The tacos are good, but Gaby is very preferential with some customers, and I don't think that's right, since I'm going to buy something... not ask for it. She does this with everyone who isn't a VIP customer (according to her). With the nopales, onions, and even the tostaditas she sells and never has. I've decided not to go anymore because it's not worth going through that. I hope they take this into account and improve.

I liked that the lady attends to you as you arrive, after placing your order she sends you out very quickly. The meat appears to be of good quality and well cooked. If you visit the taqueria you must definitely try a tostada.

The tacos de trozo are different from what you usually find at other taquerias. The meat is very tender and well-seasoned, and the portions are generous. Contrary to what some people say about preferential treatment, it never happened during my visit. They gave me onions and nopales without any fuss. They serve you as you arrive, which I think is fair, and the staff is very friendly. The agua fresca is delicious, and the only downside is the salsa; it should be spicier and have a more concentrated flavor. I would definitely return.

"My family and I used to visit this place on weekends because the meat is delicious, but recently we've noticed some biases in the service. Some customers receive preferential treatment, such as unsolicited extras on their tacos (onions and nopales), while we just get the tacos. If we ask, they seem to get upset and tell you about it. We believe all customers should be treated equally, regardless of their individual preferences. For this reason, we have decided not to return to the establishment. We hope they will take our feedback into consideration to improve their service in the future."

I went to Tacos Gaby expecting to try the "legendary" suadero tacos they boast about so much, but the reality was quite different: pure hype. The suadero was tough, chewy, and tasteless, as if they'd cooked the meat with pure spite. No salt, no seasoning, not a shred of dignity. The only thing that cracked was my patience. I ordered flavored water—big mistake. It tasted like a mixture of cheap powder and tap water. Sweet, cloudy, and with that disguised chlorine taste you only get from a water cooler when there's no water cooler. And to top it all off, the service is a nightmare. They serve you with a "what are you doing here?" look, as if ordering food were a personal insult. In short: Bad tacos, worse water, and service that's so bad you wouldn't want to eat it even if it were free. There are plenty of places where suadero is delicious; this isn't one of them. I won't be back, not even if I'm hungry or hungover.
