Very neat place to walk around and learn about the process. Employees are informative too. I ordered the whiskey barrel aged cold brew... it was $12. Needless to say, it was the most DELICIOUS coffee I have EVER tasted. It was so smooth, rich, and full of flavor.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks practically since it opened with a nice 13-yr hiatus but was glad to see it was still there. The servers are friendly and helpful. You can grr re t in and out pretty quickly, especially if you mobile order but with all the mobile ordering it also pretty easy to order at the counter these days. There were plenty of open seats when I was there around 9a on Thursday morning.

Enjoyed my visit to Starbucks Reserve. It is very well laid out and well staffed. The items are of great quality and well designed. There is also ample seating space in the store.

Tambra was so professional she made my drink come to life!! Thank you so much for not shutting down my Sugar Oat drink hottttttt …so freaking good! Amazing courteous staff! Raven & the guy on the register. I wish people were more like them the world would be a better place cuz duh the latte got it ! 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Big store with almost everything I need. Prices are reasonable, and parking is easy. Sometimes crowded, but overall convenient for shopping.

Great breakfast stop when you need something fast & a great coffee. Efficient ordering/pick up & friendly, personal service.

Great place for communal eating brunch, lunch, dinner. Friends, family or dates. Happy hour is incredible deal. A decent bottle of red is $20 and ordering one of the many delicious pizza or pizza slices you get pizza like breadsticks. Thinly sliced pizza types of various sort. Clean friendly staff. Wine bar is great. Has wonderful options to choose from. Perfect spot if you are close by and want a go-to you know everyone will find something they like.

This Starbucks was massive and so cool to experience! You can see how the beans are moved from one side to the other through the large pipes on the ceiling. The staff there are really cool and best of all, the hot chocolate was amazing! Really cool decor and design. I would definitely come back again!

It is always a pleasure to visit Starbucks for a morning coffee while being in a cold City specially coming from the hot city of Miami. This is so far one of the best locations. They are busy given the affluence of people in Times Square, but they are really efficient and very professional. The line is long, but moves quickly. The service is good and they Do follow COVID 19 protocol since a vaccination card is required in order to dine in. As all starbucks location the standard of quality of the products is kept. Overall I had a great experience in all my visits.

This was my first Starbucks reserve experience and I was blown away! As you walk in the tall doors, you immediately get hit with the smell of coffee. It was one large area with a small flight of stairs down to a bakery with food and a small flight of stairs up to a cocktail bar. I had a flight of espresso martinis and they were all so unique and strong! If you order at the cocktail bar upstairs, they will bring up goodies from the bakery if you please. There was also a Merch shop right when you walk in with clothing, coffee dishes, beanies, and coffee all marked with the NYC location.

It's nice, clean as far as I can tell, large. They also have a vegan parfait and they close late: 1am/2am. What more can you want from a Starbucks!?!

I love Starbucks I don’t know if you feel the same than me but every time I go to one of them I feel smart and its not just for the amazinf coffe them make for you, it’s for the fancy enviroment, the great service them give to you, it’s the color marketing the company use, I don’t know really what it is but whatever it is WORK.

Well it is a special place, spacious, touristy and busy. Don’t miss the beautiful focaccia station in back. Cheesecake was good! Everything is kinda more expensive than regular Starbucks but it is nicer.

Atmosphere is great, but coffee is just the same as any other regular starbucks

Great location if you want to grab a drink or a snack on the move. The coffee is a bit on the low standard because of how busy it is during the day.

it's your everyday $tarbuck$, except in manhattan. luckily i had the coupon on my app for the drinks, which kept the price down. fyi - there are NO public bathrooms, hardly any seating - all hard stools, no place to charge your phone, etc. basically get your coffee/food and get out and enjoy times square. however, we hung out for a minute as we had to go to a show, so we just had our drinks and people-watched to kill time. staff is friendly enough for nyc.

Starbucks is not the best coffee for us but we are still craving for it sometimes. We got their Peppermint Oatmilk Mocha and Hazelnut Bianco Latte. Both drinks were decent and creamy, especially the hazelnut bianco latte.

Crowded when we got there.workers are dancing felling the vibe. But all the seats were taken. It's a busy time (all day every day)for Starbucks.

I understand the wait times, but I bought a mug and waited almost 15 minutes for a cup of water. On top of that, one of the baristas were really rude when I asked her how long the wait would be. Not going to out her name. Good selection of mugs though.

I visited the place a few weeks ago...the store is amazing but the quality of the cakes and other items it leaves much to be desired...

Halo, i just bought tumblr but the cashier forgot to give my tumbler. And i already paid with cash. Can i get my tumbler back?

Service was insanely slow and the workers were acting as if they had better stuff to do (we were one of the only customers there) They barely have any drinks unlike your regular starbucks, and everything is $1-2 more expensive than if it was sold in a regular starbucks. Nothing to see here, might as well go to your local starbucks.

Don’t have enough chairs to seat. Note: Even though you have purchased their drink , sometime they won’t let you to use their restroom( It’s locked with code ) so better ask first..

One of the worst branches in Manhattan. Even if you order a simple tea on the app ahead of time it will still take you 25 minutes (no exaggeration) to get it. Everyone there is pleasant but no one is in a rush. They've got time. You can wait.

When I went to order the person at the front had an attitude to the point where I gave her an attitude back, I asked for 3 sausage, egg, cheese sandwich for breakfast but one of them I wanted without the egg and when I got my order they all didn’t have egg. But overall there was a nice lady who was giving out the orders and I told her that I ordered 3 sandwiches but one without egg and she politely told me that she couldn’t take them back but she would make me 2 new ones. Over all it’s a good place but the people are the problem except for her.

This is NOT a Starbucks Reserve. Quite disappointing to walk far only to learn that it used to be but no longer is a “Reserve”. Posting needs to be updated.

Workers not polite, some of them don’t work and talk about their deals every time. I ordered 4 cups of water and they gave me just one of them, I asked for the others 3 and they ignored me, when I asked about my cups of water again they talk to me in a very rude way and one of the workers also made fun of me. Never again

Mobile order took over 30 minutes because only 1 person is preparing for all? And where in time square! And the smell and dirt was everywhere Just a tip: when you have the only store that stays open until midnight in a crowded city where everything else is closed you should expect more customer at this time

I understand the place is busy but there’s better ways to handle a large amount of customers I didn’t even enjoy my coffee. Nice big place and all but worst experience ever, and I’ve been to a variety of Starbucks locations. I ordered by mobile this morning, a simple warmed plain bagel and nearly half an hour later I finally receive my order despite asking 15 minutes before that. I tried to get the attention of employees who were literally milling about and not doing anything and was either ignored or dismissed. I’m extremely frustrated and shocked beyond disbelief. I don’t consider myself an unreasonable person, I understand how difficult and chaotic morning rush can be especially at Starbucks but I’ve never had to wait for my order (and just food, not even a drink) for so long. 15 minutes tops, and even then it’s because they ran out of whatever I ordered and wish to know if I want something else in exchange. I have no idea what just happened, people who ordered after me got their orders and their 3+ warmed items before I did. Absolutely ruined my morning.
