Wow!!! The food was incredible. I almost never leave reviews but I had to with this place. Love, love, love! I want to go back today to try more of the menu and I ate it yesterday.
Authentic! The bread was freshly baked. Same for foul, falafel were just perfect . The outdoors atmosphere was amazing.

Delicious food , nice outdoor view , clean place & active stuff . Really, a place need to be visit again !!
Great taste. But there should be menu with pictures. My favourite in Festival city
Good price, great service and incredible atmosphere.
Best Place Ever. Good Service and Good Lebanese Food💚💚💚💚❤❤❤ Fetta Shawrma Chicken is so Tasty.
great food, very good and fast service, price moderate.
5 Stars. Great place to have a wonderful dinner on their patio. Watch the dancing waterfalls
I came here for the first time 5 years ago.. the same amazing food and location 💙
The view the staff also drinks are amazing
For me it is the best Lebanese food restaurant all over Egypt, food is soooooo delicious and well done, prices compared to portions are much reasonable and service is very fast
Super special thank to Mohamed
The cfc bramch is way more amazing than the waterway branch Very friendly stuff The view is amazing overlooking the fountain The indoor and the outdoor area are perfect Food is very tasty They even offered a welcome drink for us I enjoyed the experience
One of the best Lebanon kitchens in Egypt, tried MESAHAB CHICKEN highly recommended. The view and atmosphere of CFC Village is great make us enjoy during our dinner
Best food and staff especially Mr. Karim Osama, he was so helpful and friendly.
I had a very good experience at your restaurant. The service was excellent and Ahmed Elsayed, who served us, was very professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality — I’ll definitely come again!
Everything was good. The food quality was great, and the dishes were tasty. I would definitely recommend it and plan to visit again. The only concern is they were very late to serve a “beef shawarma sandwich”! And i had to remind them 3 times about it. However they served main courses very fast!
We went for a breakfast midweek at noon. Outdoor setting is really nice we had the table at the corner overlooking the fountain. Service was very good and thanks to Mohamed who served us. Food was ok in terms of taste. But hope to be improved in terms of taste and portions.
Looked around for some Lebanese food cause felt home sick. Tried Tamara and next thing you know felt back home. The food is amazing, tastes great and feels like it’s cooked to perfection. The staff and managers were really nice and friendly making me and my family very welcomed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone that feels the need to eat great homey food. Prices are a bit much but for the quality you’re paying, it sure does deserve it.
Second visit to Tamara Cairo Festival City, this restaurant have a wonderful outside seating on the fountain ⛲️ they also provide heaters outside when weather is cold. The quality of good was good and the portion sizes were OK, however I noticed prices increased a lot since my last visit which made it not the best value for money but considering the location and the view, this is what you get here. Food came in average of 15-20 mins, the staff is also very decent and helpful.
Very nice place . Shisha person( Michael) was so professional and friendly . Nice coffee, nice haloumi salad , but lemon makanek was not nice , old and the filling need more flavour.
Tamara’s quality have been fluctuating over the years yet the brand was strong enough to survive the downfall of similar restaurants. Today’s CFC branch remain an attraction for Lebanese food connoisseurs. The outdoor space is their Star but the day was super hot so we sat indoors which is less attractive but our Jordanian super-host Mahmoud created a beautiful experience :) He made us feel welcomed and how he attended to our table with a comfortable smile was amazing, thank you Mahmoud 😊 We ordered Chicken liver with Ferik (type of grain) / fried Kebbeh / hummus wiz Meat & Tabouleh & Fattoush. Portions are generous so share tour dishes :) The chicken Liver Ferik was outstanding, the ferik was aldente, the liver was perfectly cooked and the seasoning was not concealing the taste of the main ingredients. The Kebbah was super crunchy from the outside tender from the inside which made us feel its freshly made and not a frozen item. The Tabouleh & Fattoush salads were just right :) Prices on the higher range but the food worth the value.
The place is great near the fountain the whole atmosphere is great during the winter and in the summer at night, there Ramadan buffet is great but last year it was way overpriced didn't go there, The food it's self is really delicious and well made your rarely get have any bad food, the grilled food is top tier wither it's the chicken or the beef dishes, there pastas dishes are acutally tasteful and sides just add to it the fires were really fresh and cooked to order and their complementary bread is freshly baked too almost everything is cooked to order Highly recommended
The Iranian bread is awesome and irresistible but the main dish was not okay
Food is tasty, shisha is excellent, nice seating, prices keep increasing
High quality food, Lebanese style is great, nice place.
Wonderful open area with tasty food, however prices are high
Tasty lebanese food but expensive (value for money : 2 stars)
Location is perfect and food taste is good
A little bit expensive parallel to the service and food overall.
Very delicious food although not the best service and that Shisha is not that delicious but it's still one of the restaurants that are different and has their own atmosphere
Great service very nice lebanese food Dont forget to try the vine leaves and hummus salad.. Their big appetizer plate is outstanding Very nice location and views
Food was average, nothing particular.. staff are helpful and doing their best effort .. place is super..
