Vicky's is a popular Cuban bakery known for its delicious and affordable pastries, especially the pastelitos. Customers praise the friendly staff, quick service, and clean environment. Some negative reviews mention inconsistent quality at the Flagler location and issues with coffee and cake orders.
Tip: Go for the pastelitos and other pastries, but be aware that parking can be limited, especially later in the day.

I was visiting family during Christmas 2025. My husband and I tried the coffee and 3 pastries and all of it was delicious! My favorite was the coconut pastry! I wish I had this bakery near me in Orlando!
Love this place. Service was fantastic along with the food. Could not believe the low price for what we got. Love the family atmosphere. Next time we are back for a cruise, we will definitely stop by. Definitely recommend this bakery
Great bakery! This bakery actually serves good at *normal* prices..staff is AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY and courteous... No wonder they are always full of customers.. Super clean tooo
Their pastelitos are the best in Miami. They offer trays of varied pastelitos so you can have a taste of all the varieties. I love them!
Really great sandwiches. This is an independent vicky's bakery and you can tell in its superior quality and service. Amazing sweets including torrejas and bunuelos
One of the best Cuban bakeries in south Florida! Delicious sandwhiches and freshly made pastries Simple and nice decor in a clean environment.

First time and I loved this place, the mamey shake, delicious, pasteles just came out from the oven, servers very nice, professionals and smiling . Thank you.
Friendly staff, excellent pastelitos and croquetas...did I mention the empanadas🤤 such goodness everywhere in this bakery you can't go wrong ❤
Everything is tasty, service A plus very friendly place, love it
Great fresh
I called in a last minute order and they had it ready a few hours later. Everything I've ever had has been really great.
LOVE this bakery. Amazing staff and delicious breakfast/desserts! I go literally every morning for my caffesito and tostada.
Vicky bakery is a Miami bakery icon open since the 70s. My youth birthdays always had a cake from Vicky bakey. After all this time they havent lost their authentic Cuban touch.
Loved this location staff is wonderful and food is delicious.
Another place to always go back. Empanadas are the best! And tequeños and croquetas!! Staff super!
Great costumer service, the lady at counter was so helpful with the ordering for my daughter's birthday cake.
The best bakery. Very professional. The products are always fresh and delicious. Good job !!!!
This is probably one of the best bakeries in New York. I came here multiple times during my trip and also brought some goodies home.
It's not the weekend in Miami if I don't stop at Vicky's to get an empanada, croquetas, and a cortadito. My favorite bakery.
I ordered my friends Bachelorette Cake from this location. I thought since a was across the street to my house and new that it would be easier. I have to say it was amazing! All 15 girls loved it! I was sticking to a budget and the girls from the bakery really helped me out. They ALL knew which one was my cake lol the service was outstanding! The cake was originally fondant but to save some money the girls suggested icing and to be honest you couldn't tell the difference They did such an amazing job! Also the filling had me worried for a minute or two just because I had picked the house custard but I was wrong; I was simply AMAZING! I had picked the smallest cake to feed 25 people but in reality it fed over 75! Over all I couldn't be happier with my experience and I so glad I picked Vicky Bakery!
I buy here al the time and always satisfied 🙏❤️.
Great caban bakery right on flaggler and 37 ave
My favorite place for Cuban sweets and treats. Expect to wait . This is a popular place. This is Miami! Learn to speak a little bit a Spanish or at least know the type of meal you want. Google translate existe for a reason. These ladies work their but off nonstop. Best croquetas in Miami.
Love this place. Not to mention that they have the best croquetas, the manchego cheese and the chorizo croquetas are to die for. Desserts are really good and fresh. Their pan con tortilla and pastellitos are really good. Plus the staff is nice.
I ordered pastelitos and Cuban bread. They were delicious everyone enjoyed them. Thanks for having the order ready when I got there.
The hood. Well, the taste is what counts. Maybe better than Hialeah?. But I've been to many and enjoyed if.
Wow. A staple in Miami. From the awesome café con condensed milk to the pastelitos de guayaba. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was Miami approved. I have had the croquetas de jamón I'll give that an 8 of 10, too much masa for me but flavorful. I'll keep coming.
I love this Vicky’s! The owners are so friendly and professional. The bakery was clean and the food and coffee was delicious! I wish I lived closer so I could come more often!
If your looking for excellent Cuban coffee and milk along with their variety galore of pastries, this is the home spot for that. I love their coffee and milk. Staff is super friendly
Delicious baked goods, nice pastry selection, great customized cakes & excellent Cuban coffee. Convenient location. Friendly staff.😊
