I have order a combo here (not my thing ) Usually I order a Ice coffee which is really good (my opinion) aha. Another thing is, the curly fries I love em. I’m slowly growing out of jacks. I hope the restaurant comes up with new craving because I’ll slowly stop liking it 🫠

The last few times I’ve come here the tacos are always stale. Almost as if they have been reheated a couple of times. On top of that, they’ve made me wait in the parking lot for an order consisting of just tacos and a soft drink.

The workers here have good attitude and have good customer service just the quality food could be better sometimes the food isn't hot enough it's stale and cold . Oh and the don't give out free sauce with your order I think only one.

The female employee didn't greet me, she just asked what I wanted. I ordered the number 16, the chicken teriyaki bowl combo. It wasn't expensive, and tasted good. But it took long for my order to be ready. The dining area is big, as is the parking lot.

My family and I went to buy food yesterday and keep in mind that we come out Of the state ........ drive through guy asks us to put on a mask before we pay and receive our order so we did but we see the manager with no mask and was being extremely rude to us didn’t wanna give us our orders and they were also asking for Identification to verify that it was us paying with our debit cards only because the total was over $25...... this is in no way polite to customers violating people’s privacy with ids just to verify name and face ..... this is not a good restaurant .... I will definitely also call corporate due to food safety and employees including manager not wearing a mask but are still expecting customers to wear a mask before getting their order !!!!!!

Slow drive thru and does not follow their listed hours of operations. I could have sat down in a restaurant, ordered and gotten my food in the 25 minutes I was stuck here waiting for a damn cheesecake Edit: online and app hours are still wrong. They both say 6 but the store won't open it's doors until 7. And if you show up before then, the guy behind the counter will stare at you, turn the lights off and ignore you. Great job.

This Jack in the box was the best for 7years, unfortunately now we have young adults working who treat it like its a juvenile hall lunch service, they are rude, they don't have any customer oriented experience, they serve nasty burned food and when a customer wants to exchange or get money back they give a “if you get lucky your food comes out good” or like what i over heard the so call in charge of night shift say about the customer infront “give him the special treatment” wich means mess with his food in jail terms a serious disrespect. These are the same employees that want a raise and give no effort to doing their job right, the food is not free people pay to eat and the service we get is as if we were getting free food. The restaurant owner needs to come check out this location before it goes out of business due to unprofessional employees who think they own jacks and treat customers in a rude manner.

We went to this terrible location today 11/04/20 around 10pm. We ordered two small combos! We did tell the drive through cashier we were ordering a promotion 2 small combos for $10.99 + tax. We got to the window and we gave her my sister card and coupon together and they overcharged her $17dls. A guy ( Manager came saying we didn't tell her it was a promotion.) and they refused to give us the difference. It is unacceptable. Pay attention to your customers. So far you guys lost a customer. I will never going back. I will submit a complaint to the Coorporate as well.
