It's been 3 years since I had this amazing food. Oh how I missed you so. Can't miss ask any real Texan and they will tell you that you can keep the other taco place. This is the can't miss fast food Tex-Mex place.

Older taco bueno in good repair. Restaurant is clean, as are the bathrooms. Service was fast and the food good. Condiment bar was clean and fresh. Only complaint is the parking which is very tight. More parking is available in neighboring parking lots. Recommend.

We drive through this area quite a bit when we go to Oklahoma and like stopping at this Bueno. They have never messed up our order and the food has always tasted like it's supposed to. The Bueno in the town my parents live in is possibly the worst one there is so it's nice stopping at this location and getting everything right. Thanks for doing a good job!

We ordered off the value menu,1 of each item and they were all really good. The chicken fajita roll up was the best and the salsa tasted homemade and it was really good too.

I haven't eaten here in years. Coming to this place reminded me this place is really good. The food was excellent, the prepare time was fast, and employees were very professional and kind.

Bueno is one of the best quick serve Tex-Mex eateries around. The food is always fresh and prepared with care. I've been going to this location since I was a kid. It's always been pretty well maintained. With rare exception the staff is always courteous and attentive.

I love this place! Although a bit pricier on some things their menu is quite different than the Bell. On that note, if the portions would stop shrinking i could justify dropping nearly $5 on one beef burrito more often.

Service is slow and the facility is a little unkempt but the food is really good so I'm happy 😊

Food was good, as always. Service was fairly friendly and quick. The men's bathroom is a disaster. Bad lock on the door. Not a clean room. Looked like a wino lives in it. But, otherwise, a good visit overall.

Everything was pretty good the staff was nice they got my order correctly. They need to reopen the bar. And some of the tables didn't need cleaning. But they seem to be a little bit shorthanded.

2018 review Worst Taco Bueno ever. They "closed" way early. They wouldn't answer the phone (they put the line on busy even though I could see inside and they weren't on the phone) or respond to the drive through window. I could see two employees inside just hanging out. They wouldn't answer the drive through or let us order. Animals. Probably won't go again. winter 2019 ok so it's not the worst. The food is great. Bumped up from 1 to 4 stars. Would go again.

Clean bathrooms. Fresh food. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but also wasn't rude. It took them awhile for someone to take my order, and it wasn't terribly busy at the time. It did, however, take only a few minutes to get my food. Not great, but better than a lot of other fast food places.

Good service aside from going through drive thru and being shorted one item. All good though because the super nice, cool guy named Willy that works the drive thru window gave me two free items on my next visit. He wasn't bothered or annoyed at all by the fact that I called to report my missing item. Very friendly with outstanding customer service skills! Way to go, Willy!!! 😀😀😀

This Taco Bueno was actually pretty good! The food was fresh. The taco's were freshly made still had that light crisp and fresh cheese. It's the small things that makes you go back for more!

We've been Taco Bueno patrons for almost 50 years. It has good food, and it is usually fresh. We typically have to check our order from this location, and the drive through takes a little longer than what we are used to, but the staff have been friendly and the food has been good.

The food tastes good, sometimes the salsa is a bit on the spicy side (the firehouse one less spicy and also great flavor). They usually get the orders right too. The only downfall is how my tummy feels the next day

I haven't visited a Bueno in a while. The food was just as I remembered.... perfect ;-) My displeasure with tonight's visit doesnt come from the food or the service but rather the lady tending to the "dinning room". It seemed as if it took FOREVER for her to do her sweeping. More than that, she spent a particularly large amount of time sweeping under/near my chair at the bar. I turned to look at the pile she had gathered and ... I have to admit, for as long as she was sweeping and as diligent she was sweeping near/under my chair, I expected to see WAY MORE DIRT (or crumbs) than that. I mean, seriously, it was a minimal amount of debris. So, is this really a ding against the restaurant? No. Will this change my decision to come again in the future? No. Why type all this? Because, how can we progress if we do not communicate? Take it for what you will. Have a great day!

We needed a quick lunch, and this fit the bill. I had a bean burrito and some red sauce from their salsa bar, and it was pretty good. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return.

I thought about giving my thoughts time before last. The restaurant is dark/dungie. Was not clean when we were there. Employees not friendly. Have never heard hello or thanks so much for coming in. What I hate it is a convenient location when we go to McKinney, TX. I got sick last time I was there...will not be going back!!