Hats off and Kudos to Vicky Bakery on West Flagler. They are very professional, accommodating, communicative, and don't mind stepping out of the box. I'm in Orlando and needed a certain type of cookie baked and delivered to a funeral service that was for an Aunt that had passed. These certain types of cookies (Hershey Kisses cookies) triggered core memories for me with this loved one and I wanted to share this with those who were able to attend. We went over what I needed, when and where they needed to be delivered and all of this was accomplished with grace and expedience. Everything was perfect. Went off without a hitch. Flawless. Thanks again Vicky Bakery for making this happen for our families. I highly recommend them for your needs.
Bethany Frankel just gave you a rave review on the Cuban coffee!! Can't wait to try it. Hope you saw her post!!
I love this bakery! The staff is always very friendly and fast. Granted it does get full (due to being next to a clinic) but a little patience is all it takes. You can also modify your order without receiving any eye rolling from the employees. Plus the food is delicious.
Now this place is the real deal, before work it’s THE place to go. And really puts all other Vickey bakery locations down. The staff are great , the food is good and at an awesome price. And they are quick. Nothing else I can ask for. If you’re leaving a bad review for them not speaking English, you got to look at a map and remember where you are.
Love this place plenty of spanish sweets, cuban bread goood cuban coffee the best, nothing bad to say
Always is a pleasure to visit Vicky Bakery @ 37 ans west flagler. The best spinach, serrano ham croquettes. My favorite cantinpalo sandwich delicious. Customer service 5 star 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 owners are very nice 👌 i love the atmosphere lets give an 👏 to this 5 🌟 gem 💎 in Flagami. Yummy
One of the best most complete Cuban bakeries around. Everything is delicious and consistent with their original location in Hialeah. Make sure to take a # when you come in or you'll be skipped as regulars know...great parties specials as well.
Real nice bakery and the person serving excellent highly recommend it
If you don't taste it yet please come to this place nice Coffee, better breackfast and painsian people, really fast service and attend my Mayelin she is a such lovelly girl thank you guys i appreciate it
Best bakery and I have tried many. You have to come in the morning when everything is fresh. I haven’t tried the cold refrigerated sweets but the hot food is delicious! Croquetas, tequeños, pastelitos, etc the best! No one like them. The lady with black hair & heavy black eyeliner makes the best coffee.
I was planning a party for my family and a friend of mine recommended me this place. I must said that it was perfect catering. The cake was delicious and fresh. The rest was all so good. There’s nothing left!!! This is already my preferred catering service. I recommend it so well. Believe me, if you are having a party don’t stress out, just call and they will take care of it of everything.
Yaimee is always so cheerful and so helpful! I only go to one bakery close to my house but now I have two! It’s close to my job and they make everything so quickly. Service is super importante to me and Yamiee always make its worth it! Thank you Karla Bakery!

Stoped by and picked up a box full of delicious pastries and original Cuban sandwich to take back home with me to Alabama. Plenty of options to choice from and very nice staff to help with your ordering. Most of the staff does not speak any English so may have a little difficulty ordering at first.
Good place to get nice pastries for a good price.

Good place to get nice pastries for a good price.
I love Vicky but this one is missing something but still a good spot just can’t figure out it may be personal so yea
Good food. Little rats running in front of store. No worries, they dont bite.
I had high expectations, but I was a little disappointed, I've found better flavor elsewhere, anyway that's just me.
The sandwich wasn't good but maybe that's the style out there I like the bread and the coffe
The pastries were very good. There's always a huge line at this place that's why I don't go there as much.
Good service and fast
Wide assortment of good Cuban pastries and sweets as well as breakfasts and lunches. Their guava pastries are sometimes very good sometimes just ok. Not sure how that happens. Service friendly.
Excellent sandwiches. Good crew. This is a place where you can enjoy a good a good conversation in peace with a beautiful ambience and drinking a cup of coffee. Enjoyable place.
Place was clean employees very courteous and the selection of food and desserts to choose from was good also service was quick
Pastelitos were very tasty but a little greasy 😋
Great place to have breakfast at affordable prices. Great tasting pastries and desserts. Nice and clean. Counter and table seating available. It's located in a shopping center (Flagler & Douglas Shopping Center). Parking is limited, especially as the day goes by. Overall, the staff is friendly and attentive. The wait time for food is at a decent pace again, depending on the time of day. Make sure to "Take a Number" as soon as you walk in so no one cuts you in line. Enjoy!

