This particular location was recently remodeled. But i always loved coming here. I have a large order with lots of modifications and 99% of the time they get it correct. Friendly and courteous satff as well.
Ordered two number seven which are the foot-long Coney‘s I ordered them with pickles mustard and mayonnaise made them just the way I ordered and also when I got home my food look very personable not bad for a drive-through business I want to give a thank you to my order taker number 161 and carhop Haileyw thank you very much
This is hands down the best Sonic Drive-In in the whole area! We (almost daily) order cheesy tots with extra cheese and this location is the only one who puts an ample amount of cheese EVERY TIME without sacrificing the amount of tots we get. The tots are also crispy and well done every time. We love love love this Sonic! Keep up the good work!
They always get my order right and don't overcharge me for my drinks like the other Sonic in the same town.
Love the people who work here. May be in need of a little TLC on the general appearance but I love going there and have never once had a bad experience with this place, or the people who work (especially at night, where they have always come to my window to take my order which I find endearing). Also: they'll warn you if they see a spider in your car and even hand you a ton of napkins to clean up the (now) dead spider.

Update: One year later & this Sonic is still the best!! They have the sweetest workers!!! I used to hate coming to this Sonic because they were EXTREMELY slow & always messes up the food. But today, being it was one of the only places open after Hurricane Beryl, we had to come here. I don't know what they did, if it's new management or what, but the service was EXCELLENT today!! Super sweet girls that brought our food out & the food was impressive!
Been coming here for years, overall they have better service than other Sonics around the area. Theres been 1 or 2 bad days, but that's expected. Usually fast and polite carhops
I love only is tots with chili cheese and slushies.. ex coney hotdog is good but the meat inside hotdog seem dry or soaked on water to long or something idk how to explain I don't like how taste of that hotdog but it ok. Will be back more for tots chili cheese and slushies 🥰

Just picked up a couple of ice cream sundaes. For the price they should've been larger, but they were pretty good. Employees were polite. Construction around the place took away from the atmosphere.
Always get the same thing most of the time and that's the large onion rings, coney island, mozzarella sticks, tater tots and a root beer float or a specialty drink. Love the ice! Staff never seem friendly. Sometimes understaffed. Make sure you check your bag before you leave. I've been given the wrong order several times.
I tried a recommendation from a friend. Coke with chocolate sauce and cherry syrup. It's pretty good. But I think all the sauce goes to the bottom leaving just a cherry coke flavor. But until then it tastes like liquid chocolate covered cherries
I LOVE sonic but it wasn't a good day couldn't hear the speaker well didn't get an order of French fries we ordered 😝 it's never happened before everyone has a bad day
I ordered on the Sonic app and this is the only location I had an issue with them not getting the order (I understand things happen, especially with technology) but when the manager came to speak to me he was rude and smelled like an ashtray. He told me it wasn’t his problem to contact the app support. Very poor customer services by the manager. I work in management and would never handle things that way. I give 3 starts because I have used this location 2 other times and my experience was ok ( not great) and the food/drinks came out in a timely manner.
They got my drink wrong. Twice. I asked for extra ketchup, the girl forgot about it; I had to call again to get someone to come with it. The cheeseburgers were good. So we're the drinks, but still not the ones I ordered.
I have had 2 bad experiences lately with this particular sonic. The 1st one, I ordered their special on the app for my kids whichWas a Coke float. After I pay and get there and wait they tell me they have no ice cream. The worst part is they cannot refund me because I paid on the app. I had to spend several minutes on the phone and then they tell me I'll get my money back in 7 or 10 days. Then the next time I went, I ordered one sweet tea and waited 20 minutes to get it. This particular sonic was my go to sonic but with the experiences as of late I'll be choosing another one if I go at all.
