Great place for the family, D&B is consistent throughout their chains. Ordered a few items and played the plethora of games they have available. I had a custom order for the burger, no bun and no cheese and they made it correctly. Only minor issue is they didn't have the carrot sticks or celery for the kids menu as stated on the menu. Staff was amicable, quick service of food. Plenty of parking in the plaza lot.

So I’ll be posting another review since I’m going again today. But the last 5 times I’ve been going have been awesome! The staff is great, food is delicious, and the games are super fun even though I spend the majority of my points on pop lock 😂. AWESOME WITH FAMILY!

Came with the kids after a very expensive brunch in Brickell. If I knew this place was so cool and inexpensive, I would have come here instead. We got there and were seated right away, the server came 2 minutes after we sat down and took our drink order. By the time he brought the drinks back not even 10 minutes had passed and we ordered food. The chicken was delicious and we got a card for the kids to play in the machines. They had so much fun and we had a great Sunday afternoon.

Great food. We spent like $250 on food and drink and games for four people for four hours but it was awesome. Moises is a great server! Very decent speed and attitudes for the holiday, Memorial Day 2021. We only encountered 1 game that was out of order and the burgers are as delicious as I remembered them from when I came here with my parents as a kid. Great fun for the young-adult family unit.

We came for the games and lights, but got hungry. The staff weren't very helpful and had to wait for a waiter about 15 min to even say hello. We asked another employee and he said "idk, not my job". I can write all day how grateful my family is with Shawn (mamager). Last minute he was able to accommodate us with a private room for my daughter turning 18 years old. Shawn was always checking up on us if we needed anything else. I can't forget about Gigi the waitress was always checking on us if we need drinks or anything. I am so happy Shawn was working tonight because if it wasn't for him we will be somewhere else. Thank you so much Shawn and GIgi. Spent New Year’s Eve with my family at Dave and Busters and I have to say We LOVED it!! My children were definitely entertained. My partner and I were super entertained as well. The food was okay. The countdown was amazing the music. Just overall it was a great experience. I would certainly recommend it if you have kids. We didn’t even get the nagging from the kids “is it almost 12” sooner than we realized we were counting to the New year.

I love this place. I been here a couple of times. I came last night with my job who hosted an event for us. The food is great and it's a lot of fun with all the games. They do a great job on updating the games and keeping everything super clean. The happy hour is the best time to eat some of thing items that are on happy hour and the drinks are super good. Not your regular drinks some are different. But if your out of the happy hour the drinks are kinda expansive as if your on South Beach. Saving my cars with my tickets cause some of the prizes are priced high with a large amount of tickets but place is fun to come to.

First time in this D&B (Dolphin Mall 🐬) The place is enormous I couldn't believe it. Service was right on point, food was delicious and drinks were great. The game room is the biggest I seen. I want to thank the manager Eric and the server Melanie for the great experience. I will definitely be back.

I hosted a party for my daughter birthday good experience. Consistently it was the USA soccer game versus Nederland. We played the game in our private room. Our server Kaia was very nice. My daughter enjoy with her friend. Michelle help prepare a party package. Big room for a party of 40.

Amazing place to be, open until late lots of fun for teens, pre teens and parents . Food is less than average, depending on how busy they are in the kitchen and the drinks 🍹 are more expensive than a Michelin star restaurant, so be aware and ask for the price before you are served 20$ Patron Margaritas instead the regular one, the bartenders think if they charge more they’ll get a bigger tip, but instead they’re only scamming tourists who are not aware. Horrible service so I don’t recommend sitting down at a table. Servers are only order takers and that’s all. Play games drink water and eat elsewhere is my recommendation for this place .

