The place is lovely, yes, but for a takeaway maple and salt coffee (tasty, a good flavor, though I didn't love the aftertaste) it took them over 15 minutes to bring it to me, which honestly lowers the rating a bit… I did try a cinnamon roll, and it was delicious! That was truly 5/5 stars! The atmosphere loses a star because, yes, it's incredibly noisy and feels cramped inside, but they do have a large and nice little terrace outside. I would definitely go back to try something else from the menu.

Hi, everything was delicious, the drinks were excellent and the bread was amazing. I've been there many times and it's always been packed and peaceful. When it's crowded, the service is slower due to staff shortages, which is most of the time because the place is always packed. I think this is something they could improve for a better experience. But everything was delicious, and the waitstaff and bartenders were very friendly (they even recognize me now, haha). Best of luck!

I ordered two Matcha Lattes, and they charge 50 pesos for changing the milk. I find that not only excessive but outrageous. I understand the price of a good quality matcha like this, but charging extra like that is just unacceptable. The place is nice.

I'd been to this place a few times before, and it was always great, though always busy and noisy. But this time, the cashier was incredibly rude. It's a shame, because it seems like it could be a good place to get a decent coffee and some good bread. This review is about the service.

Very nice place, I've been there before and it's good. The service is good. This time I ordered takeout, and I waited half an hour for my food. Even people who arrived after me got theirs first. When I opened my order, it looked like this... it looks like they threw it away in a hurry. 😓

Está rica la comida pero solo no volvería porque son tardadísimos en traer los alimentos. A pesar de que sea una bebida o alimento sencillo tardan mucho en entregar.

I really like this café, but lately I think they're not paying attention to their customers. This is the third time I've ordered a drink to go with just a little ice, and they've given me almost half a glass because I asked for so little ice. I don't think that's fair, but oh well, I'm just leaving my comment in case it reaches the café and they take it into account.

Expensive, meager, and tastes "meh" We ordered two takeout sandwiches, one "chicken" and one "roast beef," for 258 pesos each. I'm only just now seeing them (I bought them at 4 pm for dinner), and sadly, I didn't check them at the restaurant because they're EMBARRASSING. The "roast beef" sandwich has a single strand of meat; it seems like it's vegetarian. The chicken sandwich wasn't well-served either, but they really went overboard with the roast beef. It's so expensive for such a small portion. The sandwich itself isn't bad, but it's so expensive and miserably served that it's TERRIBLE, plain and simple.

VILLA FUERTE

We went on a recommendation, but besides taking too long, the food had no flavor at all. The Reuben sandwich (roast beef) tasted like nothing but cooked meat, the sauerkraut had no flavor whatsoever. The bread is good, but for a roast beef sandwich, wild wheat is much better. The fries were given to us cold, and their solution was to fry them again. They came back with burnt fries and no oily flavor. The clam chowder was good, but they serve you less than half a plate. The Thai salad had no flavor, and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. I don't know if they cook it without salt, but it had absolutely no flavor. The wait time was long for such a disappointment. The place is cute and very pleasant!

I didn't like it. The chicken was cold, and I ordered a Matcha Latte that made me sick because they didn't prepare it properly. It still had matcha powder in it, and I had to throw it away. The quality-price ratio is unacceptable, and the staff were incredibly unfriendly. They seemed angry, perhaps because it was rush hour, but they didn't even say hello. It was the first and last time I'll go there because the service is unfriendly, the food is cold, and the drinks are poorly prepared.

The first time I went to eat I ate standing up because there was nowhere to sit, the second time I made an order to go I ordered it by phone when I arrived they took so long to give me the food that I ran out of food time and I had to leave and the third and last time I made an order of almost 1000 pesos in the app and they canceled because they didn't have a meal. I know it is not mandatory to serve everyone, but people's hunger is not taken lightly. Much success I hope the hype of your place always remains