The slushies seemed too sweet. I asked a couple times what was in a ocean water. Finally a worker that was outside explained to me what was in it.. I asked if it could be made into a slushy and was told yes. Upon going to the window they told me it was called a blue coconut slushy. I didn't want that, I wanted a ocean water, taste less sweet. After going back and forth we accepted the drink along with a Powerade slushy which was very sweet too. Neither of us finished the slushies. It wasn't what we wanted. We wanted refreshing, not sweet overload. I would try them again. They seem nice.. it was clean outside and they were nice, just seemed awkward.
Food was ok, but they got my order wrong. The slushy was made so sour that we had to throw it away & they didn't give me the fries that I ordered. This was for my son, he was at home, so we didn't know the drink was made so poorly until he tried it at home & it's my fault for not checking bag for fries before pulling off. Should've known better.
Ok so this experience was absolutely horrible! I went through the drive thru, ordered the new fried pickles and pickle burger, 2 slushies and chicken bites. None of it was right, had to fix my drinks twice, and food tasted nasty. But, the manager, or maybe assistant handled herself in a very professional manner, kept her cool, made my order right. The customer service experience made up for the cooks lack of menu knowledge. Way to go girl! Wish I could remember her name. Went around 6pm a few days ago.
April 10, 2024 This location had issues with items on menu not being available. I was there doordashing. I had to wait in line 10 plus minutes (only two cars ahead of me) for my turn at the drive-up window; just to hear that the items (two fountain drinks) that the customer order were unavailable and the customer could not have substitutes. That's what I was told by the woman of color with the curly ponytail. I tried calling my customer but could not reach her, neither by phone or text. I had to call DOORDASH SUPPORT for further instructions in this matter and to have the order refund to the customer and canceled my dash at this location. I lost money and time for the DASH.
Food was great but a very long wait time going through the drive thru. We were in line for nearly 30 minutes. I think they were just very busy and short staffed.
Fix your dang monitors or put cones in space. You don't know it's not working until you pull in.
I placed my order and was given a total. Once the carhop delivered it I paid cash and noticed I was missing an item. I was told that they no longer had the item after I had already paid and was not given a refund or a substitute.
Went one afternoon and they were back up and confused on orders. Would not answer stall buttons, drive thru backed up. Ppl leaving because no one taking orders. Phones left unanswered. I ordered and paid sat over 30 minutes. No food. I left and had to come back hours later for refund.
So frustrating! I had to repeat my order 3 times before it showed correctly on the screen. I ordered a kid burger with mayo and all the veggies. She asked if I wanted mustard and ketchup, I said no, mayo and all veggies. When I got home, surprise, surprise, there was mustard and ketchup on my burger and NO VEGGIES. I don't eat mustard.. The 2 All American hot dogs were cold and on stale buns. Frustrating...Next time, DAIRY QUEEN
I ordered online. There was one other car in the lot when I arrived. I checked in and after 10 minutes had to REMIND them that I was there. I mean really. You have one job.
Placed online order yesterday to pick up today at 11:20. We went to pick it up arriving at 11:29 but didn't get my order until 11:47. Management needs to step it up and hire people. Pay more, do something to keep people cause having two people working the entire restaurant is not fair to the worker or the customers. The employees don't deserve the flack from customers and customers don't serve shotty service. If employees don't show up just close the restaurant- either way Sonic loses money. While I was there 5 cars drove off without getting food. Three from drive thru and two from stalls.
The people in the drive through were very patient and accommodating. The problem I had was that they had forgotten one of the drinks that I got and when I noticed that they forgot another one they told me that I didn’t order it even though I was charged for it. I just moved here and it’s a pain that I paid for all of these drinks and only received 6 of the 7 when I was charged for all of them.
Second time in a row that I’ve gotten a RT 44 cherry limeade and they put absolutely no cherrys in my drink how are you going to call it a cherry limeade and not add even a single cherry to it
Girl on the morning shift is always rude when trying to order through the drive through and when asked for extra condiments she gets an attitude and tells us there’s enough in the bag. Act like you want to work there or get a better job.