The food is what you would expect from Taco Bueno but the time it takes through the drive through is not what I would consider fast food. Always a long wait time even if there are only 2 cars in line. If you are in a hurry this would not be the place to stop.

Been here twice, first time through drive through. Horrible. They got my order wrong. When I went in to get it corrected, the person at the counter was rude and acted as if you didn't want to help me. I finally got it right. He you share my food at me and I took it as an indication that I needed to get up out of there ASAP. This time the service was better. The food was not. Everything seemed to be greasy. Not sure if I'll be back again.

I have been coming to this taco Bueno for dang near four years now and generally get the same thing however today the gentleman taking the orders suggested I try the chimichanga platter… first off a chimichanga is not made with A nasty corn tortilla! Gross!!!!And if that’s what you call a chimichanga, y’all need to rethink your menu. That was absolutely awful. The beans and rice are generally really good but the beans today we’re like chalk. Guacamole had no flavor at all and if it were not for the muchaco, chips n salsa, I wouldn’t have ate at all. I just noticed that these chimichangas are new on your menu. They are gross… They do not do taco Bueno any favors! Nasty

Well the food is pretty good but if you go through the drive thru besure and check your sack, the last two times I was there I was short on an item that I ordered and payed for, so look before you pull off.

Waiting in drive through line for over 45 min before even placing my order. Not sure if they were short staffed or what, but it is ridiculous how slow this fast food restaurant is! I’ve never waiting more than 10 min at any other bueno!

You shouldn't open up the store if your food isn't ready to serve. I ordered a bean burrito and the beans were cold andthe tortilla was hard.they put it in the thing they melt the cheese for quesadillas to warm the beans fir my burrito. UN acceptable.this is not the first store to do this.

So I got the mucho platter and I got three of the mucho burritos. The platter was not hot and the cheese tostada holder was gross and moist and fell apart it was disgusting it wasn't fresh by any means you knew it had been sitting there for a long minute to make the tostada part of it soggy and just open up and all the cheats fall out of it the meat in the enchilada was gross plain tasting we're not suggest going to this place until they get better crew and management.

I've been going to this location for years and the service and quality run inconsistent. There are days when you go there and everything is great from the food to the service you get, then there are days where the food is off, once too much salt in the ground beef, and the service was great, ect. What I am getting at is that you can visit here multiple times and have a different experience each time but the good thing is that it's more positive than negative. They just need to work on their consistency on both and they could be one of the better locations to visit.

I've always enjoyed Taco Bueno for years but this trip was not so good. First off the older (I thought manager) gentlemen was completely checked out while taking our order, then we waited like 25+ mins for our fast food (that was not that busy at all). Then our food was all out of sorts, like wrong items, items were cold and slapped together very crudely and I hate to say it,kinda gross. I ended up tossing mine in the trash. Both if us ended up sick to our stomach that night. Nothing like the Taco Bueno we all know & love. I'm sure it was just a bad night but I won't be returning there anytime soon. Be careful

The big freakn taco salad was definitely not big. The shell was big, but nothing else. They did give me my money back, but with attitude. The salad at the Taco Bueno in McKinney was easily twice the size. They have a big freakn taco salad.

Ordered items have obviously been sitting long before I ordered them. Hard tortillas, and ordered items were missing listed ingriedents. Have recieved several incorrect orders from the drive through. Have had difficultly receiving refunds for incorrect orders and substandard quality of ordered items. Employees have difficulty understanding English and appear to enjoy it.

The food was not good , I'm not sure what happened to the place and management,; but the food hasn't been the same , the price went way higher than before. The service was nill, but considering it was the after Christmas , extremely long line , the food should have been good. McKinney ; that spot needs alot attention the area is bad . But outside of the store was clean.

It was okay I had the $5 box. I just wish they toast the pita bread a lil longer and fresher meat. Taste like meat been out since early that day.

Drive thru visit took a long time only to get down the road and realize that my two chicken crunchy POTATO burritos had been recreated into a nasty concoction of a misread ingredient; instead of potatoes (hashbrowns)--which there were none-- they added tons of TOMATOES! ...like more than the chicken. 😮‍💨 👎

Great food, but the place is not the cleanest or fastest of Buenos. Service is slow, and lack of maintenance is evident from the pictures. The urinal has been broken for at least two weeks. They could use a manager that cares.