Great fun for kids and adults of all ages. A real arcade with everything you love, ticket games, fighting games, shooters, "ride games" of all kinds. They also have a sports bar with all the games and PPV fights on each day, a nice restaurant for all kinds of foods, pool tables and more. Great place for any occasion. Update 2024: we won an Xbox console by turning on tickets. Great prize, did was great and on special 50% off. Great fun with family

My family loves this spot. It's huge! Games everywhere! Great date spot! My kids won a ton of tickets too. Everything was working and clean . Bathroom was clean too. Staff were everywhere helping if needed. We'll be back on our next visit. If you're in Miami, stop at Dolphin Mall. You'll have a blast!

Lots of different things to do, pool playing, video games, drinking, reasonably good food for a bar. Not really all that cheap. If you have kids that want to play video games, or if you want to play video games, consider this a destination. The food seems to come with video game cards. Combine the two (food and video games) and the food becomes quite reasonably priced.

The staff here is amazing. Definitely a cool place to watch a game, grab a drink or play some arcades! Check this place out if you’re in Miami. The manager Fran was so cool, he came to our table to talk to us for a bit.

A great arcade place. I recently got my introduced to Dave & Buster’s and I am hooked. They have some good food and drinks, good seating and they have so many games. There is something for everyone. Bonus - they are open until 1 am!! It’s actually in the dolphin mall, ample amount of parking. Charging stations available for electric vehicles. Highly recommend this arcade place.

Service was super slow..looks like the majority of the help shows up between 4/4:30. The server was nice, but it wasn't busy and it took forever to get waited on..they said there was a large party. Still, at least acknowledge the only other two tables there at least.

Fun for all ages something for everyone food is decent nice big atmosphere different areas games pool bar etc. Service was below average. Is like a big Chuck e cheese for adults 🤣

When there in the afternoon to play some video games with my nephew although we always have a good time I believe it's getting expensive each time we go there. Also you always end up loosing money with all the arcades been . something it's almost impossible to be able to use all the money on your card but since it's almost the only big arcade place to go with the family it's still a good place to enjoy with the family.

Pool tables need to be fixed because the walls were caving in on our table. The lettuce wraps we're good but barely had a wrap to hold them in. This D&B fulfilled it's purpose we did have a great time so there's a 4 star for that.

I had a party here for my 9 year old birthday. The customer service to set up the event was nice. They were friendly and followed up many times, as well as answered any and all questions. The service the day of ....not so much. My kids love going so I would definitely go back. I have been several times and each time the quality of service is different.

I went to the arcade it was good and fun but some games are updated and needed maintainace, we had issues with 3 games were we paid and they didn't worked, called the personal and first time they came fast, but second time didn't came and the actitude was not the best. We were charge for the game and since we were not going to stay there waiting we leave it like that. I give 4 starts because even all negatives we had fun and spend time playing but definetly there is a lot of space for improvement. Hope it is better when I go back.

A nice entertainment area in Dolphins Mall on the 2nd floor. Dave & Buster’s has a bar, food and many entertainment for all ages. We had a blast. The cost is reasonable. They have offers at the kiosk if you want to save some $.

It's always great coming here for the kids but this time it was special due to my oldest 16th birthday and visiting a different this past Thurs. Wow!!! Wished I could give it 5 stars but had only few problems. But first a back story. I've been to this Dave and buster's about 6 years ago and we had horrible service and experience there. But today they totally redeemed themselves. Once we entered the dining area a manager greeted and was very polite towards our kids. Our server Steve was on his A game and I was never thirsty or had to wait for him to check on us. The food was amazing and came out fast and fresh. A couple tap beers were out but Steve helped us find alternatives and they were good. Once we began playing a couple of games were not work but the game techs refunded us or gave us a free play somewhere else. Overall we all had a great time and we will definitely be back to us more of our power cards. Thank you Steve!

We were initially greeted by a hostess with red hair. She was very rude and dismissive. However the other hostess was extremely gracious and helped us right away. Our waitress was fantastic and very helpful. Overall, the food is really good. The environment was a lot of fun and I would definitely go again.