I tried to give this sonic a chance, but every time we go it just disappoints! But it's the only one in town and we like to get a treat after baseball practice.. hopefully it gets better one day!!
I went to this Sonic about a month ago for my girlfriend. She ordered on her app on the phone. So when I went to go pick up the food. I had to go through drive-thru. The manager came to the window. I told him I was here to pick up a order and gave him the name. He said I needed to touch that I'm here on the app. And I explained to him that my girlfriend ordered it on her phone. So he basically said I could not get the order until she hit something on her phone. That did not make sense to me. So after that he was so rude. And slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I would never go back to this place.

Overpriced. Slow. I used to love their foot long coney meal, but it has shrunk and it costs almost $8. For that I can go to a real restaurant and eat..and they took away the evening happy hour from 8 to 10.☹
Waited 30+ mins and then when checking in they didn’t have my order. I showed them on my banking app and asked for a refund and ended up having to leave because they lady didn’t know how to. Guess I’ll just have to dispute with my bank
No oreos in my sonic blast!! One on top but just plain ice cream underneath, charged me for a Oreo blast When i should have only been charged for a cup of ice cream. Also on another trip I ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn't tell me they were out of marinara till after they delivered them and I had press the button to find out why they had not given me any. We're done with this location will just drive the few extra minutes to the league city location.
Forget about getting ice cream blast here if the sun has gone down! They don't do it. Would love to see this changed since the wife loves a cookie dough blast at the end of a rough day.
They close at 11 PM but I got there at 9 PM and they said that they were not serving ice cream anymore because they were cleaning the machine. Does it really take 2 hours to clean the machine? I drove all the way over there because the other sonic is not open.
The service at this location is horrible and the food was even worse. I found hair in my food and when I returned it the manager did not want to give me a refund and told me not to come back to this location. This isn't the first time that the staff was rude so they don't have to worry about me returning to this location.
It sucked!!! We couldn't understand the last at the drive thru AT ALL!!! Then it took us over 30 minutes to get our 2 burgers and a Jr. Burger and they where cold because the guy forgot we where at the window it was horrible will never go again and I don't advise anyone else to go either!!!
I ordered 2 medium slushes with nerd candies in it and didn't get them in either one. I ordered a large order of onion and only received 5 rings.
When did Sonic start charging extra for a kid to have a slushy with their wacky pack?? It says it comes with a kids size drink. I have never been charged for a kids slushy!! And .40 cents for a cherry?? No thanks!
We'll never go back to this location. Order was messed up & refused to replace the entire order. General Manager was rude & unprofessional. This is not the first time our order was messed up but it will be our last. I finally filed an official complaint. Service & Management is ridiculous.
This location is undescribable, it's falling apart all over, building is barely standing, employees outside replacing lights and using cus words I didn't know exist.... I can only imagine how the kitchen looks... I promise we will never go here again... I had to tell my children put ur ear muffs on, there not nice people working here......
This is my second time to a Sonic in the last week that just refused to take customer orders. No explanation. Just won’t take an order on the speaker. You sit there for 10- 15 minutes just to have to drive away. They need to just throw this whole franchise away.
Was missing food.. when I went back manager didn’t believe it and wasn’t willing to replace the missing item. He did eventually reluctantly replace it. I asked for district managers number but he gave me his number.
Ordered a sausage burrito meal, hardly any sausage in it. I asked the drive thru girl for hot sauce, she said it comes with it. Got my food drove away...guess what??? No hot sauce. Once again. The one on 96 by HEB is way better.