I have been here twice in the last month or so, yesterday was the last ever. I have been rudely informed they are not serving customers, during dinner time,both times. Once because they shut their computers down and it would take 45 mintues for things to come back up, and once because none of their employees showed up. I understand stuff happens, but the one person still working was so damn rude and acted like I was an idiot for trying to get food from a business with an open sign in the window and customers going in and out. Even before these visits the service was cold at best and usually one item in our order was wrong... the food was good though. I'll just drive a bit longer and go to the one on Eldorado, they are always open and friendly.

The guy taking the order did a great job, I was a long order and he did it all correctly. The quality of the food was poor and lacking. My side order of queso was clumpy. My rice for my platter was burnt. The double sour cream was a single, despite paying extra.

This was a terrible experience. We ordered online and it said we were ordering through Postmates even though we were picking up. Went through the drive through and at the speaker were told you have to come inside and SIGN for the food. Really?! Spent 20 wasted minutes in the drive through lane. We signed for it - got home … not what we ordered! Never again my friend!!

My salad has very little lettuce today and the shell is way overcooked. I am disappointed. They also gave us spoons to eat our salads? 3 years ago: I had a taco salad & it was awesome with a good supply of lettuce, tomato, beef, cheese, sour cream & guacamole! If they could just make it this way consistently, I would give them 5 stars.

Taco Bueno has always been a hit or miss for me, but when it IS good its DELICIOUS, so I find its worth taking the risk. Well, today they served me brown guacamole, over fried chips (you can see how dark they are in the photo), both the salsa and soda tasted off, and they didn't put any of the delicious red sauce on my bean burritos. Now, I've never had their bean burrito without the red sauce before and let me tell you, their beans taste like they're straight out of a can when eaten plain. I never realized how bland their bean burritos are without that sauce on them. So annoyed I spent 40 minutes of my lunch break in line for this.

The tacos didn't really have any tomatoes. I asked for sour cream to be added to them and there was barely any. I got some extra sour cream and it was put on half of a taco shell. The nacho cheese was very little in the taco shell bowl. The enchilada was cold. I like Taco Bueno and don't ever get to get any because there are none in Missouri in the area I live. I also drive a big truck so it's hard to find a location to be able to stop at. I was disappointed with this meal. The employees didn't seem to care about how the food was made and for as busy as the area was no one was stopping in. Guess the locals know it's not a good location to eat at.

Poor communication through the drive through. The drive through person was rude and made ordering difficult. This certain taco bueno is known for making horrible food mistakes, along with awful service behavior. I am never going back again. Go to the taco bell by it and the taco bueno down 380. Better then this crappy place.

The place looked like it was closed down from the outside, once inside still kinda looked old and dingy. The rice was old and dried out, beans were cold and the tacos were flavorless. The condiment bar had no containers to put stuff in and it looked like kids had been playing up there sooo messy.

At 45 years old, I have learned that weekend nights especially are not the best time to get fast food, but sometimes we just have to feed our family with no time to cook. Of all the Taco Bueno's that I've ever eaten at, this one was always the worst. I guess I kept thinking the next visit might be different. I was completely wrong. My experience on Saturday night, 4/9 was the absolute worst. I will definitely drive past this Taco Bueno to drive to the one on Eldorado or to the one in Fairview. I will now drive by and feel sorry for the people in this drive-thru line. The food is nasty! The attendant with a beard had no manners at all, but I was still nice in return. Expect to say thank you and get a stare back! The rice in my black bean burrito was overcooked and crunchy like pebbles. We ordered two big freakin beef tacos only because they looked good on the menu picture. My wife couldn't stomach hers. Mine had the shell all broken up where I had to eat it in pieces. It was just nasty. We threw the other one away. I feel sick to my stomach eating the disgusting food I just ate and I keep feeling like I need to rinse my mouth out. I'm sure other people who ate here tonight had to feel the same way. It was nasty! Even the hot sauce containers were less than half full. They included no napkins. I've now made a choice to never return to this Taco Bueno... ever!!! When a place gets so bad that I have to make that decision, another restaurant ends up taking it's place not too long after. I won't be paying my hard earned money to this place again. It was not worthy of one star except for the fact that I was hungry and made it through the nasty food before feeling sick to my stomach. I have had way better experiences at other Taco Buenos. This one has always sucked, but now they've lost my business permanently.

