This was my first time trying 1000 Degrees Pizza and it won’t be my last! Pizza was made fresh, upon order. Toppings were generous and fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful + quick service. I actually dropped my pizza (for the first time ever) and the staff were gracious enough to not only help me, but join me in laughing at the pizza causality LOL. Thank you so much! As a bonus the store also sells slurpees, dip n dots and a candy bar.

I think the service was top-tier, and our server was amazing. So, with that out the way the pizza was meh nothing to spectacular. It didn't have that pazas. The sauce was basic it tasted like it was missing something. The only thing I could say about the sauce was it wasn't soupy like Domino's, so that's a plus. We also had the lemon-pepper wings, which I've never had proper lemon-pepper wings, my first impression. It was really good tasty a little salty, but that fine. I'll have to taste the others next, but the chicken was nice and hot and juicy.

Can't say enough positive things about this place! Delicious pizza and wings and very customizable. I love that they offer both gluten free crust and vegan cheese. A rare combo. And the prices for them is super affordable. A 10" gluten/vegan pie runs you about $13. Cheapest place I've ever come across for those options. The pizza itself is good, best if you add a ton of toppings. It's a thin crust so it's not a ton of food, but it's just right if you get wings or pair it with something else.

I honestly really dig this place. I live 5 minutes away and I love pizza. I realized a couple minutes ago that I come here so often, I should probably write a review. Of course, this isn't a fine Italian eatery, but just really good, really fast, and really affordable. Can't beat Tuesdays for $6. I typically eat in the store and it's just a comfortable atmosphere. I'm a student, so a lot of the time I'm coming in, grabbing a pizza and doing work on my computer for a couple hours. Nobody bothers me. It's not too loud, but it's not coffee-house quiet either. The staff is always VERY friendly! I just don't have one bad thing to say about this place. If you want quick pizza that is far better than any of the big chains, check this place out!!!

Randomly hit this place. After looking at some cars nearby. It was suggested by another app and we were not disappointed. This might be a chain restaurant but the pizza was incredible, and the service was top notch. Would not hesitate to go there again and again and again. I love the build your own option. All four of us got different pizzas and all four of us were above satisfied.

I've been going to 1000 Degrees on Biscayne for a few years now and I'm abashed that I've never left them a review. The Staff at this location are top-notch, always friendly and helpful. I love the build your own pizza with unlimited toppings and various sauce combinations. Thanks to another customer, I tried the spicy marinara and white sauce combo and it was really good! I had not previously realized that you could select more than one sauce. Don't forget to download the app and rack up those rewards! I was given a birthday bonus so both the salad and the pizza pictured were freebies purchased with points :-) I will continue to frequent this establishment whenever I'm in the area.

I like this place and come back often. The last time o. Saturday February 15th a girl was in training and she has a long hair which was freely flowing in the kitchen. Yuck. Also, for some case she didn't pull all the way her gloves and they were hangIng down. She was slow and with her pulled down gloves was very unpleasant. The other guy who worked with her was not only skilled but the most important willing to do his best. I wish I would know his name. I want to say him thank you.🙏 Please, check who you are hiring.

Im from southern california Los Angeles Area and visiting miami for the 3rd time and found this place on Yelp..i was really skeptical but we were all hungry for some pizza and didnt want to go spend alot being its already late..and boy was it really worth it!! We barely sat down after ordering and our pizza was already ready!! We added like 6 different toppings..seriously best pizza ive had in a longggg while!! Wings were good too!! Guarantee u wont be disappointed..my family loved it..its a small place but the outside tables were a nice touch with music..

Kyle and his staff were amazing!!! Pizza was so good and can’t wait to go back. Kyle took good care of my bro and I. We told him about our dietary restrictions and he made sure the staff was aware and that they used other pizza cutters to stay as Kosher as possible. The cauliflower crust is a must!

