I came To Sonic on March 26, 2024 and Ordered A Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito On A Mobile Order With Extra Cheese Diced Onions And Tomatoes And Jalapeños I Placed The Order While I Was At The Restaraunt On On My Phone So As Soon As The Order Goes Through I Push The Red Button And Ask The Carhopper Could I Have The Diced Onions That I Added Grilled She Says No Problem I’ll Tell The Cook And Let Him Know! Easy No Problems Fast Foward April 5th I Place My Mobile Order At 9:43 Via Mobile App Same Way But This Time I was At Home So I Called After The Order Went Through And requested The Onions that I added to be grilled I Was then told I would have to pay a 1.00 To Grill the onions that were free on the app! So Then I Say I Don’t Mind Paying For The Onions when I get there he then says ok hold on and I was left on hold for 4 mins while I was actively on the way to the store! I check In and let the order taker know that I spoke to some one on the phone about my onions being grilled and I was left on hold for 4 mins while I was on the way to the store she tells me they were backed up and she’s sorry for his inconvenience I then tell her I just wanted to know what’s the outcome I can pay for the onions to be added like I told him when I just placed the order so she then tells me that she was going to throw away the first burrito and remake my burrito and I had to wait another 10 mins on top of that! even though the guy I spoke to was in the grill and could have went ahead and grilled the onions and made me pay as we seemingly agreed to you said hold on not me? Communication could’ve been better I understand it’s frustrateing but leaving a customer on hold that asked a simple question is crazy!

I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and decided to try their mango slushy with peach and dragonfruit syrups. The flavor combination was delicious – the sweetness of the peach and the tang of the dragonfruit paired really well with the mango base. It was refreshing, and I was excited about the unique flavors. However, the experience was a bit disappointing. While the taste was great, the drink didn’t have much liquid in it. After just a few sips, I was left with mostly ice. I expected more of the actual slushy and less ice, which made the drink feel like it didn’t live up to the usual Sonic standard. Overall, while the flavor was spot-on, the portion and consistency could definitely use improvement. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it was definitely a letdown.

Look at this corn dog. I ordered 4 and they all this way. And I put in the 99cent corn dog and other 3 regular. Well they charged me regular price for the one that a suppose to be 99. And all the corn dogs were burner and cooked was too long .

Just got home from getting sonic and wow can I say that was an experience. My friends and I, had two sonic order aheads. 1st order of drinks came out with the 2nd orders food. And vise versa with the 2nd order. Not a big deal, but while handing the 1st orders drink to me Vanessa dropped it in my lap, stood there didn’t say anything. Not I’m sorry, nothing. I had to ask to get napkins, and when I asked for a new drink she said NO. Very unprofessional. I said that was b.s. and asked for a manager. Manager didn’t apologize either or really care, as she couldn’t even remember what my drink was after me telling her 3 times over. Overall decent food horrible service.

If I could give them half star to service at atmosphere, I would okay. I'm gonna admit I parked at the back and then the lady asked me to move up to the front since it's late which I did that soon as I did that. It hit the call button again soon as I hit the call button. I heard her smacking and eating on the other side and then I asked, is it okay if I order no Response couple minutes go by still no response. And then, finally, when I back up and I'm leaving, she starts laughing in the inner calm, like a very disrespectful laugh like yay, I got this person to leave, and now I don't have to do anything. This is very disrespectful, this is very not professional and I think somebody knows Needs to fix this. And it was tonight. Monday november seventeenth i'm putting this here cause I would hate to have to go to corporate because I'm not this type of person but I really think that this type of attitude is very disrespectful. I made a mistake and I didn't park at the front and I apologized. And if that's the reason why she was treating me nasty. And rude That's not fair.

Horrible service always takes forever to get the food order. Sonic changed all the food to save money and charge more on the customer.

How do you burn a chili cheese dog? They did! Got our order wrong in multiple ways. When you spend almost 50 dollars for 3 people to eat at a fast food restaurant,can you not burn the hot dog black or burn the onion rings? Didn't get our shakes correct. There's only three of them! Very disappointed.

They always say there ice machine is down whenever they are busy how convenient. This used to be a really good sonic to go to and honestly at times it still is but wherever you somewhere you expect to be able to get what you ordered and not told some lie that they actually used just a few days before so they wouldn't have to stop and make a bag of ice
