Kaelyn, the manager on duty, was excellent! She provided excellent customer service! She worked hard and led by example. She should be commended and given a raise!

This store and staff continue to produce excellent quality dishes and superior service. Ariana is the bastion of efficiency and successfully multitasks in order to provide good food, expediente service and accurate orders. I have been a customer for a long time and continue to patronize the store because I know I will get consistently good food , and staff members who are efficient, hard working, friendly and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in good food and great service at a reasonable price.

Ordered pick up. Hands down the best big freaking burrito I have ever had. Meat was on point, rice was amazing, all the options for sauces! I plan to Include this place in our, lets grab something to eat and dont want to grill or cook nights. If you have not tried it, I highly recommend!

Although I miss the Temecula location, this Menifee store has a much friendlier manager/lead. I showed up with a coupon in my email for a freebie, but it was no longer in my app. ARIANA took tne time to try to help rectify the situation by looking at my app/email for the coupon. I couldn't figure it out so Ariana honored the coupon anyway. Happy day! She went above and beyond when many manager/leads wouldn't, and I appreciate her for that. Shout out also to Andrea and Cirel for making my food yummy, even with all my food "rules and regulations!"

I've never tried this place and tonight I decided to create my own bowl with sweet pork barbacoa, cilantro lime rice, pico de gallo, tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, cojita and shredded cheese, and a delicious and fresh house made creamy tomatillo dressing with flour tortillas on the side. The bowl was amazing and seemed every thing including the dressing was made from scratch, the tortillas too and weren't given to me raw. It was incredible and will become a place I order from often. The bowl was also huge! It will feed me for 3 days. You can tell they really care about quality. 5 stars all the way.

I love the sweet pork at cafe rio. You cannot go wrong with any of their entrees, but the salad and the quesadilla are really me favorites.

Food and service was good. I hate when making your food they do not drain the extra juice. It leaves your food soggy. Especially if it's too go. By the time you get home you have mush. They move so quickly is hard to stop them

Honestly better than Chipotle in my opinion. The taste is so authentic. Download their app and see if you can get deals. I prefer their salad because it’s essentially a burrito but with lettuce. Horchata and other beverages do not cost extra. It can be busy at times.

Never have seen employees that work so slow and inefficiently. We came in and were not greeted or told they would be right with us. Man ahead of us said he put his order in but was still waiting for them to start making it. So little meat put on salad. Most times I come in the drink dispensers are empty and no one seems to care. This place could be really good if it was managed better.

We received poor quality food and for my wife’s sides were overcharged. Went back today for another chance and had a duplicate with the exception of being overcharged. Portions have shrunk and prices have gone up. Will probably wait awhile and then give this location one more opportunity hoping they can turn it around.

Update, went Christmas eve 2021, just disgusting. The guacamole was brown through and through. The salad ingredients were not strained, old limes, lettuce was wet and not dried off. There was so much liquid in the bottom of my tortilla shell that was just soggy as gross can get. I'm sorry Cafe Rio, this just sucked for 70 dollars worth of food. And you should be sorry. I am so disappointed, that I will not be back at all. It was a terrible presentation of your food, which you could tell a year ago I loved it.

Naturally they were tiny and unedible since everything fell out. We had to pay full price the manager would not discount any portion of it the staff was rude no customer service laughed in our face wouldn't give us the name of the store manager absolutely horrendous we will never be back to a Cafe Rio again

Let’s start off with how I’ve never been to one these cafe rio I had seen the coming soon sign. So I figured hey why not although I’m not a fan of fake Mexican food I decided to give them a try. So I arrive place looks ok a lot of people long line which I expected. I ordered tacos and quesadillas the rice from the line looked dry and over cooked as well as some of the meat Mind you there’s like 50 people working “cooking” you would think the line would be freshly stocked and nice so be they literally just opened. The girl who started my order was nice that’s the only good thing about this place so far into the story. So I wait for my food to be “ cooked” which mean just placing the food on a grill to basically heat it up. They try to rush you as you stand there like your taking up time. I mean I’m waiting for the food, lol well everything is extra on these entrees it comes with rice beans and lettuce that’s all you get for 10 dollars a plate. Sour cream? Guacamole, cheese , yup you got it extra ! So long story short the cashier had a stank face like sweetie you have the easiest job of all the people running around behind pretending to be busy. The least you could is smile. Stay away tbh chipotle is 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000%%%% Better than this place over priced and over done glorified Mexican American taco shop. Lesson learned stay away and give chipotle another try because they are the best compared to this joint. I wish I could do zero stars but hey one star for the one girl is good I guess. It’s a no from me cafe rio thanks but no thanks. I spend $40 on 3 entrees you guys do the math.