When I arrived there was only one family of six waiting on an order. I then placed my order and waited at least 15 minutes. After someone walked in to place a to go order and got it before me, I knew they had forgotten about me. I let them know and they began working on it. After I sat down, I noticed the man with the family of six walk up to let them know they never received their order either. How in the world do you not see an order for six people? And to miss two consecutive orders like they never existed is beyond excuse. I never got an apology from anyone. And these people want $15 an hour?!?!?!

Sad when you have to hire anyone you can. Cashier spilled Coke all over my cup and tried to hand it to me. I asked him to wipe down my cup and immediately got attitude. Rolling your eyes, mumbling under your breath, purposely not trying to handle my order, all because I asked you to clean your mess. Very poor service.

The service was awful and I went through the drive through. They stacked the food in the bag so the second I braked a little my food flew around and I had to put a seatbelt around it. The food got all over my car and in the box, the rice, beans, guacamole, and sour cream are a big mess.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. I always have to send one or more food items back to be prepared again. They are so stingy. I ordered The Big Freakin Quesadilla (and yes that on the menu as its name) and half it was pure tortilla. No meat! No cheese! Nothing just pure bread and had the nerve to hand it to me as if that was gonna work...NO MA'AM! REDO THAT PLEASE! UGH! In addition, I asked for additional Chipotle ranch sauce. She charged an extra 50cent for it problem...BUT when I checked the bag they were barely half full...NO MA'AM AGAIN...FULL THOSE UP! I only stop at thia location as a last resort since its in the path to my house...wish I could make a B line for the Coit & Spring Valley location where they do you right!

Not sure if the drive thru speaker was broken (if so, put a sign on it and let people know) or if they were just being lazy....waited by the speaker for over 5 minutes, after waiting behind another car who did the same thing, and was never able to place an order. I think the person in front of me had to go to the window to order...got tired of waiting in line for 10+ minutes so I left.

This place is discusting! The taco bueno off el dorado is so much better! These dirtbags took food we returned because it was gross and old and put it on the pile of food they were giving to other people. The beans were burnt and black and the rice was hard and cold. Please never go here.

I ordered thru the drive thru and the ordering was very chaotic. I had to repeat order several times. Food was not fresh Chips were VERY stale, refried beans which we have loved forever were tasteless and liquidy. We ordered shrimp tacos and got fish tacos. We usually do not complain publicly but this order was a disaster. The quality at the McKinney location on Exprwy has been declining in the past few months but not to today's sad level.

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever EAT HERE. Came in last night about 9:05 the manager looks like a cluck there’s like 10 employees in there laughing having a good time but nobody working. As I’m telling the lady my order some dude comes from outta no where starts talking to her about who knows what. Give my order sit there watching for 10 min nobody does a thing.The girl who took my order after touching money , her hair , and the dudes hand who knows where he came from goes in the kitchen and puts her un gloved hand all over my tortilla , used that same hand to grab some cheese out of a bin on a cart the sour cream dispenser looked like it had never been washed , While i was waiting i noticed how disgusting this place was in the kitchen. The manager some older Spanish looking guy and a total clucker looks like he hired all these young dudes so he can get free “coca. Cola” if you know what i mean. I just left didn’t even ask for a refund. Don’t waste your time here you will get sick.

And yet ANOTHER 1 star review for this place. I have already placed a complaint on the Taco Bueno website and I have yet to be contacted regarding the issue even though I requested a response. On 6/28/16, after a long workday, I went there at a little after six pm and spent $20.74 for an order of 6 items. After a good while waiting at the window, I received a bag and went home. When I opened the bag, I only had two...count em, TWO items out of six. Tried to call and nobody answered. So I went on the website, wrote the complaint and waited. As of now nobody has reached out to me at all. Not a huge surprise. So my advice to you is if you dare to order takeout here, at the very least inventory your order before driving away...

Made me sick! I don't eat beef or pork, I ordered chicken nachos. As I began to eat them something tasted funny. I asked if they put meat in the re-fried beans..I was told no. I finished the nachos, I immediately began to feel dizzy and nauseous. I went to get a closer look at the nachos on the picture menu. I asked another employee if the "red" sauce had beef in ingredients 🥴 I was sick for 2 days

This used to be a great store. So sad so down hill. Rotten Pico de Gallo. Food made my physically ill. My friend kicked her let's in the car outside and staff refused to help. Wouldn't even call police. Unfortunate we'll never go again.

