Muy buena experiencia en Sonora Grill Mérida. Comí un Rib Eye y un jugo de carne, ambos con excelente calidad y sabor. La música, como siempre, muy bien. Los tacos tienen buen sabor, aunque la porción se percibe más discreta que antes. Destaco mucho el servicio, que ha mejorado notablemente respecto a mi última visita hace unos meses. Incluso recibí un postre para mi próxima visita, gran detalle. Como sugerencia, sería excelente volver a contar con un área de fumar, ya que facilitaría visitas más frecuentes. Gracias a todo el equipo, es un gran lugar y con gusto volveré.

Pedí unos tacos con tuétano y el sabor fue delicioso, mis hijos pidieron sopa azteca y estuvieron muy entretenidos en la ludoteca. Los meseros Axel y Nacho nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y el servicio fue excelente ! Muy recomendado

Fuimos un día que estaba muy lleno por posadas y esperamos como 30 minutos, sin embargo estuvo bastante bien porque incluso nos dieron cerveza de cortesía mientras esperábamos. Cuando pasamos a nuestra mesa nos atendió un chico que me parece que su nombre era Manuel y nos dijo que normalmente está en el bar pero ese día tuvo que ayudar como mesero y su servicio fue excelente, súper atento y con muchas recomendaciones. Incluso fuimos con mi bebé de seis meses y también muy atentos con ella. Pensamos regresar pronto porque la comida estuvo rica pero lo mejor fue el servicio

Me encanta Sonora, siempre es muy agradable, solo que quitaron un postre que era el favorito de la cumpleañera, Crujiente de manzana, y eso la puso muy triste. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto con Rafael y Juan

De dónde sacan a su staff gerencial? Vamos de mal en peor. Pasó de ser un steakhouse de renombre donde el servicio era formidable, a la basura de atención que te brindan ahora. Quieres hacer una observación, y el gerente de traje de cuadros, rayas? Que ni de su talla era, y encima con barba desalinead... Le hizo cara de asco al mesero que se le acercó a decirle que me fuera a atender. El mesero volvió a mi mesa a disculparse "porque el gerente estaba en junta". FATAL.

Starting with our appetizer , camarones roca, all of our meals were expertly prepared and delicious. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable. But the best part was the service from the servers that took care of us. Very attentive to us along with being patient with our broken Spanish. 😊 We will be back with our whole family again and again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My wife and I had the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had here. The restaurant is beautiful and there was a DJ there with an excellent selection of chill/upbeat music. The service was an A+. They pulled out my chair for me as I sat down and took extra care for all of our needs. They even gave us complimentary ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. All of our food items were perfectly done. From a great cheesy bean dip starter to perfectly cooked steak. Everything was a 10/10. I will be coming again anytime I crave a fine dining experience. For the quality of food and service, this place was actually great value.

Sonaro Grill in Merida is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Our servers, Irving and Sergio, were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious! The ribeye steak with bone marrow was a standout—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The spinach with Alfredo cream was a delightful side, perfectly complementing the meal. The short ribs were another highlight, tender and packed with flavor. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience, and we highly recommend Sonaro Grill for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service in Merida!

We went here for dinner the first night we were in Merida, Mexico. The food was so good we went back again the next day for lunch. Apart from the food the staff is real friendly and they also have kid's play area with baby sitters.

Excited to try out one of Mérida best places to eat, from the first step into the place till our main dish it was just an excellent experience and service. The great baked beans with nachos as a starter then I ate the Cauliflower as a main, and I can tell you it was amazing. Service was on top of everything. An honest 5/5, the only thing that was maybe 4.5/5 is the "louder" music. Try it out.

Almost didn’t go because of some of the reviews, but I am SO glad I did! The hostesses weren’t very friendly upon my arrival, but lucky for me, Diego was at the front & greeted me very enthusiastically. From the moment I had my table I was made to feel very special. Everyone from the servers to the lovely attendant in the woman’s washroom, were going above to make sure I had a fantastic experience! The music was not a bother at all! If you have a sound sensitivity, just tell them at the front before entering. I was literally Shazam-ing every song that played! I was so happy and didn’t want to leave! What a great experience 😇

This is one of the sexiest restaurants in Mirida. The menu with videos was super cool and all restaurants should have that. The service was unbelievable. The food was experience on its own. We are chefs so we know good food and this is GREAT food. Wow. I was so impressed. My fav was barbacoa beef with bone marrow . I also loved the bone broth soup , guac, piglet tacos, asparagus amazing !! This place is 5 star . I highly recommend

The food here is so excellent. I was there late afternoon but the ambience really calls you to go there for drinks and dinner on the weekend. Beautiful decor. I had a shrimp appetizer, a salad with goat cheese and dried cranberries, and the side of roasted vegetables. My only complaint is that the corn on the cob wasn't cooked enough to eat. They prepared the veg in that sort of half cooked/half raw state. That works for squash and broccoli, but not corn on the cob. Service is a bit over the top, but overall a very positive experience.

