According to my receipt, cashier Uicab Martinez is not suitable for customer service. She has a sour face and seems to want customers to leave instead of making them buy. She always serves customers reluctantly, always saying that the item is in stock but that it will take a very long time, as if she wants you to leave. She always says 20, 30, or even 40 minutes when it's clear that's not the case. I tested this by buying something despite her saying it would take a while, and when I decided to wait, she made a face and charged me rudely. The other customers were friendly. In the end, I only waited 10 minutes. But if she doesn't like being at the front of the line ringing up customers, they should hide her away because she leaves much to be desired when shopping. She serves you with a bad attitude.

The chicken remains the traditional flavor of this restaurant even though it's been decades since it opened. It retains its delicious seasoning and is well served. The service is excellent and very attentive. The downside is that the owners have invested almost nothing in the facilities, resulting in a shabby appearance, old tables and chairs, and faded paint.

It's not the people's problem if they arrive when they are already taking out the last pieces of chicken and in order not to sell or for the customer to order, they answer you from the kitchen with an aggressive tone... Better to have more communication with the first person in customer service (cashier) and from that moment on, we already have service to the customer and that's it, not to make them have a bad time.

Terrible home delivery service, they give you an estimate of 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery and I placed the order at 2:30 PM and it's 5:05 PM and it hasn't arrived, I called the place and the receptionists are super rude, they respond reluctantly, saying that the order will arrive at approximately 5:40 PM, by the time the order arrives I'm no longer hungry 🙄 Terrible service, 3 and a half hours to take an order from the center to the south