We arrived at about 12:20 on a Saturday night after confirming their hours were until 1 as posted online. We were greeted by the recording asking if we’d like to try the new tamale plate, and once we tried to place our order, did not receive any service whatsoever. We drove away without being helped after sitting in the drive through for serval minutes though the hours clearly stated they were open until 1.

That was the worst customer service ever!!! No tea, refused to make more tea. Refused to offer refund to patron that was in there. Didn't care to take the order of the lady in line behind us the whole time we were waiting. My tacos had tomatoes after I asked 2x for no tomatoes and it was repeated back. My husband had a muchaco that was burnt so bad he couldn't bite into it. The manager had an attitude worse than the kid at the register. Horrible!!!!

So apparently if they can’t print a receipt they can’t give you your food?!?! They swipe my card In The drive through, I hear the notification from my bank, they tell me there’s a problem they need another card.. I open my bank app and show the manager the charge and he refuses to give me my food if I don’t let him charge another card... I hope my $11.86 meal was worth a bad review... it’s all good found a Chipotle down the street...

The place is completely disgusting, the bathrooms were nothing short of a horror movie. The food, mediocre at best. The service, lets just be kind and say there isn't any. They were out of everything and they don't actually have kids toys nor the competency to advise you of this at the time of your order. They deserve a negative review, this would be the definition of failure! NO BUENO!

Not clean bathroom's smell real bad no paper of any kind. the food cold chips were stale I have beef real and the tortilla was rubbery not fresh, salsa bar was not fresh either paid too much I think I hope they still need to be cleaned specially the floors smelt bad in there won't be going back.

I went to the drive through to get my wife and I dinner about 9 pm. I had to tell the driver through how I wanted my food twice and it was still wrong when I got home and could not eat anything but the bueno chilada. I asked twice for no lettuce or tomatoes and the tacos were covered it them. My wife's tostada was burnt she couldn't eat it, the quesadilla was hard and when they threw the salsa in the bag it broke open and spilled all over the packaging. This was the worst service we ever got here and will not be back.

Closes at 10??? 9:20 and completely shut down, lights out, couldn’t even see it from the street. You need to fire the manager of this store! How can you even compete with Taco Bell next door that’s open until midnight? This is why Taco Bueno is closing stores, you just lost a customer for life, never going back after this. Had this review sitting here for months, you know a business is total garbage, when they don’t even respond to their customers complaints. Management should be fired.

Went in and no one in the kitchen or order area. Another customer was in front of me waiting to order. You could hear laughing from the back area. He wound up leaving after a few minutes of waiting. I had been waiting 4 to 5 mins when someone came out with a headset and went to the drive through area and said someone else would take care of me, another person came out, looked directly at me and turned the other way. At that point, I gave up on Taco Beuno and left. I am now sitting at Taco Casa writing this.

Food and staff are good. Building is in severe need of of repair. Clogged toilets, obvious water damage. Makes you concerned of the kitchen environment.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited in line for 15mins and finally got to the window at 9:45pm. Was told “one minute” then had to wait another 8 mins for them to tell me “we are closed”. Had 5 cars behind me. They could of atleast told me they were closing before 10pm before I had to sit at the window. Now at Taco Bell next door with much better service. Would just recommend going to Taco Bell instead.

I’ve worked at a taco bueno at a different location and quit 3 years ago. Amazing location, amazing staff, and really great food. For that reason it’s been my favorite place for Tex mex, and has been for years. I eat at the other locations around it all the time. This specific location though, does no justice to the quality of service I receive here. This girl rushed me to take my order, the speaker doesn’t work, the food was gross and old, She gave me a hard time for a lot of the questions I had, she probably was a trainee, I asked for cilantro and she slammed the door in my face and gave me only hot sauces, cilantro is the bomb when mixed with bueno food. Not today, bad experience and very disappointing quality. I’m surprised that location is still there.

So apparently this Taco Bueno, according to a worker at this location considers delivery orders "last priority". I have picked up at thousands of different restaurants and have never had such a rude, and unprofessional response from a store employee. If you want food from this location I would suggest not ordering it from a delivery service, because they literally will refuse to do your order, because, as one of there employees said, your not as important as other people. What makes her response even more of a joke is that they weren't even that busy. There was maybe 4 people in the resteraunt, and because this employee can't handle a few cars in a drive through, she chooses not to do online orders. About as unprofessional as it gets.