The place is really really beautiful but expensive. We tried Ghazal Beirut as dessert and it's delicious.
The food was good the prices are decent. This is a Lebanese restaurant that has little rich of the Egyptian culture. The bread was great! They have good mashawi if you’re into meat. I would eat here again for sure. The view was good since they have tables outside.
Food was so good , a bit pricey but overall experience was great, they welcomed us with a drink upon our arrival which was a very nice gesture , Youssef was very friendly and had great manners and attitude :)
Outside sitting area is very good at night, we had a nice dinner but it was a little cold and most of the heaters were off, I asked the service to light it up but they said it's out of gas, so in these situations you might need to compromise the beautiful outside sitting area and move inside. Very nice service, although we had no napkins on the table at first but they brought it once we requested, food preparation time was ok, food quality is ok not at the top but nice. I will go back. We tried grills, shawarma, msahab which was very nice, pastries, sojok out of all Msahab was the best then mix grill
In my top list for Lebanese resturant in Cairo. The portion size for plates is sufficient. The plates are tasty. For the beverage only fresh ones... they don't have much of coffee variations. It's busy most of the times, overlooking the fountain from the side but still a nice view. Over all experience is v. Good Just didn't like the general attitude of the waiters that they are expecting u to eat in 20 minutes then leave even though we kept the orders coming... at least gave us the feeling of this.
The staff was so good and polite, the food was average, we ordered fetteh shawerma, Lebanese kofta, fettoush, lentil soup, fetteh homous, chicken tawook. Honestly the food is very average not tasty, we were not able to change the side dish to anything but white rice for all the main course which was inconvenient, normally the side dish is a choice of the customer or fries but never experienced this before, however the atmosphere was good. The dessert ghazal Beiruty was different from other branch in Marassi, the portion was small.
Nice for breakfast But in lunch the amount of food is little So crowded and slow service
Kindly need to check all staff at CFC Branch they are really need to be trained how to treat customers in a good way worest service i had ever seen at CFC branch
It used to be one of fhe best lebanease restaurants, but now niether the taste quality is good nor the food quantity is sufficient!!
Went for open buffet iftar. Very mediocre. Food was a bit cold. Lentil soup had a lot of Cumin, i couldn't eat it. Some dishes were good like kofta and om ali.
El restaurante estaba abarrotado, así que el servicio fue lento. La comida, con una calificación promedio, el shawarma de pollo estaba delicioso. La ubicación es ideal para sentarse al aire libre.
The service time is too long with a moderate food tast I'm total unsatisfied and I will not recommend to any one
The food tasted good yet the chef was not generous in his protein quantities compared to their expensive pricing. Bread was cold and the lemon juice was too citric/sugary and not drinkable. The view was amazing. Service was toooo slow and the waiters were not readily available although it was a tuesday. Not a pleasant experience.. Not recommended.
Mixed Grill, Poor quality of meat. Shish tawook somehow better. Cold food, fried Kebbah Poor quality. Tabboulaeh Egyptian style, All in all, poor quality and taste.
Very small portions for prices which is more than average, feteer is lebanon bread and iver it cheese and soj2 only that for 90 le which wasn't enough for one kid 🤔, dates tart was so yacky (puff pastry burnt and dates over it ), grilled chicken small size Menu without photo Never to repeat this visit again 😔
Main dishes were so poor, the quality & amount of food were meh. Same with side dishes, for salads, they only serve one spoon of a salad & literally one slice of a cucumber pickle, I was shocked how poor the dish is. Their service & food is way way too overpriced for what they offer tbh. The view is amazing & the staff is so friendly but the whole experience wasn’t that good.
Bad service, I asked for gas heater more than 5 times and the stuff didn’t care!
Ramadan futoor was really bad sobia was expired and overall took 1k for bad food
Worst branch Horrible food quality and horrible service compared to other branches
They love arguing about anything with their customers!! This is my last and final visit..
Very poor. Terrible display. Portions are too little. The food was tasteless.
Took for ever for food to come , it was cold by the time we got it . Pictures on menu doesn’t match what you get . I don’t recommend this , other better options are available . I can’t believe at this time people still think they can get away with bad service . To add icing to cake they don’t turn A/C !!! Wow may I add he didn’t want give me back change and when insisted he shorted me 35 Egyptian pound , be aware of OMAR he is …! I don’t want just to blame him because the manager is the cover up
Staff are friendly and polite but the quality of food is not worth any pound paid
Terrible terrible and cold food. Waiter not professional and was terrible and very late! The service was horrible. Missed things from the order. Very terrible overall.
We used to visit this restaurant on our visit to Egypt. However, this time the service and food were nothing but horrible. Never coming back.
Worst manger and staff the attitude is horrible that we left the restaurant before ordering from the way they treated the customers
Nobody helps, stayed for 15 mins on table and nobody came to offer water or provide a menu. You get the feeling that the place doesn't want to welcome you so I left the place and nobody asked me why I was leaving!!!!
The food not bad but its very expensive compared to ather places which serve the same menu.