Its alright but prices high on some simple items
Excellent bakery! Sweets were amazing. Sandwiches not so much.. no flavor. We will return for the bakery side 100%
Very nice place and the food is delicious. Kenya was fantastic. They have two problems though. The Cash box is badly located so customers huddle in order to pay. Please relocate it. The other thing, which is the worst, is the young thin lady in her 20's with the red t-shirt that goes by the name of Dari. She was "una pesada".She needs to be trained in order to know how to treat customers with respect and in a nice way.
I’ve been doing delivery a lot due to the pandemic. Can’t risk going out since I’m pregnant. Ordered from this location and everything was pretty good UNTIL I got to the pan con bistec! Someone else left a similar review on their pan con bistec and I have to agree. Wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. My sandwich had a very thinly sliced, possibly old tomato and the lettuce in my pan con bistec was just as poor. Lettuce is green, right? These had no color. I can’t describe it other than old. I hope their pan con bistec improves because everything else was pretty good.
Coffee was good the lechon sandwich was ok. I gave thm a 3 star bc the workers werent very friendly. I was in line for 20 mins and thn found out we had to grab a number its hard to see the number dispenser bc its in the corner nxt to the door (door u enter in) so if u dont look behind u as soon as u enter ull have no idea its there
Good place but could be better. The menu is limited to breakfast and sandwiches. Good atmosphere but need to speak English. There were several folks that needed an English person and was difficult to communicate.
I have always loved Vicky. The two Hialeah locations are great. I ordered cangrejitos from the Flagler location. They are good but they have NO meat inside. They are supposed to have some meat. I will go to the Hialeah location next time.

The worst service ever. They took a long time to assist me even when the place was empty and there were three waitresses. The sweets were also not good either.
I don't like it at all, to expensive and may sure u have time to go there....
It was ok. Nothing like the flavors from the other locations especially the pastelitos & empanadas de carne.. They need to learn the original Vicky Bakery receipe... And checkout is a bit frustrating let's just say disorganized...
Was very disappointed. I grew up going to Vicky’s Bakery. The pastellitos’ meat was sparse and had an odd almost bbq taste and worst they barely had any of the sweet top that makes them the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The thres leche was also very disappointing. We got the individual serving which we were told had chocolate meringue, which was a bit odd for that dessert but ok. Turned out it was coffee which not surprisingly my kids hated. The pan con lechon was really bland. The only thing we liked was the medianoche. Giving it 2 stars because the lady that helped us was nice.
Customer service is ok, but pastries are really low quality, with all due respect I don’t get hype locals have with this place, seems cheap that’s probably the reason for the low quality I rather pay more for better stuff
Service took quite some time for food to come out. I ordered a butter toast and it was drenched in butter too exaggerating. The ladies were very nice though. But the cashier wasn’t!
Sweets taste like they have been out for a month (very old). 2 stars because the crackers are good.

This is the thinnest steak I have ever seen. You are literally eating bread. 90% of the sandwich is bread lmaooo ahhahahaa. And the lowest quality of meat too by the way! Lmaooo. Just take it out the menu bro
I had not ordered from here in 3 months, the last time I ordered my bread had burnt through the paper. I complained and they sent a replacement - that one had egg shells. This is the photo of my pan con tortilla I received today! I will NEVER order from here again.
Ordered and paid for a cappuccino cake with guava fill. Paid extra for guava fill and cappuccino dough. Was given a cake made with regular dough with yellow dye and with thick piece of guava a in-between the 2 cakes. scammers. Look at the picture.