First time ever going to Taco Bueno, decent reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. Well it's more like Taco No Bueno. The building looked jank. The drive thru service was lacking. Got the food home and it was all terrible. Meat was salty and lacked flavor, taco shells were stale, nachos were lacking ingredients. Lettuce was wilted. The salsa had almost no bite, basically tomatoes with some pepper sprinkled into it. There seriously was nothing to redeem the visit or food. Just plain terrible. Maybe we went to a bad location? I'm willing to go to another one, maybe Allen or Plano have better establishments? Just avoid this one as all costs.

We went there on Saturday night about 9:30 to grab a quick bite and it was horrible. The guy at the register looked completely miserable and dirty. His shirt was torn and looked like it hasn't been washed in weeks. He couldn't get the order right (which was not complicated)and our order got screwed up anyway and was missing 2 items. The green salsa was bad, by bad I mean sour like it was a week old or not kept at proper temp. None of the salsa bar items were even half decent for that matter. There was also a lady in front of us who's order was wrong and she waited so long for her items to be corrected she finally gave up and just settled for what she had. The female employee had to keep reminding the MANAGER to watch his language. His behavior was completely unacceptable for an employee let alone a manager. They were even out of 3 of the soft drinks. And any time something was said their excuse for why everything was screwed up was there were only 3 people working. They were not that busy for everthing to get that out of control. I won't be returning to this location.

DISGUSTING, I asked for sauce they gave me a bunch of the one I specifically didn’t ask for but I decided that wasn’t a big deal and I went home. As we were eating our food THERE WAS MOLD ON THE FOOD!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, on top of that. They don’t answer the phone so you can’t even talk to someone about it!!

Don't like writing bad reviews. Third time in a row i have been missing items. I call the store and nothing. Just irritated because I work in the service industry and I understand one time, maybe two, but check the items. Missing a party quest Dillard, party taco, literally everything that comes with the party platter as well. Food tastes good, atmosphere is fine, but driving 25 minutes home to constantly be disappointed is upsetting.

Horrible service and even worse attitude. They made my order wrong so I drove around and went inside. The guy looked at me the same guy that took the order I could tell by the attitude sounds like he hates life says we're closed I said ok well your door is unlocked so I didnt know plus you made the food wrong he said that doesnt matter we're closed you need to leave and goaround if you want help. I said ok well maybe lock the door so we dont think your open in the lobby. He then came to the door and started with are telling me what to do blah blah blah. I again stated well if you did like every other place and locked the door then I wouldn't if walked in, thats not a command its a statement that I believe also the policy. He then proceeded to call me tough guy for no reason. Anyways I told him to just refund me then so he took 4 to 10 min to come to the window had the kid give me the money and then say your ur banned ok I will never eat at that beuno anyways after being talked to like a kid. Then started yelling come on tough guy I told him he could come back out side but he kept running his mouth behind a window. Dont know the guys name but he had an smu hoodie and a beanie on im sure yall know who it is by the way he treats people and from the reviews it sounds like the whole store is ran like this.

I love taco Bueno but the employees at this one suck. It feels like they all hate their lives. I asked the large Hispanic woman at the counter how her day was going and she responded by saying, "Do you want to order food or not?". You can tell they don't care because the restaurant is gross. I ended up just leaving.

We eat Taco Bueno often. We have a big family and place a big order. Many times they forget something. Some times, I can sit in the drive through and check, but other times I can’t. I have been robbed of hundreds of dollars over the years by this point.

They are the worst! Look at how much guacamole is in the Mexi Dip and Chips. Basically one bite!! Tried to call and speak with someone, not like it would do any good, but the phone number in the google profile just hangs up on you.

They got my order wrong, was rude when I asked them to fix it and rude when they handed it back to me. Didn’t say a word just shoved it at me. Then when I checked it the order was STILL wrong. Then the guy at the window wouldn’t open it back up. He decided he would stare at me and not open it. On top of that the food was cold. I’m over this place. The guy at the window was entitled and rude.

They took my order and maid me wait 15 minutes or more for my food. When i asked for a refund. They maid like the didnt understand english and threw the bag at me. Mens restroom can use cleaning and restoring. Just not happy with the service at this location. There focus was more on the drive thru the the person dining in.

The food here was prepared really well, but the mend bathroom was absolutely horrid! It looked like someone took a crap in the urinal and rather than removing it and cleaning it, they just put an "out of order" sign. The toilet was literally covered in piss so sitting was NOT an option. Worst bathroom I've ever seen hence the 1 star. Not sure I'll go back.
