The service was quick and very friendly, which makes for a good start to the experience. The Stranger Things collaboration is eye-catching and creates high expectations, although it doesn't quite live up to the hype. Even so, the chicken is tasty, the fries are decent, and the portions are generous, so you leave satisfied. It's nothing special, but a good experience overall. 🍗🍟🥤

Por favor no ordenen a entregar a domicilio!! Ordenamos por DiDi y no trajeron las bebidas. Es la segunda vez que hacen esto y no las reponen ni se disculpan ni nada. Horrible nunca más pediremos a domicilio.

REVISA SIEMPRE TU ORDEN ORDEN PORQUE TE DAN TU PEDIDO INCOMPLETO O EQUIVOCADO. Hoy asistí a comprar por el auto express(drive thru), realice mi orden y pedí el bote de 12 piezas y solo me dieron 9. Desafortunadamente me di cuenta ya que estaba en casa y la página de Internet no me permite levantar la queja.

Fui a comprar unas que tiras para ser exacto 6 piezas con una soda hora 18:41pm el pido para comer ya que considero es más rápido desconozco su logística de operaciones pero la calificación baja ya que espere alrededor de 45 a 50 minutos se me hace mucha la espera agradezco tomen en cuenta el comentario y puedan mejorar y tratar mejor Alos comensales se que todos son importantes los clientes tanto para el de llevar pero lo que vi que estában dando más preferencia a los Uber its

AVOID MANAGER DOESNT CARE!! Horrible staff. I complained after 20 minutes of dining in and not getting our food or any updates. Curly haired girl who took our order told me I would have to wait 7 minutes-place was not packed no orders in drive thru. Because I complained we received pieces of chicken I can't identify as either breast or thigh or wing. They have an army sized staff standing around. Manager didn't care to come out and address my concerns but he was around.

30 minutos esperando para una “hamburguesa “ en un restaurante de comida “ rápida” Se ve que el personal está trabajando … pero al parecer no es el suficiente. Un horror que los encargados de la sucursal no consideren eso…

Les falta personal o hay algún error de logística, porque el servicio es MUY lento.

Pedí mi orden y al revisarla en mi casa me di cuenta de que me entregaron menos piezas de las que pagué. No es la primera vez que sucede; la sucursal es nueva y ya están pasando este tipo de errores. Claramente no ponen atención a los pedidos antes de entregarlos. Es inaceptable tener que regresarme para que solucionen algo tan básico como entregarme mi orden completa y correcta. Si van, revisen su orden con lupa o eviten usar el drive thru. No sé qué objetivos le ponen a sus trabajadores, pero parece que están más preocupados por despachar rápido que por hacer bien su trabajo. En el drive thru no te permiten ver el menú, te meten presión para que avances rápido y, si tardas buscando efectivo, te ponen mala cara. Todo lo hacen con prisa y al final el cliente es quien sale afectado. Realmente no entiendo por qué los KFC de Mexicali tienen un servicio tan pésimo. Pensé que, por ser una sucursal nueva, sería mejor, pero resultó ser lo mismo que Nuevo Mexicali y Villanova.

El 31 de Diciembre el pollo no sabía a nada, la ensalada de repollo muy ácida. No se parece al pollo que probé unas semanas atras cuando inauguraron. Sus recipientes se abren y derrama el puré.

La peor sucursal de mexicali , los bisquets estaban duros y viejos, Pedi el familiar de 8 piezas y me dieron solo pierna corta y muslo , la ensalada estaba pasada y sabía horrible. Esto fue ayer domingo

Pésimo servicio. Los empleados te atiende mal, no te quieren vender ketiras aunque falta una hora para cerrar, productos fríos y tardan demasiado tiempo.

Poor service and inattentive staff. They left our food getting cold on the counter while they played amongst themselves, even though we had asked beforehand and they completely ignored us. When we inquired about our order, they gave us different things than we had ordered, claiming they were out of supplies, a claim the system screen wasn't registering. Zero attention to detail (no napkins or cutlery) and absolutely no problem-solving skills. I also work in customer service and I know mistakes happen, but the lack of training and attention here was extremely unacceptable. They're not giving away free food; the least they could do is deliver what you pay for with respect for your time. And considering it's a new branch and we were hoping to try something different, we have no desire to return.

The food was great, but the play area is very dark and needs better lighting. I often take my daughters there, but they always tell me it's too dark, and other young children were afraid to climb higher for the same reason. I wish they would improve the lighting so children could play with confidence and not be afraid. Service: 3 stars because they always forget to include something in the order. :/

Terrible service. I'm visiting Mexicali and went by the ratings for this branch, and honestly, what a disappointment. The employees were very rude; it took forever to get cold fries, the chicken was undercooked, and there were other really unpleasant things. I hope you improve your organization and customer service.

Terrible service. If there were a zero-star option, that's what they'd get. The woman at the drive-thru was rude, pushy, and desperate. They wouldn't let me see the menu options. The moment I said, "Just a second," she told me to get out of my car to look at another menu, as if there wasn't one already in front of me. The rest of the staff incited hostility, calling the customer "my dear, my dear" in a mocking tone. It was unacceptable. If you have the chance to come to this KFC, don't take it. (8:30 pm Sunday, so the manager can check who was working the window and take appropriate action, since I also didn't receive my receipt (they're not even good for that), which usually shows who my cashier was.)

I ordered through Didi and they didn't send me the right things. Regardless of whether it's through a platform, you are responsible, and I'm left without enough food for two people. The combo with the drink wasn't complete, and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Only one cashier, a huge line, constant errors and malfunctions at the register making the line even longer. The noise is so loud you can't hear people talking to you. I repeat, a massive line, only one cashier. I don't think this is a good start... more management failures, like in many other businesses. What a shame.
