The food was amazing as always! I had the mussels and stuffed mushrooms to start. I can't remember the name of my entrée (al forno?). It had pasta, sausage, crispy prosciutto in a super flavorful cream sauce with truffle oil. Delicious! I was too full for dessert but I tried a bite of my sons heath bar Brownie with vanilla ice cream and that was heaven as well. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

We ordered take out from Encore tonight for Good Friday. Obviously everything is closed to dine in right now. We got the seafood Sangenaro. I was nervous about seafood to go but this was AMAZING. Only ever had one order of scungili from a restaurant in little Italy that was this delicious.

Always amazing! Specials are always so creative and delicious. I've never had a bad meal at Encore!

The braised short ribs special was melt in your mouth tender. Wait staff was excellent and attentive. Beautiful ambience and relaxed atmosphere. The Chef IS top notch serving amazing authentic Italian food. This is my new favorite spot. I will be back again.

The encore restaurant is back open on 9W in Marlboro, NY & it’s one of our favorite places for gourmet Italian takeout. Their service is so quick and their food is absolutely delicious! We religiously order the octopus & clams Aqua Pazza or any similar dish when they have it. Basically anything they make with octopus’s perfect. And followed up with the seafood Pescatore is always a huge hit in our household. The fresh fish and shellfish in this dish and the portion is amazing! This is definitely a shareable dish or leftovers will be prominent the next day. We have had wonderful experiences dining in there as well but we just happen to get takeout more off and then dining in because of our busy work schedules.

I really want to keep this place to ourselves in our small little town, but the food is just too amazing. Everything is authentic with fresh ingredients that are made to order. So glad to have michelin star food in a family atmosphere.

Encore to the rescue for Valentines Day! This was my first experience with this restaurant and after my first 2 “go to” spots were a bust I decided to give Encore a shot. They did not disappoint. The crab stuffed mushrooms were FANTASTIC. We ordered Porcini Crusted NY Strip and Lobster fra Diavolo both top notch and cooked to perfection and generous portions. I’ll certainly be adding Encore to our running list of “go to” spots.

Hey Encore dinner was awesome ! We had the stuffed artichoke, baby back ribs appetizer and the Encore kale salad with chicken. Ribs were excellent and that kale salad is a keeper 👍. Plenty of food and delicious flavors, great job, thanks

An excellent choice for an excellent meal. The menu had many choices and specials that made it even more difficult to decide what to order. My wife chose the Salmon over rissoto which she thoroughly enjoyed. I selected the lobster with sweet peas, carmelized onions with rigatoni, I'm glad I did. The service was as excellent as the food. Enjoy!

Friends visiting us this week and dined here last evening with clients. Raves about the chef and service. They indulged in surf & turf items, steak-salmon-octopus. All prepared “top notch”.

Food was amazing and the pasta portions were huge. The service was great and the atmosphere was good. Although all tables were full there is enough spacing so that you are not feeling over crowded.

Nice place all the way around!! A solid 3 1/2 stars. Friendly staff, clean modern space and plentiful good food!! The house salad could feed 4!! We all had something different and all took food home! All the meals were hot and flavorful. Desserts were good too, but we were disappointed there wasn't cappuccino available. Will definitely try it again!!

A good Italian restaurant the shrimp cakes were excellent. You don’t get a salad with your dinner that’s extra the chicken franchise that my girlfriend had was bland I had to ask for a lemon slices. The shrimp Dish was good that I had. The waitress was rushing us. I was in the middle of eating my spaghetti and she was like can I wrap this up for you three times she did that it was so annoying. I think we’ll stick to going into Vesuvio’s in Newburgh better Italian restaurant.

So disappointed at my last visit. I always enjoy my dinner at encore, however on my last visit my dinner was sadly disappointing. The sauce tasted really bad like dish water and the shrimp was cold. The waitress didn’t come back to check on us for a long time, everybody else was finished eating and by the time she came back it was too late for me to order anything else. Other than taking my plate away and taking it off the check there was no Compensation, such as free dessert or anything. Or even acknowledgment that the food they gave me was bad. Very disappointing because I usually love my meals there. I think maybe because we went on a Thursday this time. They only open three days a week so any leftovers are sitting there for five days. We may try it again but I will go on a Friday or Saturday this time. Which is when we normally go