We have been going to 1000 Degrees since it opened. Pizzas have all kinds of toppings, but what makes the pizza taste great has to start with the Dough and the Sauce. That's why we love this pizza, we always get the same toppings and the pizza has been consistently good, and it just taste great. We don't eat any other pizza except when we are traveling out of town. We just got back from 3 weeks vacation and our first meal today was at 1000 Degrees. So first and far most.. the service there was great. All three men inside were very kind and welcoming. One of them had a great sense of humor (Simmy). Now as for the food, I only came for a salad that I got to build. And my boyfriend came for the wings and fries. For my first time, the fries were ok but everything else was great! If you’re looking for a chill dine in spot, this is your go too! They serve quick and get you out!

The moment you walk in you can smell the fresh Pizza being made. We got greeted right away by a really nice lady. She told us about the menu and asked if it was our first time there. We told her we just moved to sunny isles. This places has a really cool concept, you can order from the Menu, Hawaiian pizza, veggie pizza, pepperoni Pizza an many more options or you can create your own pizza. 10" 14". We decided to get our own personalized pizza it's for the same priced, some concept as subway but cooler cuz it's Pizza. I ordered a 10" pizza with the signature marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, pineapple, mushrooms and a touch of oil. For $8.99 My husband order a 10" Pizza with signature marinara sauce, buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, bacon, Canadian bacon and jalapeños. $8.99 We also order a side of 12 fresh roasted buffalo wings. $10.99 Also They cook everything in a big oven in front of you. Personally I think it was so cool that you can you can choose whatever you want for $8.99 then the lady tells us on Tuesday's it's only $6.00. How cool is that. We order to go. We where going crazy with the amazing delicious, fresh smell of pizza. Soon as we got home bye bye Pizza and wings. I honestly can't wait for Tuesday. I'm changing my cheat dates to Tuesday. I recommend this place to everyone that loves pizza and Amazing customer service. We walked in for one Pizza we left with two personal pizzas and 12 fresh roasted wings. Next time I would like to stay and eat there, they have inside sitting and outside sitting. They also offer wine and beer and gelato. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

My favorite kind of pizza is the kind that I can have made exactly the way I like it: Thin crust Medium spicy sauce Fresh mozzarella Pepperoni Spinach Tomatoes Katama olives Mushrooms Having it brought to your table piping hot, about 5 minutes after you pay for it, brilliant! For quick pizza just the way you like it, these guys have the right formula. Did I mention they have beer and wine? Loving it.

The concept is pretty interesting. Imagine going to a concept similar to chipotle but better but for PIZZA. So many options, different ways to have your bread done, and wonderful toppings. I tried the vegan pizza, someone stole my original order. The staff were sweet to me and tried their best to fix the other customers’ mistake. When I finally got around to trying the pizza, It was great comfort and something I needed to have. I had no problem finishing this and craved even more slices. The only compliant I have about this place, it’s really busy at all times. My vegan friends, try their pizza. You won’t be disappointed!

Best wings I have ever tried in my life. The chef is called “chicken wing” and for a reason. The guy is a master at cooking wings. The oven leaves the wings so tender and I highly recommend the honey garlic sauce. They are truly next level. They are my go to place for wings now. The pizza was extremely good too. The food and environment was solid. Pizza came out tasty. It was a decent experience and there's nothing wrong with this place. I'm just used to Blaze's ingredients and delicious toppings, toppings that seemed to be missing at 1000 degrees pizza. However, they do seem to have some amazing deals on certain days of the week, which is insanely appealing and I will be giving them another try!

Fast food pizza made to order. The flavors are good. The ingredients are fresh. They offer a choice of crusts including gluten free. Service has always been very good and never disappeared. They do have some beer and wine, but don't set your expectations too high for that . Would always recommend as an option.

If you're looking for a buffalo cheese pizza with blue cheese crumbles, this is your place! I especially like that your pizza is prepared right in front of you, and you can let the chef know when to go easy or heavy. Be careful, though, sometimes they leave your pizza in the oven a bit too long, and it winds up extra, extra crispy.

Decent place. The highlight was the garlic cheese bread which tasted great. Thick crust and nice coat of cheese dipped in a slightly spicy tomato sauce. The pizza itself was fine but nothing exceptional. Also had the boneless wings which I think were good but got a little soggy due to delivery time.

