Wonderful restaurant new and exciting Wonderful customer service, employees are trained well, and if they ever need help they aren’t afraid to ask other employees for assistance. My order was taken slow and with care. (This was during my dine in experience take in mind so no rush was needed) My other was given to me faster than I thought it would given most fast food dine in prioritize Drive Thru, and while I don’t think this store does it any differently my order was always a priority. However my Whopper I asked with no onions came with onion, a issue I encountered during my visit but with no problem a staff member helped me right away and made me another Burger! Drive Thru experiences have been the same, fast and great customer service by their drive thru team!

Best experience at a Burger King! I live in mesquite near Galloway and store has always been a ying-yang. However this store has no comparison as it always gets my order right! I can tell the food always is made fresh when asked. This crew takes importance in what the customers needs are. This crew always provides great customer service the biggest positive to this store. I ordered through dine in and I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables were wiped and floors were swept. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner in certain areas, mopping under the urinals could help but everything else was clean. I ordered a #1 No Mayo, Add mustard. At my local store sometimes they would add it and sometimes they wouldn’t. Here I know to always expect it to get done right I’ve been coming more and more often and the service is always the same. Love bringing my kids here when we need a quick lunch. We've never had an issue here with the food or our orders being incorrect. Employees have always been detailed with taking our orders and repeating them back. Food is fast and hot. This is a new location that is being well upkept. Always clean and have witnessed employees wiping soda machines and tables while we were dining. Also, they decorate well for holidays. Very enjoyable dining experience.

The face to face was cold and frigid. It was uncomfortable as if I was unwanted. I hope it improves because the location is very convenient for me.

The food the service the atmosphere is all five stars the only reason why I'm giving a physical 3 star rating for this location is the false advertisement on the menu. I came here for chicken nuggets. I enjoyed the 16 piece which I often order at The Establishment and for some reason the 16 piece isn't available. Yes I understand I can order two of the eight pieces in order for me to obtain a 16 however I did the math by hand and by calculator and saw that the price per nugget is cheaper with the 16 piece order individual by itself instead of selecting the eight piece twice. That is including with tax. I was also in the mood for chocolate and vanilla milkshakes and they decided to pull a McDonald's on me and say that the machine is broken. 🙄. I feel like I'm being robbed of my joy. Yes I still left with the chicken nuggets and I know as it is a fast food establishment I shouldn't be picky about price. And since it's the only Burger King that's close to my home in Forney, I will definitely be returning and hopefully there will be a working ice cream machine and a way to price out a proper 16 piece chicken nuggets.

Everything was good the food and the service. But the coffee did not like it. Tasted old and it was really strong. I first ask 3 creams and then i went to ask for more and the lady was getting frustrated when i ask for more.

I'm kind of surprised that burger king is still opening new stores...much less still in business. This one just opened up by my house so I thought I'd give it a shot. (I was disappointed the last time at ate at BK but thought a new location would have a fresh tasting menu ) This new location was not any more impressive... The food was like warm at best. I wasn't really impressed with the staff either. So I guess I need to go elsewhere in general.

I went to this location shortly after it opened and wasn’t impressed at all. Service was very slow and the food was cold. Also, they didn’t put a straw in my bag. Since they had been open for only a couple of days I can understand service not being what it should be. I went back 2 days ago and the service in the drive through is still extremely slow. The kid in the drive through gave me my drink first then my food. He appeared to be working alone. After I left the drive through I realized he didn’t put a straw in my bag again. It is clear that more training and/or supervision is needed.

Just had the bacon king and it had 2 strips of no flavor bacon. Nothing like the picture. You call a burger the bacon king every bite should have bacon. Disappointing.

Cashier at the drive thru said I needed a minimum purchase of 0.70 cents to get my free chicken jr sandwich. When I used my points for it to be free. Didn't get the food or my reward points back . I'm literally going to erase the app and never eat at burger king again

If you order on the BK mobile app don't get in a hurry, they need an hour to complete a mobile order. They get in no hurry in mobile orders here, when you get there that's when they start making your order, then you wait for 25 minutes. So the point of the mobile app is useless at this location.

Store is open to 12 am. Employees closed doors at 11 and cleaned grill and said they could not make a burger only fried chicken sandwich. Corporate needs to contact me. Your store could not serve full menu during business hours witch means you are marked out of compliance.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. spent 45 minutes in drive thru to get my family's order. I ask for no cheese on the bacon swiss chicken sandwich and no mayo on the burger. When i get to the window to pay for the food, they read my order back to me to ensure they have it correct. They don't mention the no cheese so I request it again at the window. I kid you not, the person at the window says "It doesnt come with cheese". I point out that swiss is even in the name and that swiss IS cheese. He gets it corrected on the order and i pay. I get my food and go home. When i get home we discover that not only did they still put cheese on the chicken sandwich but there was mayo on the burger as well. Back to the restaurant i go. Tried to go inside this time as its still two hours until the lobby closes. Lobby doors are locked! Back to the drive thru i go. 20 minutes later i get to the speaker. I tell them that my order was wrong and the response i get is that itll be 30 minutes until their systems come up. I inform them that im not here to give them any money but that im actually there to have my order fixed. They repeat again that itll be 30 minutes until they can help me. Great. The line starts moving again. 15 minutes pass and i make it up to the window. I ask to speak to the manager. The individual that tried to tell me that the bacon and swiss chicken sandwich "doesnt have cheese on it" identifies himself as the manager. I hand him the receipt and explain what the issue was, handed him the food to check for himself, and still had to explain it to him two more times. As this is happening the person from the car in front of me in the drive thru gets out of her car and walks back to the window and complains that they messed up her sandwich too! They remake both orders sandwiches. The lady from the vehicle in front of us gets her sandwich first and checks it. Its wrong again but she can pick off the new problem and is tired of dealing with this location. She walks back to her car peeling the onion from her sandwich and throwing them in the drive thru. My remade order comes up so i check my sandwiches before moving. Chicken sandwich- Bread chicken and bacon only. no sauce no lettuce no tomato. no cheese. Burger- STILL has MAYO. at this point I decline the food and ask for a refund. Quick process you would think. 5 minutes later and im still at the window waiting for the refund. "Manager" had long since disappeared. The cashier was trying to get it to refund for us but couldnt get it to work. Finally he just gives us the cash instead of fighting to get the card to refund. During that time 3 more cars that had come through the speaker had complained about wrong orders as well. you could tell by them asking what the order number was. Never again will myself or my family come to this Burger king. TLDR - 45 minutes wrong food 45 more minutes still wrong food 5-10 more minutes refund. And remember people Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwiches "Doesnt come with cheese"