This place has the worst customer service in history! I pulled up in a stall she proceeded to tell me that the stalls are closed! So I get in the drive thru... 30 minutes later get to the speaker for the woman (putting it nicely)to tell me that they are out of ice cream!! For infact they probably turned the ice cream machine off so they wouldn't have to clean it!! Lazy people!!! SMH
Arrived around 645 pm ordered our food. 715pm still no food. The little girl taking the order was rude. One of the girls working kept getting in and out a vehicle with her friends in it. I knew she was on the clock because she had her headset on. We just left because three vehicles arrived about 5 minutes after us and they all received their orders before us no it wasn’t just drinks they ordered. This is by far the worst sonic experience we had. The managers need to watch who they hire poor employee service will eventually build bad rep and drive revenue down.
I went to get a rt 44 sweet tea. The cup was crumbled at the top so the lid did not close right causing it to spill. The first stall I went to didn't work, and the tea was not good. Tasted watered down with dish water. Not kidding. I have learned my lesson with this Sonic. After three bad experiences in a row, I will not go back. I will drive to the one past 45.
The owner and manager should be embarrassed, this place is lacking in every way. Poor customer service being number 1, while I understand teens need jobs they also need to understand responsibility and customer service. It’s unacceptable to give a customer a shake that’s melted, argue that it’s not melted then say whatever and walk off. Not how any sonic should be handled .
I stopped to get a foot long cheese and some onion rings. I was told they were out of onion rings and then I heard laughter over the intercom. It was only 8 o'clock. So I changed my order. I got around to the window and the guy in front of me seemed to be extremely angry as he was asking for the manager. After he drove off, I pulled up and was waiting to pay and I OVHD all the employees standing around venting with the manager about the previous customer. Then an employee says to the manager, "I SHOULD HAVE JUST SPIT IN HIS FOOD!" I was uphalled and drove off after telling the manager that that WAS UNACCEPTABLE! That manager and employee should be fired! NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS SONIC!
I repeat my order 3 times! And still get me everything wrong! I ask for oreo shake, and they just poured only ice cream and oreos crumbs on the top, I ask for a chocolate milkshake and they have me plain ice cream that they for sure mix with chocolate fudge , and don’t let me starter in the rudeness of teenagers working in there. Waste of money!! Next time I will drive a little far and go other sonic !!!!
This location never has ice cream or shakes. I've NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET a milkshake or a blast or any other kind of ice cream at this location or Texas City. Isn't Sonic known for their ice cream and shakes Very disappointing at first now just thoroughly DISGUSTED 😕. We now choose to go to Dairy Queen where we can always get a blizzard or milk shake with no problem. It's just around the corner and never disappoints.
This location has gone down hill real fast. It opened up brand new and was great but lately it is horrible to go to. They seem to always give out Diet Coke no matter what drink you order and they always forget something when ordering. And when you bring it to their attention of what that forgot or for wrong they act like it’s your fault not theirs.
Nice new shiny equipment. Slow slow service. No answer on the drive thru so went to the drive up spots where only 4 cars were. Took 20 minutes to get ice cream. 2 cars left before getting what they ordered.
If I could give less then one star I would. Me and my son waited for at least 25 minutes for just two drinks and this was in the drive thru. I've been in charge of restaurants before and the kids that are there just like to play around from what I saw. There was at least 4 to 5 kids in the store that should have been doing something not playing around.
The employees here are beyond terrible. Every time I’ve been here I’ve dealt with rude employees and it’s been worse every time. The last time I ordered it was brought out with only half the items I ordered. I hit the button to speak with them about the missing items and the employee said “we’re out of that” and disconnected the button offering 0 solution. I walked into the kitchen area and spoke with the manager who apologized and said they had all of the items the employee claimed they did not have. The manager seemed nice enough but who knows if she dealt with the problem employee 🤷🏼♂️ that’s all they seem to have there. Until this franchise can figure out how to get rid of their terrible employees, go somewhere else. You’re probably gonna have a bad experience.