This place is fun! I dinged it 1 star because the bathroom stalls themselves were gross, but I understand it’s a kids place more than anything. I would suggest having some hand sanitizing stations, I didn’t see any. It was pretty busy, but on the positive, the drinks are great! There’s a promotion going on when you buy gifts cards, you can get a $10 one free.

Fun place to take your teens and grab a beer! We were there for a birthday party. The party room smelled like sewage due to the restaurant downstairs but overall the visit was pleasant and our teens had a blast!

Celebrated my son’s birthday. We got the food and the game card package for each person. The food is very basic, it tasted like food that you can just microwave at home. The service was decent but not sure if worth the 20% tip. Overall it was just ok.

We went mid week an sat in the bar area.. the bar tender was nice but the food wasn't great and the location is clean. The ribs were pretty tuff and the chicken tacos were not hot. The chicken tortilla soup was pretty good, but again not hot. They definitely would've gotten a higher rating of the food was hot.

If I could spend my tickets on something it would definitely be for an upgrade to the bathroom, the stalls are broken and the doors don’t even shut all the way

Food has improved a bit. Monday through Thursday specials. Unlimited games and chicken wings ($19.99 on Thursdays) is not worth it. Unlimited games is only on blue colored games. Probably the best day to come is Wednesday's on half price games. Overall, parking is shared with the mall. For the most part the establishment is clean and staff is attentive.

I wanted to watch a game in tv from a local channel and the manager didn't have the courtesy to change the channel, in on their 100 tvs, on a $10 beer. The price does not match the customer service for a sports bar. Staff was very nice.

I love dave and busters but everytime I go the employees just are so awful. Its like the hire the rudest people to work there. People at the front desk dont want to load up my card without attitude. I was waiting to ask someone for water and the employees were standing at the cashier flirting. I was asking for water another time and the lady at the bar was counting her tips right there. One time the waiter demanded a tip pretty much when my brother and friend and I got one order of the cheesesticks and didnt even give us water. The person at the front didnt want to combine my card tickets and told me to use the app instead. its just the worst workers here.

The arcade zone was a lot of fun, offering a variety of games. Our kiddos had a blast! However, the service of the restaurant was not up to par. Our server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was not friendly and attentive at all. We constantly had to ask for basic things like utensils, straws, napkins. My wings arrived without the sauce that I requested, so had to ask for that as well. Food was just okay…. Parents planning to dine with their little ones beware of sensitive content that could potentially play on the TV screens. I only recommend the arcade area.

Every game should give points. The human claw awesome but not part of the D&B card system. Hard to tell which are the green tickets giver games.

I was waiting to ask someone for water and the employees were standing at the cashier flirting. I was asking for water another time and the lady at the bar was counting her tips right there. One time the waiter demanded a tip pretty much when my brother and friend and I got one order of the cheesesticks and didnt even give us water. The person at the front didnt want to combine my card tickets and told me to use the app instead. its just the worst workers here.

I’m giving you 2 stars to be nice with you but you deserved less than 1. Starting with the server, the food and ending with the restroom, that was incredibly dirty. We couldn’t change diaper because the table doesn’t exist. Tables all over around full of dirty plates but servers and busters hanging out doing nothing. I had to walk to asked for mayo. Working in this industry for more than 21 years gives me the right to writing this review. I hope it helps you. I don’t recommend this place, unless you’re going just to play.

The new happy hour is not appetizing at all. This is in regard to the new drink changes, you use to be able to come during happy hour and get half off drinks from the regular menu. It is now a select $5 for 5 drinks that tries to be inclusive but it’s very limited when it comes to the brand of alcohol you want to consume. The drinks are very generic for the new happy hour. If the old method was not working they should introduce happy hour sized drinks that can be about half of the size of the regular menu drinks for $5-$6 dollars and that would have been a better.