Pizza is probably one of the most accessible food anywhere, anytime, especially by delivery. This place, however, offers custom-made pizzas designed by you. Great concept and ordering process is simple, even for kids. Simply pick your sauce, cheeses, then add your veggies and meat toppings. They also offer signature classic concoctions if you can't make up your mind. On my 1st visit, I tried 2 signature pizzas - Meatza (marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and crumbled meatballs) and Tuscan Chicken (mozzarella, asiago, chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes). Both were pretty good but I prefer the Tuscan Chicken because it was lighter. On my 2nd visit, I went for a custom made one and was very pleased with how it turned out. Here's my masterpiece: Spicy Sriracha, Shredded Mozz, Asiago, Artichokes, Banana Peppers, Red Peppers, Sundried Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken, Italian Sausage, and Steak. It was very satisfying and best of all, it was only $8.99 for a 10 inch. I like this place. Pizza is made to order and comes out quick from the super hot brick oven. Service at this location is always friendly. They greet customers as they walk in and very patient while customizing your pizza.

Ordered wings and fries, really good! The wings clearly was delicious since I couldn’t wait to take a bite… the garlic and Parmesan wings tasted so good and refreshing, the bbq was great as well it was like a sticky bbq that you kick your fingers. Love it being roasted and not fried! Would definitely recommend, the only little thing was the amount of skin (fat) which I usually take off or order naked, but other then that was really good.

The food is good and the staff was nice. Wings were pretty crisp and the pizza tasted fresh, had a nice finish on the bottom and soft crust. Overall good experience. Why the 3 stars? One large pizza, 24 wings and Icee ran about $66. Just a bit too much money for the quality and experience. Just not seeing the value to taste ratio being a positive so it gets a neutral rating. Large plain pizza was $18 which I could consider in the future but $20 for 12 wings times 2 orders isn’t something I can get behind for a future purchase.

Got a pizza delivered to me just now. I ordered a regular New York cheese. It did came fast however super cold. And not for nothing but real as basic of a flavour as you can get. Nothing special and that’s disappointing as I was expecting a much better tasting pizza

Received my order wrong twice. The first time I placed the order online and had an issue. Called and spoke to Kelani who said she was the manager. She offered a 20% discount on the next order but i would have to call the order in instead of placing it online like I normally do. Placed the second order over the phone with Kelani who supposedly is a manager, but come to find out, she's just an employee. She took the order and told me there's an $8 delivery fee. I asked if I could get my points on the second order since I place them online and get rewards. That was not an option. Received the second order She took over the phone and it was wrong. Not only did I pay an $8 delivery fee, but the driver had the audacity to ask me for a tip on top of the messed up order. Place is a joke. Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND EXPECT TO GET YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY!

This is one of my favorite pizza places. I order from here at least 1x per month, sometimes more, however today 9/25/22 I was very disappointed as the pizzas were dry and very low on ingredients. When I went to pick up the pizzas it seemed like they had a totally new crew that was not trained properly and it showed in the end product. Not the same fabulous pizza. I am only writing this because I love this place and there is no other way to advise franchise owner to keep eye on new employees and they being properly trained.

Great pizza and the wings were amazing until just recently. Unfortunately the wings are now a third of the size for the same price... very disappointing. When I brought this to the manager's attention it was brushed off, gave no credence to my feedback. We've frequented this establishment many times and found the service has been hit or miss. The worst was witnessing an employee double spoon a bite out of the Gelato case... so gross. Regardless, we recommend 1k degrees for their pizza, it's quite tasty.

I have loved this pizza for a while now, but this evening I was greatly disappointed at the quality of the dough, taste and ingredients. I ordered the Tuscan Pizza and the Meatza Pizza. The Tuscan is supposed to have marinated balsamic sun-dried tomatoes and when I got home I realized that it had fresh tomatoes instead. Who confuses sun-dried tomatoes with fresh tomatoes???? also, the dough was very thick today and overall both pizza were dried and lacking favor. I am doubtful I will order again from this place. Too bad, because I used to love it. I am wondering if the owners are no longer paying attention and/or the staff is just not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Looking for next great pizza place.