30 minutes for a route 44 sweet Tea and some cheese sticks which take roughly 6 and a half minutes to cook. I hit the red button to check where it was and she said it will be right out. 10 more minutes for it to come are you kidding me

I went there to go get food and to begin with, it was overpriced. And then I ordered a strawberry banana milkshake and when I got it, it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. It was extremely watery, no thickness whatsoever and when I asked, the girl at the window told me that it was because of the bananas. I have gotten multiple strawberry banana smoothies from other Sonics and they did not look like this. I asked her if she could redo it and she went ahead and told me that if she did it again it would be “exactly the same” 😡 I’m not ever one to write bad reviews but it was very unprofessional in every way.
Waited 45 minutes for a grilled cheese and a drink. I wasn't paying attention to the time so when I buzzed the first time I was told it would be right out. Fifteen minutes later, I am in the drive through. Not sure if this is going to work. Super disappointed. I used the app. Thank goodness for Alicia at the drive through. She got my drink and found my food languishing. The grilled cheese was cold, of course. It took a solid hour...so disappointed.
Food is good, I'm just frustrated with the attitude at the drive thru. I was quick at ordering my food and didn't give her a hard time at all. Just immediately greeted with a nasty attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Just back to back questioned "What else. What else. What else??" 😒 I usually go to the sonic off of league city parkway by HEB and chick fil a, this was my first and last time coming here. I recommend if you want good food AND good service to go to the sonic by HEB and chick fil a.
Ordered a Jr. burger kid meal and asked for cheese on the burger; no mustard, add ketchup. What my daughter got was a burger that only had meat and pickles on it. No cheese, which I was charged for, and no ketchup. I ordered a Jalapeno double cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup, and there was no ketchup, and -- I'm not kidding, just 4 jalapenos were on it. This is not the first time that this location has messed up on my order, but this is first time I've felt inclined to leave a review about it. A nice new building means nothing if orders can't be done correctly.
Running late for work. Ordered my son food waited almost 10 minutes only for the manager to come to the window and tell me the cook did not drop his KIDS popcorn chicken but also that he didn't know how much longer I would have to wait. While I waited I seen said manager give other cars behind me ice Cream and drinks. What should have happened was the cook "drop popcorn chicken" right after I placed my order. I've worked in fast food many years and this NOT how a productive management team works.
When People order a number 3 They want a number 3 have some pride whenever you're throwing that Burger together.or go find a new job Manager should be more aware Of how the food is being prepared. And serve to people paying money for their Food to be correct.
Poor food quality. Been going to this location for 4 years. Ever since they rebuilt this location the food quality and quantity has went way down. I've been a handful of times since the rebuild and the quality of food is disappointing. I have to go to the sonic location in a different city if I decide to eat sonic. This sonic location really needs an inspection or corporate to come and preform a food quality inspection. I own a local business and never give other businesses a bad review but this location seriously needs one and a change needs to happen here.

This Sonic location continues to disappoint. I have been meaning to leave a review for the service here but today just was my final straw. When did it become a rule that you couldn’t pull into a stall because you didn’t place a mobile order. Crazy thing is all I wanted was a drink and was made to go through the drive thru. I thought well maybe because it’s hot outside they just don’t want to bring it out, which they had to anyway. This place also has issues with things breaking down and not turning off their mobile orders. Management at this location needs to do better! Why I rather drive 10 minutes to another location because at least I know they will not disappoint!
If I could give a ZERO I would. My wife and 8 were ordering food(have a 22' trailer) so I was parked along the south side of the building out of the way and my wife walked to the 2nd open stall ordered there as a walk up. Now I'm parked along the north side which blocks 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Pure ignorance. Use some sort of common sense. If my order wasn't being processed. I would've left.... common sense would help.
Truly disappointed with this locations service !!! The option to customize your drink is available in the app. Upon ordering a mobile order, the employee chose to cancel my entire order !!!! Which my card was already charged for!!! So rather than contacting the customer giving the option to change the drink. They canceled a $50 order! Even though both the app and any delivery service still has the option For add-ins to your drink, please be advised ordering from this location is a mistake. The location clearly has some communication issues with how the restaurant should be ran contacted Corporate in regards to this and the ordering service which I will not name that I used to pick up my order, lack of professionalism is abundant at this location. (Update) 4/19/24 Gave the location another shot and they still got the order wrong and food was poorly prepared. Truly disappointed.
