The food was very tasty, except that the menu items weren't as well described as they used to be. You have to be careful if you don't want to increase your bill unnecessarily. The flavor was great and the service was good. I didn't like that the entrance was wet, as it could cause an accident. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Paquetes muy raquíticos, la sopa a pura agua caliente sabe y los platillos muy insípidos. Solo incluye un plato fuerte y el que mas, dos, sin importar que sean muchas personas.

Los sabores y calidad de la comida es el mejor de Mazatlan, sobre todo el arroz frito, el único pero es la cantidad de proteínas en los platillos, exageradamente casiqueada, dos o tres pedazitos de res o pollo en un mundo de verduras, para los precios que manejan la cantidad es muy pobre.

La atención es algo deficiente y sinceramente me voy con un una mala experiencia dado que en la comida encontré un pedacito de alambre de metal, después de eso no pude disfrutar de mi comida pensando en que podría haber otras cosas que no son comestibles dentro de mi plato. La comida no está mala, pero no volvería a comer aquí por la atención y lo que encontré en mi plato.

Great service, friendly staff. Food came quickly. Asked to sub chow mein for fried rice on a combo dish. Said it would cost 174 pesos more. Ordered combo and an additional plate of chicken chow mein off the menu at 147 pesos. Food was unlike what we are accustomed to. No sauces and very little flavour. Very disappointed. Lots of food though.

Pésimo servicio tengo años pidiendo con ustedes, voy por 2 pollos almendrados y gran sorpresa no tienen almendras jajaj, les marco me comentar que repondrán el pedido el día de mañana, me como mi pollo a los minutos me marcan que regrese el pollo para reponerme solo 1 platillo con almendras, le digo que me comí ya la mitad 🫠🫠🫠 y que solo me pueden reponer ahorita la otra mitad Jaja, nmms tengo más de 10 años yendo y recibir este trato no se me hace justo 😮‍💨 Increíble que prefieran perder un cliente que 2 platos a como de debieron entregar como se llama pollo ALMENDRADO, No DESALMENDRADO

Unfortunately, the customer service was awful. The waitress who served us was rude from the start, with an arrogant attitude and unpleasant gestures and looks, as if she were doing us a favor by serving us. You go to a restaurant to have a good time, not to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The service was so bad that it completely ruined the experience, regardless of the food. I hope management focuses on training and improving customer service, because with this kind of service, they're only making sure people don't come back. I don't recommend it.

Waiter took forever to get our drink order, then another waitress took our food order but was not paying attention at all, we had to repeat ourselves on top of her doubling our order for rice and charging us twice. Then we had to pay for containers to take our leftover. While packing our left overs a woman came by to pick up our plates without saying excuse me and kept reaching over our food and said not one word. This place had horrible customer service and very very rude workers. For the price we paid and Will not be coming back at all. Do not recommend coming here.

Somehow they ended up with a 5 star rating from me. This would be a big mistake. Not good, even for the American/Méxican Chinese food that It tries to be. Small portions. If you want Asian 'style' food, go to Nao Kitchen Bar.