Very bad restaurant, I order tabouli Zatar and chicken liver Oil wasn’t olive oil plus the liver was smiley Not worth the money I paid
The food taste was really bad and it's definitely over priced compared to the food quality.
Very bad to accept smoking inside the restaurant during this pandemic. The restaurant manager wants to move my table while eating to allow customer to smoke inside the restaurant Very bad management very bad restaurant no respect to customer and no respect to safety during COVID pandemic
Mediocre food, terrible service, extremely pricy for what you get. I suggest you dine elsewhere.
One star because zero is not available, though they deserve it! They serve rotten and cold food there, shame! Avoid this disappointing place! CFC branch
Water way branch a never again and I think neither any branch. Really careless staff and over priced service and food
Late services, bad shisha doesnt worse to visit
Worst service ever I couldn't even try their food bcz we left as no one came to take the order no one is listening no one even gave us a table I've never seen such a thing before such a joke ! Cfc branch particularly
Service was very unprofessional and workers there were really rude. I had a very bad experience even before i ordered anything and i had to just leave the place.
Bad and slow service .. low quality and untasty food with very small portions and high prices.. location is good ofc but no value for money .. any other place on fountain will do much better and will be much more delicious and satisfactory.
Stomach pain and aches the last two times i ate from this place.
The portions have completely changed. The taste of appitizers and for example taboleh salad became the worst. very salty and came the same after complaining. The prices have increased for sure . And the quality is far beyond what we used to receive before.
Worst service, we were two ordered over 1200 on food and drinks as we just had our last bite the waiter asked us to pay check as his shift was ending this was at 5Pm. They charged for bread we did not order, just pity i used to like this place but will not visit or recommend to anyone
Very bad attitude they forced me to order French fries to complete processing my order during Eid which I just wanted to smoke checha and enjoying my coffee
I wate more than 15 minutes after order and they served people come after me !! When I talk to supervisor as usual start to give the reasons without he know what the problem :) bad experience in services. I can't stay more and move to other restaurants
Though other places were open in the morning, they don't open before 2 pm and serve only lunch meal. Staff was not welcoming as well.
Worst experience since long time Beef shawerma is not eatable... You can chew a piece of meat in few minutes No marination at all Extremely slow service No value for money Portion is a joke Seriously a waste of money
I don’t recommend in the holidays, the stuff cannot deal with huge crowds and the food takes at least one hour to be served.
We didn't enjoy the meals, after an hour we received a wrong order, the food was very oily and the meat (chicken Shawarma) was so overcooked and tasted really bad. I won't recommend this place.
Unfortunately The food was not well-cooked especially the appetizers (batata 7arra and sojok), chicken strips for the kids were mostly breading with little meat. The kofta and shish tawook were not that tasty. Pasta bolognese was a very small portion. Overall their portions are small and prices are high. No value for money.
AVOID IT!!!! What used to be one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the area has now become the worst. Portions have been reduced, the food quality has declined, and the prices have gone up. Worst of all is the service—absolutely horrible. The waiters are unprofessional and untrained. I spoke with the manager, but he couldn’t care less. No surprise, given the level of service here.
We ordered food, dessert, and iced berries to drink. The dessert arrived first when It was supposed to come last. the iced berries were served warm- not even slightly cold. When the food finally came, it was very cold.
Not Tamara that we used to know from years. Service beyond childish to say the least. Some trainees r the one responsible for everything. Got the wrong order. Changed it, yet we paid for the higher wrong one. Not going again. AC barely working. Food meh. Nothing special anymore.
Tamara Iftar Buffet (CFC branch) Unfortunately, my experience at the Tamara Iftar buffet in the CFC branch was one of the worst buffet experiences I’ve had. Starting from reservation process, they mentioned some numbers to call after 12 PM for reservation, I called one of the numbers at 13.30 to find a person stating that he is sleep now 😅 he told me just send me a whatsapp message including number of people and I will forward it to the restaurant as I am sleep now😅 I should have ran since then but unfortunately I didn't.😅 This was corporate iftar, we were more than 25 person so normally some arrived early and others arrived later(Last person arrived at 6.10 and the azan was at 5.58 PM) First issue was the space. The buffet area is extremely narrow and crowded, and the food is placed outdoors with minimal heating, which made most of it cold. The queue was very long, and by the time we reached the food, the juices were already finished with no refill. The same happened with several buffet items that ran out very early, and when we asked, we were told some items wouldn’t be refilled again. Other refilled items were just a joke. For example, the shawarma fatta refill was basically a serving dish of yogurt, bread, and hummus… with no rice and no chicken "Chicken Fattah with no chicken". The dessert corner was extremely very very small compared to the number of guests. Even though the menu mentioned that it includes Om Ali and Date Gratin, we were told they only serve one of them depending on the day not both together. Even the “Nabulsia kunafa” tasted more like cake than kunafa. Service was also very poor. Tables didn’t have napkins, we asked several times and no one responded so we had to get them ourselves. We also asked multiple times for water before it finally arrived. Overall, the food quality was poor, refills were slow, several items ran out early without replacement, the food was cold, the place was very narrow and chaotic, and the service was weak. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience compared to the price.
