This time we picked up St. Joseph cake - both the custard filling & the ricotta we're fantastic. Normally this is a place our relatives in New Jersey ask us to stop to get loaves of bread to bring to them. Any (Italian) pastry we've had has been wonderful! We haven't had everything they make, yet. But when we do order something new, I just know it's going to be good!

its really hard to find sugar free pastries in new york. but they do. they really do! for the person who love cookies but hate sugar, this is the best spot!!!!!!! and the the young lady who work in the front was soooo nice. if she didn’t tell me those sugar free cookies i wouldn’t know!

This is the Bakery you go to get the best Italian bread and Big Twist with sesame seeds. They have a great selection of cookies and pastries. They have great cheese cakes and cakes to order. They have coffee ☕️ or cappuccino to stay or to go. Highly recommended.

I love this bakery. The people are so polite and nice. They bake their cookies and bread there it is wonderful. Every time I buy there everything is fresh. I enjoy going to Russo's bakery.

Bread, treats and cakes are great. The younger ladies working there are very friendly, great customer service from their part. Really like that they know how to use gloves , makes me feel they actually want to be careful.

I only go there in summers for seasonal home made gelato. Most pastries and cakes are too sweet for my taste. Place looks like it's family owned? And yea, the family does look like there are forced to work there lol..don't expect warm customer service if that's what you're looking for.

Overpriced as hell, food is dry, and there attitudes are something else. Just went there, and they didn't have an Italian Ice, so I kindly said no thank you, because I'm allergic to all their flavors, and I don't even like Gelatos anyway. She said "I don't even care about your money, spend it at the pizzeria for a freaking Italian Ice." Like the freaking attitudes are something else! That's not all, there are many other things with their attitudes. Never going there again. The old cow (who I'm assuming is the owner) had the worst attitude of them all. Cookies get me sick also. Never go here.

Dry cookies , coffee is so-so . Why would you give 4-5 stars .they are lucky Im giving them one . I don't step a foot in the place for over 3 years never will , won't recommend it to anyone who likes sweets .

Just purchased 3 items and they ate so bad!!!! The napoleon was so dry and old, the cannolli was gross and the tiramisu was just ok. This place has to be in the process of closing down, there is no other way it can stay open serving these horrible items. Whoever is giving 5 star reviews is on some drug or the people that own it are writing their reviews.
