Happens way too often here. Tiny bits of meat… wish they’d do better. If you want decent portions at all just order extra meat…. I decided to give them a call and ask them politely if they can remake my food.. I was told to bring it back in and that if the food isn’t touched they will remake it. The lady also mentioned that they weigh out the meat for each bowl which was highly unbelievable to me since each and every bowl I’ve gotten with them lack consistency. Anyways, when I arrived I tried to hand my bowl to the younger Hispanic lady working at the register and told her I would like it remade and that I called earlier.. she sat and stared at me for about 30 seconds looking as clueless as ever. Not sure if she understands English but it was a very uncomfortable experience. I was very patient but each time I insisted on getting my food remade with proper portions there was some excuse for whatever reason. Long story short, they are not solution oriented. I’ve worked in fast food and the customer is always “right” to avoid confrontation… even though I came with a legitimate reason to have my food remade, they acted completely ignorant.. lastly, I asked for a refund instead since there was so much confusion and I was told that there’s only 2 people working right now and we will give you a call later.. not sure what that means but I left with no food or a refund. wish them well though. Would recommend you do more training on customer service there. Or hire more positive people.

I with they would serve me more rice and vegetales at least even if they don't serve me more meat at leat since the price is kind of expensive

The food was good but I got treated so unfairly, as I was buying food and I asked to go to the restroom and the cashier said the floor was wet so it’s fine I waited like more than half an hour and I asked again and they said it’s still wet without them even checking ok so why cant they dry up the floor while their being so lazy about it so I will never come back here again and never buy food from here again so unfairly that’s how a place like this will not get customers.

There being so skimpy on the meat your better off going somewhere else where! I informed them it’s a alittle bit of meat the cook said we are suppose to be serving that much. That’s what we were informed to serve which is a joke. On the past they were never like that. Today around 1:00pm I offered a refund and the lady smiled and laugh. I informed her (Stacey is the name) that’s rude to laugh and smile at a customer and her response was I just smile a lot. I informed her I don’t see you smiling right now. I think it was very disrespectful and immature. Never coming to this location ever again! I regret not taking a picture and posting it on here.