The food and drinks are delicious, and the servers are nice; however, we had issues with the app, causing the server not to be able to redeem our free appetizer; the manager was not helpful and insisted we contacted headquarters to fix our app. This happened past 9PM, and the office was closed after 5PM, so we had no way of getting help. I feel the manager, Carla, should have made the decision to honor the free appetizer and not penalize us for the app's technical issues, but she stated she couldn't help as she had already helped us a couple hours ago, when we arrived. There was another issue where the card we presented, said there were over 2000 tickets and also playable points, and she added $20 worth of points to one of my other cards. Customers should not be penalized for internal technical issues, whether their app is theirs or a third party's.

This time around, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually good and was drastically improved on. It happened to be the night they launched their revamped menu. So kudos to them I guess. However, what really soured the mood was the bill I got. I did not realize that ordering a double for your drink would mean they charge you *twice* for that drink. Usually, it's like a small surcharge for the extra shot, but not here. I wish I had known that because then I just would have ordered two singles and at least have gotten two fully mixed drinks. Complete rip off. When it came to the arcade, it was another wave of disappointment. The games are not maintained well at all. They're all broken in such annoying ways. House of the Dead doesn't let player 1 join in play. Time Crisis has an issue where player one's screen is at half the frame rate of player 2's screen, and player 2's gun calibration is off center. Player 2's controller in the Cyberpunk game doesn't shoot hard enough to knock the plates down. The second cabinet for GRID has a messed up steering wheel that makes controlling the car impossible effectively ruining what is a fun two player experience. And it just goes on. For the amount I'm paying for both the food and the game cards you'd think the machines would be properly maintained. Oh well. I guess standards don't exist in 2025. EDIT: They're joking with this reply, right?

Aggressive night crowd. They kinda just let chaos run loose and only do something when they can't ignore it meaning someone is either going to be crying or aggressive to the point of physical confrontation. Bathroom's are beaten up bad too.

Make sure to check your bill, folks. Their Happy Hour discount often isn't actually discounted on your bill. D&B has a happy hour discount that their machines don't register, so if you don't check your bill and tell them "hey, you overcharged me for my drinks" then they will leave the full price of the drinks on your bill. (The waitress even tried to argue with me for a while that there was no discount for the drink I ordered, even as I held up the Happy Hour discount menu and kept pointing to my drink and the hours listed.) Employees and management made clear that they all know about this issue, and still they make no effort to warn you or fix the amount on your bill. (I had to say something, and still they ARGUED with me about such a clear issue.) Seems like they're trying to be slick and make some extra money off this "machine error" (which they even stated they have known about for a while). I complained and made them give me a refund for the happy hour discounts that weren't applied. They tried to avoid giving me my refund by offering me drinks that didn't fully cover the cost of the refund. I finally received my refund—and it's not even the full amount that I'm owed. Smh. Bad business practices all around, and they're trying to be shady with it too. Watch out if you're trying to go for Happy Hour, y'all. You will not leave happy, I can tell you that.

This places is the worst place to eat, we wait for the waitress just to take our order took some time, then we order steak nachos that they were bad, I dont know what type of steak they use and beans... the waitress completely disappear like 20 minutes, after the nachos we ordered a philly cheese steak that took like another 40 minutes and I have to talk to a different guy there for him to located the waitress to prepare the food to go. Another tasty part from this place is that you see multiple dirty plates everywhere, and they take a long time to pick them up. . . . I could say that this is the worst place to eat, worst attention, and if you go here make sure you eat before at McDonald or the nearest fast food you will eat better food than these place. . . For machines games is good kids will have a blast time. . . Being such as a big place you guys need to improve your services, Food should be good, and be cleaner, market are cleaner than this place.

The price of the drinks @ 16.19 each is really a ripoff besides they don’t put the prices on the list to get you. Learn to attract good customers but be more honest and grateful.