Went here to make an order, and before I could finish, I was told to move up to finish the order. Now I was behind a person waiting for his order, and the person behind was getting to make his order. This manager came out to get the rest of my order, and I asked why I could not finish my order? She said that there were people behind me and I had to move up. So now my order is delayed because I was not allowed to complete my order, not happy. I left after the manager was very rude! Will not go back there
Most reviews start with service. I would be too if I had gotten any. The website says it closes at 12; I show up at 10. A loyal customer, I waited outside until 10:30, right in front of the window, just to see the man close up shop and head out to his vehicle, looking at me as if he were in the midst of a scandal in the middle of the parking lot. I don’t know if I was ignored or unseen. I doubt the second option. Either way, I don’t know which is worse. Never returning.
Showed up at 1102 in the drive thru with cars in front of me. Got to the sign and they said they were closed even though all published hours still show midnight. They said they changed them on Wednesday but didn't bother to update any online or signage to the fact. Just poor customer service during a transition period. If you know you haven't updated any online hours or signage at least give leeway for customers while you are cleaning. Loss of customer focus combined with increased cost of product is driving customers away. Do better Sonic. Will not be returning and I was a customer there at least once a week.
Make sure to check your food here...they will short you on fries...get your order wrong 30 percent of the time...i highly recomend going to another place to avoid altercations 30 percent is being nice..ig.you will clearly say fries and get tots and if they do get it right they wont even fill up the fry bag halfway...it must be meds or something how bad they are with orders idk
Was trying to get ice cream, they were very rude. The girl that took my order turned off the mic since I wanted something else, had me waiting there for 2 minutes saying hello 10 times, knowing they were looking through the camera. I get to the window she stares at me. The guy opened it said. CB couldn’t provide the service it was still before 11pm. What a joke. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Disappointing.
Very disappointed 😞 Every other car was gone by the time I got my food. There were 2 female employees working on repairing the a car in the parking lot, even though there were 2 mechanics working on it!! It took 15 minutes for my Mobile Order to be finished (2 drinks, 4 corndogs) AND when I got home I realized they shorted me a corndog & gave me all the wrong condiments Simple order, guess it was my fault for thinking they could get a simple order done correctly.
I had the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant here. Took 45 minutes to get food, came out missing half the order and cold. Took them 15 more minutes to get half of the missing items out. Went up to door to ask for refund and give cold incorrectly made food and drinks back since they were not answering the intercom anymore. They came me the same cold incorrectly made food back and said the refunded my money. The never refunded my money. I called the district manager, he will not answer the phone nor call me back. Avoid this place.
Horrible service. Twice a simple drink order has been wrong. It was the same order just different days. The guy working as car hop thought it was funny when I told him the order was wrong and that it had happened before and he was the one who made the drinks prior. This place has went downhill and we will be moving our business to league city. At least they add the stuff to the drinks and can read a ticket print out.
I ordered online 2 footlong chili cheese dogs, one with just chili and cheese, one with chili, cheese, mustard and onions , and a medium fry. I got home and neither of The chili cheese dogs had mustard and onions. When I called the phone number listed, it is a non working number. Apparently they don’t want to make things right!
Went to the main drive thru, asked for the chili and cheese coney combo. I asked for tots with chili and cheese, and add jalapeños. The girl at the window said, that was impossible to do. What?? How is it in possible when I doordash it, I get it that way. She refused to add it. She was rude, should not be working the window. Not my fault she does not like her job!!!
wow! these people dont understand the difference between cheese tots and chili and cheese tots. i keep ordering tator tots with chesse and they keep adding chili for no darn reason.
