I liked the presentation, and the carnival roll was delicious. They just didn't provide any chopsticks or fork, or any toppings, just soy sauce.

I consider it a good place, I liked the dishes I have ordered, but not so much those of my companions, usually we order home delivery and the order arrives intact, but other times it is not like that, broken rolls have arrived, everything mixed up as if it had been beaten, the delivery service is sometimes fast (less than 45 min) and other times it is somewhat slow (between 1 hr and 1.40 hrs) next time I will go to the branch hoping to return here and improve the rating and my comment.

No se los recomiendo, son de los mas malos que he probado, y caros. Hay otra opciones en Mazatlán.

I love your food, but yesterday, January 29, 2023, I ordered food and got a stomach bug. When I got my order, it was on the bar, directly in the sun, and I suspect it was there for at least 30 minutes. You just shouldn't do that with seafood.

Encargué una charola y me dijeron que llegaría de 40-50 minutos se tardó 1:30h, aparte la charola estaba muy pequeña.

El peor Sushi que eh comido, el arroz fatal los cortes más delgados que galletas todo se rompió, tiempo de espera 1:18 y estamos a 5 min. El camarón fue lo único fresco porque el resto estuvo muy mal. Su salsa de soya parece agua pintada ni sabor tiene. No se tomen el tiempo de disculpase porque no lo acepto.

I got food poisoning from eating at this dump. I mistakenly thought I was ordering from their other location with a 4.8-star rating. This was my first and absolutely last time ordering from here. Firstly, don’t be fooled by the photos because the actual food items look nothing like the photos at all. The photos are fake- The food was terrible. You’re essentially paying for plain white rice with barely any ingredients. I ordered the Gohan Hello and the chicken bowl, and both were extremely disappointing. For the price, what they serve is honestly embarrassing. I usually order from Teikirishi Sushi, where the Gohan bowls are three times the size, include real ingredients, and cost the same. After this experience, I completely understand why this place only has a 4.1 rating. The sushi rolls are all rice also and they put toppings on top of it which fall right off and it’s mixed with mayonnaise. It’s absolutely the worst food that I have eaten in Mazatlan since I’ve been here for the last three years. Trying something different was a big mistake. Compared to Teikirishi, this place is basically — overpriced, low quality, and not worth it.

I'll have to try the rolls when because the "ramen" tastes like nothing, it's just overcooked noodles with bits of meat and mushrooms... but the broth doesn't resemble ramen at all :(

Terrible service. This had already happened to me at the Juárez location, and now I wanted to give the Santa Teresa location a try. It was a big mistake. We were left hungry, and the order never arrived. I called after an hour to find out about my order, and a different person always answered (four calls). Everyone was ignoring each other. In the end, they told me the delivery guy ran out of gas, which I don't believe because on one of the calls, they told me my order had already left a while ago. If you have the opportunity, DON'T order from this place, keep it up. No one is responsible!

The sushi they make is very good, but their customer service is deplorable, terrible. I'm fed up with the fact that every time I order through Rappi, they don't send EEL SAUCE. They also don't update the app so I have the option to leave notes on the order. I always have to talk to Rappi to get it ordered. They end up charging me extra for sending eel sauce when it's supposed to be FREE.