I don’t like to do reviews because they’re usually a waste of time but today i had the time. As soon as i go in I check the balance of some cards I have in the automated kiosk but it’s not quite working so I stand in line where these two girls are joking around with the front desk person. the receptionist then tells me i can purchase a card through the machine before even finding out what I needed . I told him I could wait until he finished and he said it was fine, he couldn’t help me with the first issue we had with the cards but after a few minutes we figured out an alternative. Then there were two games that malfunctioned. One that we even got a video of, and the manager said he would return it so he goes back to the front with the same man who asked the manager how much he was putting back to which the manager person never responded so he did something on the computer and gave me my card back. We realized after a game or two that instead of putting back the 21 wasted chips they only put back 12. Now I’m upset, we go back to the front and ask for a receipt of our game play and they seem stunned, and like they didn’t know why, but gave it to us without another word. We verified that they had not returned the correct amount but at this point the incompetence is palpable and all I want is for the kids to go back to play. I wasn’t going to argue over a few chips, as we’re leaving though we see the same front desk dude with the same girls from earlier play fighting with them in the lobby. Which normally isn’t really a big deal if you’re not busy I don’t care what you do but the whole demeanor and attitude of everyone involved was atrocious. I remembered why we opt for other arcades in the area.

**CLEAN THE WOMENS RESTROOM** Dave and Busters has been my go to spot for many years. The service has been up to par for the most part. There has been a lack of service playing pool but the employees have always been nice. The issue is the maintenance of the women’s bathroom. It is absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how this establishment allows this to continue. Multiple doors with NO locks, toilets with NO toilet seat. Toilets clogged with the most repulsive things. NO Toilet paper. The employees using this restroom should be embarrassed. Completely inhumane. I will be contacting the sanitation department.

Worst birthday ever! Not cuz of the games but the staff located on the bar by the games were rude and very unprofessional. In particular this lady name "Annia" very very rude. I only ask if she could do the favor of breaking a $10 into 5 fives so we can take a pic with my 3 kids, mind you i did told her that it was my daughter 15 bday, she look at me and roll her eyes, said "yeah right"... Turn and said to the other 2 guys there dont ever change money.... I had to go to the bar located on the front and the lady saw me in tears and help me out by changing my $10 into fives, i even left her $5 for helping me out. Now the restaurant part its pretty much bad i got serve rotten lettuce and very very soggy tomatoes in my sandwich, since am a cook i just decided to take it out and eat what it was possible. (Chicken and cheese) when i order the chicken avocado sandwich. The poor waiter was new and didnt know what to do or how to serve. I know that the is noy the servers fault but the people in the kitchen, there was no manager to take care of this on site. Also if you go with cash, only way to recharge your gaming card is to make a one huge line in the front... The machines inside the gaming part are only cards, wich they dont have a sign saying so.

Im still here with my 4 year old son, he is hungry and i sat in a table, i was completely ignored by 2 waiters, 1 bartender, i was going to order food and drinks, and tipppp, i tip great! Their lose! If you will have employess that dont want to work, better hire people that really are about money! 😐 i used to be a regular here with my kids no more!

Really bad experience. Horrible service by the server in the game room, she had nasty attitude and rolled her eyes at my simple question. Then when we finally got a table near the projector tv section an hour later, we waited an additional 45 for our food just to find out our food was cold!!!! All the manager had to offer was a comp for new food that would take another 45 minutes!! Wow.... also the bathrooms were disgusting, none if the sinks were working , no soap and it smelled so nasty especially in that part of the arcade. The whole arcade area was dirty and there was trash all over the floor. They need a better staff organizing the seating areas because that place was a circus they also need a whole clean up crew to pick up the trash. I actually found glass alcohol cups left in the games by adults who were playing games. Very unorganized and messy place. This place has really gone downhill.

We paid $800 for a party for 20 people and they included the gratuity automatically which I did not agree to because why would I give a good tip to a host that was NOT AROUND the whole entire party. It was soo bad I kept asking other people to call him because he was just lost. Then when the party was done I was told that if we were not consuming we could not have our party sit outside which was crazy being we spent $800 for a party. This place is expensive for nothing.