Slow and frequent order mishaps Update: This place hasn't changed in five years! Update 10/2/22: I called corporate and voiced my complaints about this location. Have to day that much to my surprise over the weekend I spoke to the Manager and GM. Both said they are trying to get this store back on track. Nothing has changed!! Update 5/7/24: Decided to try them again. This was the last time. Ordered 6 burgers, and ALL 6 were 100% wrong. Update 9/11/25: Still slow and slower than before actually. What is it about this location that they can't get it together???? Over 10 minutes for two breakfast burritos is crazy.... Funny question,what does the first part of iced tea imply you will receive? Second, what comes standard on a triple smash burger? Guess it's not pickles, or sauce... Nothing better than a 3 mile round trip to get my cheddar peppers and cheese sticks!! Oh who eats either of them with no dipping sauce at all. Me because even on the second attempt you still couldn't get it right... This location is in desperate need of a change. Hard to believe they keep the lights on.
I order just one jr cheese burger and it took 5 minutes to get the burger and we were infront of the driveway only 1 car was behind us.
Did not do my DoorDash order claimed to be closed at 11:50 when the hours say midnight also was rude ti my DoorDasher
Paid Almost $15.00 for a double meat , tator tots and rt 44 drink ... Not mad at what I paid .. mad that I got a one meat cheese burger when I said no cheese. I wanted jalapeños I didn't get it. I wanted tator tots I got frys. Only thing that was right was the drink. This is really sad. And I called the number on the receipt and a sonic in Brazoria answered. Call it . And the one online is disconnected.
Terrible service!!! seems like people don’t want to work ,when they’re at their job getting paid!!! They don’t care about food n how it looks or how to fill up a darn drink correctly! —they just want the customer to get out of there so they can play on their cell phone
Ordered a strawberry shake at the drive through, like me moved up 1 car quickly then came to a screeching halt. 20+ minutes later finally got to the window and got my shake that looked like they made it as soon as I ordered And then put it under a warming lamp to wait for me to get to the window. Every time I've been to this location it's been a disappointment, I only stop by today because Dairy Queen is closed for renovations.
I ordered a sonic cheeseburger and got a burger with cheese, diced onion, and about a cup of mayonnaise. I don't understand. That's not a burger someone accidentally makes. And the rest of the order was correct so that wasn't the problem. Don't order food from this sonic. Literally anything would be better.
The most horrible hamburgers ever! Both were cold as heck!! Literally cold! The buns were stale as well, my wife warned me that this particular one sucked, but nooo, i was like, its a sonic! Its all good! Ha! Lesson learned! Wife is laughing at me now! We could not finish these nasty things! However, the onions rings were ok a drinks were awesome! Never again!! Twenty seven dollars for crudd!! No thank you!
I have never left a review before but today I had to. I ordered a burger with mustard, fries and a coke. When I looked in the bag to see if there was ketchup, I noticed tots instead of fries. The tots were upside down and already left grease on the bag. When I nicely said I ordered fies and showed the upside down tots, the young girl was rude. She took it back and got fries (barely any) and brought it all back with tots mashed in the bottom. The burger was oozing out mayo and mustard to the point I couldn't eat it.
Whoever cooked me this RAW chicken sandwich needs some serious training on how to cook things properly. The Manager was lost of words and told me he was sorry and I know it wasn’t his fault or anyone else but the “cook” himself. I didn’t get offered a refund either. He made me another sandwich but I was such in shock about eating into that raw chicken that I ended up not eating it. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from this. I cannot miss work / opportunity to make $$
Pulled up to drive through because all stalls are closed, tried to order and had to scream basically for the very rude lady to hear my order then was told to “just pull up to the window” I can’t hear you . When I pulled up to the window the rude little girl wouldn’t even come to the window, she had some guy come complete my order . Then sat forever waiting for my order after that . Very poor service and to top it all off they got my order wrong . And the coney was burnt !!! This place is trash 100% trash!!! Whoever the owner is needs to step up and get some real employees!!