Great food, friendly staff. Beef tongue tacos was a unique experience. Too bad soft shell crab tacos were not available. A good vibe but the music was a little too loud for my liking.

Pretty great experience here. Waiter was very accommodating even though I don't speak much Spanish. Food/Drinks were delicious and well worth the price. I ordered the center cut ribeye and creamed spinach with rib empanadas as an appetizer and they all delivered. I will definitely visit again before I go back to the states.

I just can't say enough about this place. The atmosphere, the service, their mixology, the food absolutely outstanding. Sonora is first and foremost a steak house. I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here with friends and it did not disappoint. We shared openers like the ox tongue casserole, rib eye asparagus, popcorn shrimp with a spicy mayonnaise, and a divine tangerine salad with goat cheese and a balsamic honey dressing. For dinner I opted to have akaushi Kobe beef steak. The Have many choices of cuts to choose from, some large enough to share. I promise you will like this place for special occasions or as your regular weekly go to.

Good attention. Very accurated when you want a good steak. Shootout to Nikole Saenz very good service, she anticipated everything. The meat was very juicy and well recommended.

Nice place...and it was already very busy when we arrived at 4:00. We really liked our appetizers, which were the braised beets and also the mango ceviche. Delicious!! I wanted to order pasta...but unfortunately of the four pasta items on the menu they only had one which was the lasagna. As I mentioned it was only 4:00 and they were already out of this many things. I opted for the tenderloin tacos instead and they were just okay. The french fries were very good and so was the ketchup! I would come back to try other dishes. Everybody in our group enjoyed their meals. The service was very attentive here, and also friendly.

El día de hoy, domingo 8/febrero, a mi hijo se le negó la entrada al área infantil “porque ya había salido varias veces” (salió para comer y al baño) Cabe mencionar que en mi mesa habían 2 niñas las cuales salieron la misma cantidad de veces y a ellas SÍ se les dió acceso. Cuando lo llevé de nuevo, le dije que intentara entrar y si no lo dejaban que ahí yo iba a intervenir, me quedé en las escaleras para ver que mi hijo por su propia cuenta intenté entrar, las niñeras hicieron contacto visual con el, lo escucharon y procedieron a IGNORARLO. No se pararon para abrirle, con lo que no contó la señorita, es que atrás de ella había un cristal que daba a la escaleras donde yo estaba viendo todo (ya que ella negó lo que sucedió). Todo esto pasó aproximadamente 3:40pm. Antes del suceso, mi hijo al tener miedo de subir porque le iban a negar la entrada, se clavó parte de los fierros saltados que tienen como protector. Después del incidente, ¿cómo puede estar un padre tranquilo sabiendo que no ha personas capacitadas ni con cariño hacia los niños en una zona que ES para niños?

Reservamos el día de ayer a las 4 6 personas , en plaza Urban … no sé ni por dónde empezar …aquí vamos ; -mi esposo ordenó una cerveza , se la termina y pide otra 20 min después no la habían traído cuando preguntamos a la mesera dijo que no habían cervezas frías por eso no la había llevado?? Enserio ? No pusieron suficiente a enfriar ? De verdad eso pasa en un restaurante ? Durante la comida pedí vino blanco y pan , bueno pues el vino y el pan llegó cuando Termine mi comida Terminamos de comer y empezaron a levantar muy de malas y encimándose sobre uno sin un perdón o competido la panza del mesero quedó en mi cara y la Axila de otro mesero sobre la cara de mi mamá La mesera no de malas lo que le sigue ganas de volver ??? CERO

Buen día, ayer pasamos por una mala experiencia. Quiero aclarar, que la persona que nos atendió llamada Jorge Holland (es el nombre que aparece en el ticket) nos atendió bien, sin ningún problema. Sin embargo, el problema radica con los que parecen ser los gerentes, personas muy déspotas, que actuaron de manera grosera. Nosotros estábamos en la terraza, y todo estaba bien con la atención y comida, hasta que mi hijo decidió encender su vape, cabe aclarar que ya habíamos ido antes y se nos permitía fumar en el área. Pero se nos acercó una persona de traje, exigiendo de forma grosera que lo apaguemos, y la manera en que lo dijo la verdad nos arruinó la experiencia que llevábamos hasta ese momento. Nosotros elegimos este lugar para celebrar un cumpleaños, pero deben tener cuidado con ese señor que, describo de ojos claros y tez clara, que nunca nos menciono siquiera su nombre. Quero reafirmar, que la comida y el mesero fueron un buen servicio y experiencia, sin embargo, la atención que dan los supuestos encargados de ahí, dejan mucho que desear.