I have been a customer for many years. Today, I've had the worst experience ever. 2 hours waiting for my pizza that I purchase through their app. They told me the Uber driver had a problem and my pizza was not going to be delivered. The only solution they gave me was to pick it up or they send me another, which I had to assume the cost. I purchased the pizza by their app, not from Uber!!! They did not want to take responsibility! They hung up the phone, they yell at me and my husband and been extremely rude. Finally, a woman responsible for the app (not from the shop) called me and gave me a solution. I had to wait more than 2 hours and many discussions after my pizza arrived. Shame on you 1000 degrees!!!. Please, change your employees! They are not prepared to take care of the customers.

The food here is fantastic – 10/10! However, the service from one particular staff member really stood out for the wrong reasons. I visited on 11/7 around 9 pm, and we were warmly welcomed by a friendly person who told us about the specials, which was a great start. But once we moved to the middle section with the toppings, we encountered a staff member in a gray shirt with short hair in a small bun/ponytail, and her attitude was disappointing. She seemed frustrated and acted like we were an inconvenience, which was completely out of place considering the otherwise friendly staff. At first, I thought she might be hard-of-hearing, but it became clear that she was just being rude. Everyone else around her was welcoming, so it’s hard to understand how anyone is allowing her to work like this. She needs to adjust her attitude. If she’s unhappy in this role, she needs to find another job. Her attitude seems more suited for a common fast food chain.

I'd always say the worst pizza I've ever had was the one I had in Haiti, and in such a poor and backward country, there's only so much pizza. You won't find anything of the highest quality. That's normal. And understandable. The pizza I had here, at 1000 Degrees, deserves a top spot for tastelessness and poor quality. As an Italian pizza addict, I can tell you that making pizza this bad requires dedication and training. Believe me, the frozen pizza you buy at Dollar Tree tastes 100 miles better than this. It probably won't surpass Pummarola Pizza. If they maintain their quality, they're in a good place right now. Especially considering these, there's a huge difference.

I used to love ordering here because the food is great but the service has gone down hill. I ordered online recently and my pizza wasn't ready when I arrived! I had to wait for him to actually start making it when I walked in, and I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Then once it was ready, the preparer put raw tomatoes on my pizza, instead of only sun-dried tomatoes!!! I stood there picking them off, and he didn't even apologize. I don't know if I will return, I did not enjoy this last experience... I hope management sees this review! Smh

Once famous for lines stretching all the way to the parking lot, this place now has only a handful of customers ordering what used to be the popular Tuesday “unlimited toppings” pizza. The price is now $11.99, there is no longer a first responder discount, and despite the “unlimited” label, pizzas are now limited to five toppings. That alone speaks volumes. I ordered two pizzas. My wife chose only two toppings on hers. I politely asked to add a few olives to mine pizza, but the employee refused, arguing it would exceed the five-topping limit even though we were clearly not exceeding it overall. I calmly explained that a few olives wouldn’t affect the owner’s accounting, but she kept arguing. At $25 for two small, ordinary pizzas, this no longer qualifies as anything “special.” This will likely be my last visit. Raising prices due to inflation is understandable - but cutting value, removing discounts, and arguing over a few olives is how businesses lose loyal customers. Saving cents on ingredients while losing hundreds of dollars in repeat business is a poor tradeoff. I sincerely hope management reviews these policies before more customers walk away.

So yeah, this place used to have the best pizza ever. A few years ago the crust was to die for. Definitely a 48 hour hold dough situation. Now it tastes like they make it five minutes before opening the doors. Dry. Flavorless. Chewy in the bad way. So upsetting. I eat pizza very rarely, which means when I do, I’m emotionally invested. And somehow, it managed to disappoint me two times in a row. I really wanted to let it go, but I just can’t leave it without the review. Not coming back unfortunately ☹️
