fast service as always, good and fresh food. FYI - they charge you for each extra side you order here unlike most chipotles ive visited. I saw someone complaining about it and they could care less. Management Advice- sometimes its just better to give out something for free then to fight with a customer for a side that costs the employees nothing. Its a bad look

The cashiers are scamming the customers, when you ask for the order and they make a mistake they charge you something that is not, when you make the return they ask you for the card and they assure you that they made the refund of the money in your card and on the receipt it says it was returned in cash, but it is not true, i told to the cashier and she insisted I will get the money in my card, that money will be left over in the till because it is not delivered to customers!

The system was not working and we stayed on the line for an hour. I hade a meeting this day, because of them I was late, even i took away my order. Thay counted manually, because something happened to their system. For 4 Burritos we paid 60$. In mind it is very expensive

I visited Chipotle today at 10:54 AM. According to the posted business hours, the location opens at 10:00 AM. However, when I tried to order, the employee informed me that they “open at 11” and seemed visibly annoyed that I was there before that time. I understand that mornings can be busy and preparation takes time, but if the official hours state 10:00 AM, customers should reasonably expect service at that time. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve generally had good experiences with Chipotle, which is why this was disappointing. I hope management can clarify the opening hours and ensure staff are aligned with them to avoid confusion for customers.

Arianna attitude really elevated the meal, appreciate the sarcasm and crazy looks, hope you keep it up and treat everyone this way so you can finally get fired. Extra rice charge really appreciate it a dollar and seventy isn’t gonna break me but when you cant explain why no other store does this charge and why it’s categorized as a side charge it really intrests me. Hope all the best for you ladies working there you guys are clearly hurting and projecting on people trying to just get a bite to eat.

The staff who served us were very rude and ill-mannered. All three women who served us—the two who served the food and the one who took the money—threw our food and spoke to us in an arrogant manner. Do not eat at this place.

It was the worst service in the world, definitely one makes gigantic lines to eat with the family and have a pleasant time and one meets with unpleasant and unprofessional people without any knowledge of how to provide proper customer service from the moment you arrive at the counter their attitude was regrettable and I saw it with clients before me and it was regrettable when asking them some questions about why they deliver the food in that way as if throwing it away and one asks for a little more and believes that because one asks for a little more food they think that we cannot pay the additional one must first have treatment, education and a lot of tact when you serve a client for one you never know that they could be secret clients by the same company terrible service from the Manager very rude ill-educated what a shame that they do not have a filter when selecting their staff nor will I return to your Mall Aventura location what a bad example of leadership you set to those young people at the counter

I normally frequent this chipotle and didn’t have a problem until today. I didn’t bring my main bank card, so i was waiting for someone to bring it to me, the cashier lady was incredibly rude. She started giving me attitude, even after i explained the situation. I have always believed that to work any retail or food industry job you have to be courteous and always put the customer first. At this point, i’d rather order online and pick it up at the other chipotle in biscayne

The restaurant employees (young Latin teens) had the restaurant in disarray. At 9:21, They were telling customers that the restaurant closed at 9:30pm although the posted hours are until 10:00pm. The grill was disgusting. They did not want to heat up and serve any more black beans so they were out of these. The only breathe of fresh air was the American cashier who was extremely courteous and polite. He apologized for the failure of the store employees to keep the line items available.

Staff spilled hot beans on us. Turned around and walked away without saying a word. We stood there with beans on our shirt, purse, and hair. We asked to speak with a manager, she came with an attitude not even looking in our direction. Blinking her eyelids and snapping at us saying “I don’t have to tell you anyone’s name, I’m not engaging with you”. Absolutely disgusting behavior. If it was an accident, the employee that did it should have apologized in the first place. But she ran away and stood in the back with other employees looking at us and laughing. Unsafe and disrespectful environment. I am shocked at the way this was “mishandled”. There were witnesses as well and everyone was shocked.
