Marcellus as a treat. When we arrived, the parking lot was almost full and the place was hopping. We were seated and ordered the pork chop and the lobster dish. I have never had such a good pork chop; it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My son loved his lobster dish. We were served by Rachel, who checked on us frequently and was very attentive. For dessert we had the Limoncello tiramisu and that was to die for! On the way out, we spotted the owners, a very sweet couple who were so gracious and we chatted about the food and our excellent service. This would be a great place to go for a special occasion dinner. We’ll be back!
What a gem. I hope this place continues to thrive. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and the place was full of happy diners. Our table wasn’t quite ready yet which gave us an opportunity to have a cocktail at the bar (spicy martini) and sit outside and relax for a few. Spicy martini is really good if you like dirty martinis with a kick. The hostesses found us and let us know our table was ready. The dinning room was full of happy guests and just gave off a really warm and comfortable atmosphere. Our server was great, knowledgeable and accommodating. Service was very well timed and we were never waiting long on anything. We had the carpaccio, calamari, brioche, lobster carbonara and the strip steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. Carpaccio was delicious but a little bit on the salty side. The entire staff is friendly, engaging and authentic. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Cozy atmosphere, very attentive and kind servers and delicious food! Everything was excellent, will definitely return!
Pork chop was 2" thick, moist, delicious. Filet excellent. Wedge salad delicious.
Simply YUM. Celebrated our anniversary there and it did not disappoint. Started with the smoked onion fondue - incredible. Drinks - fabulous and creative. We both got one of the specials. One special was a grilled swordfish over couscous with house pesto and some kind of magical heirloom tomato situation on top. I had a 14oz ribeye special with an incredible house cowboy butter and a loaded potato. Then, literally the icing on the cake only it was a banana pudding, chocolate mousse, and pecan graham cracker crust pie combo that sent us over. Outstanding. Our server Brooke was a delight and the owner or manager, Julie checked in to make sure everything was on par. Well exceeded our expectations!
New Favorite! The food was gourmet, from the bread to the salmon. We loved the riggies, and ordered the deviled eggs appetizer. I will never be able to eat a deviled egg again without it being second to the delicacy that was served. Priced well! Atmosphere was very relaxed. Dress up or come as you are. Will be back!
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday tonight at Stone Creek. You were all so accommodating especially seeing it was a last minute plan. The food was outstanding and our waitress was amazing!! Thank you so much for taking care of all 9 of us! We will definitely be back!!
Brought our daughter for dinner last evening. Ed prepared her a special cocktail which she loved while I had my usual and perfect Bloody Mary. Jim and I each had the lobster bisque which was absolutely delicious...and we shared an order of wings. They were outstanding and fell off the bone. The accompanying Bleu cheese dressing was perfect. Karen had the NY strip syeak and raved about how delucious it and the oaded baked potato were. This was my 6th visit, and I am working through the menu so opted for the chicken rI'iggies..sooo good with just the right amount of heat. I am already looking forward to my 7th visit. Our waitress was very attentive as we're other staff who checked on is. Karen said we are so lucky to have such a fine restaurant so near...can't agree more.
My wife and I have eaten at a lot of places. And this place was by far the best food we have ever had ! I got a lobster pasta it was amazing. And she got the ahi tuna. WOW out of this world. Great job. Waitress and hostess were also very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon.

I thought the food was very good. Nice little place in Marcellus. But cmon. Charging $3 for a dinner.
Nice experience; the food was very nice. Service was very good but the restaurant has awful acoustics. Maybe they can add rugs or panels to cut down on noise?
It wants to be bougie but it's not.
Nice people nice place .
Here's the real review and this was based off of several people in my group. The overall thought is there is great potential here. Lots of good things and many frustrating things. Atmosphere: Loud and warm. We were here on a night when it was about 75 degrees outside and it was very hot in the restaurant. We knew it was a bad sign when the front door and the bar area doors were both wide open which wouldn't happen if the air conditioning were properly working. It was very warm and my group was sweating. We were told that the vents cannot accommodate the entire restaurant and the kitchen was 120 degrees. They said they needed to get it fixed. It was also very loud in the dining room so be prepared to talk loudly. Service: Very friendly but pretty bad. We ordered drinks and then appetizers. We finished our apps before the drinks got there. It took about 30 mins to get our drinks. They did apologize and said the ticket got lost. They also asked me if I wanted a chilled glass for my beer and I said, "yes". It never came even though I was told 3 times that they would get it... each time with an apology. We had to ask for water a few times as well. Food: The drinks were excellent once we finally got them. The food was tasty but every dish was flawed. For example, the calamari was fine. Not hot but the cornmeal crust was a nice change of pace from typical fried calamari. The lobster carbonara had big chunks of lobster and the sauce was fantastic. However, the guanciale -- which is like a pork belly -- was disgusting. There were large chunks of fat in the dish and nobody ate them. The mahi was delicious but there were no vegetable at all on the plate. For $32, there should be more than a small amount of rice and a piece of fish. The pork chop was big and tasty with the sauce being the highlight. However, the person requested it medium rare and it came medium well. Also, they were out of mashed potatoes which comes with it. So, just be prepared that there will be many things you will probably enjoy about the restaurant but also don't be surprised if things are also frustrating. For the price we paid, all 6 of us agreed that we won't be going back anytime soon.
Great food. A new option in Marcellus offering home-cooked meals made with local ingredients. Good quality food and drink. They have some unique options. Tiny outside patio. Can be a bit pricy and often noisy inside.
Food was amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly. Not a fan of baked potatoes so was substituted with some thin shoe string type fries. They were ok. We started with the Onion Fondue it was very tasty, the potatoes that were served with it were very good, would also improve the French Fries. The Fondue was more of a cream than cheese. All four of us enjoyed the food. Mixed drinks were great, special Thank you to the bartender. Atmosphere was the only issue we had. It was extremely hot, AC issues on a very hot day made it hard to stay. Because the heat we elected to get ice-cream over dessert. The noise level was very loud and it was a Tuesday night. Having a conversation at your table was a challenge. Really can use some sound absorbing ceiling panels or something.

Made a reservation a month ago came in the hostess was clueless when we arrived and said no reservation was ever made? We waited close to 45 minutes before sat another 10 minutes before a Server) came by with drinks. Food was all a miss and overpriced .
Had an unfortunate experience at the restaurant almost broke my tooth and choked on a bone in the Chicken Riggies. Called The staff they had no desire to replace item, at least they were nice enough to say we’ll try not to have it happen again
Can't speak to the restaurant or staff, but the website does not receive payment methods well.
Ok so I called WEEKS ago for a reservation (we have tried to go previously but we needed a reservation) it was our 15th anniversary so we bought our 3 children. My daughter who ordered the burger had no complaints my 14 year old son and I ordered the lobster carbonara. The pasta was too al dente it needed at least 30 more seconds… maybe a minute the guanciale was WAY WAY overcooked (even my son thought so) I couldn’t even like pierce it with my fork to get a bite of everything… I could only scoop it. At one point I thought I had plastic in my mouth! My husband makes way WAY better carbonara! That brings me to my 12 year old who ordered the filet… it had NO FLAVOR like it tasted like it wasn’t even salted… even my husband tasted it and said the same thing! There wasn’t even salt on the table… because fancy restaurants you shouldn’t need to season anything… we ended up spending like $400.00 which is way way more expensive than Rosalie’s Cucina or Elderberry Pond 2 other fine dining establishments that we have been to and we WISH we went there instead! We were really excited about Stone Creek it’s like 8 minutes from our house… but we will not be back!