The food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered a tres leches and the person in the counter gave me a horrendous look for asking for a spoon. I rather go to Versailles.
I have been to a few Vicky Bakery In Miami. This place is by far the worst customer service I had ever seen. The Steak 🥩 Sandwich I Order was Horrible as well!
Poor quality steak sandwich...took forever to get my order to literally just have bread and a piece of steak barely any lettuce and two slices of the thinest tomatoes I have ever seen and no sauce..money down the drain.
Very unprofessional staff, try to charge me double, treat me like a little kid asking for the ticket. Not reccomended!!!
Terrible service wait for toast and a cortadito cold croquetas over charged . Manager not even looking for the employee performance 🙄 😒
Was at home and couldn't drive, so ordered some croquetas and empanadas (easy stuff) via uber eats....they waited 15 minutes to cancel the order, no call or anything. Bad customer service. If you can't fill an order/need to substitute something, just let a customer know so it can be adjusted, or why you cancel it.If you don't want do fulfill uber eats orders, don't be on the service.
The food is good. But honestly I don't know why there is so many people working because they are so slow 🙄 they walk around the place and do not ask nothig to the costumes.
So this Sunday i went to buy breakfast and i was standing there more than 10 minutes !! NO ONE Acknowledge me because they were to busy handling their UBER eats !!! The place was empty so theres no excuse for noone to take care of me... NOW they had 4 people there and you are going to tell me no one can take care of me???!!!!! i even ask one of the girls can someone take care of me and her response was oh im sorry i have a Uber order!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I ordered from Uber eats and the bakery forgot to put two of the three sandwiches that I ordered and when I called them to complain, they simply told me to call Uber. I think if they are the ones that messed up that they should put some more effort and some how try to send me the missing items it was there fault not Uber’s or the driver !!!
Absolutely horrible service and food. This bakery does not know the basics of their own menu. Recently ordered a cake of nata for a birthday party. Ordering the cake with nata instead of merengue is an upgrade, so we paid a few bucks extra for it, but hey, it's what grandma wanted. While picking up our order, we shared our concerns as the cake did not look like nata, but they're suggestion was to cut the cake... clearly not a good suggestion (no brain.) We obviously did not cut the cake. Later on at the party, we were extremely disappointed when it wasn't nata. When we called to let the owners know the following day (as the lady who served us suggested) their response was that it was nata, which only proves that they have no idea what they sell or make. My sister is a pastry chef and she has confirmed that the horrible merengue cake we were given was not nata. It's not about the extra money we paid for it, but for the horrible service provided by the owner herself, Julie. Google should work on have a 0 stars rating!
Worst customer service , I went this more for my breakfast got the breakfast sandwich, It took more than 27 minutes to do it , sales as the coffee was cold , They were all in slow motion Never going back to this location !!!!
The absolute worst paced services I have ever been at. Zero urgency as the line just keeps growing
Tried to go to La Rosa Bakery on Lejuene, but found no parking. As I drove east on Flagler I saw a Vicky's Bakery as I neared 37 Ave. Stopped in and bought a few Cuban pastries. Way way more expensive and not as good as La Rosa Bakery. Vicky's Bakery has been closing stores and now I see why. It's not an accident that La Rosa Bakery has been in the same place for 52 years.
Cashier and other girls had an attitude problem when I was asking info about the pastry It was like I was bothering them
I went into this bakery for the first and last time. Place was empty. There were 4 employees huddled in corner chatting. After a few minutes of being ignored I left. I don't recommend this place .
Bakery on nw 7st & 37ave is more fixated on staying behind lines than serving customers. Even though masks are worn & counter is over 4ft in distance from customer, i was asked to move behind the line. Nevermind that the lady didn't know the vegan items or the wait for service. Will not be visiting store any more!!!
I have to be honest. I thought this was a Ricky (not a Vicky) Bakery, but anyway I gave it the benefit of the doubt. There were no clients when I got there. Lots of employees were busy doing many things. I wanted a box of sweets to take as a present. and the girl in charge showed me immediately that she had no knowledge or interest in serving what I wanted. Rolled her eyes when I asked her to see the different box sizes and no empathy at all with the client as I asked about the different options. She just simply is not a SELLER and should dedicate herself to another job but not to serve people. A minimum of manners is necessary, but she lacks them. Haven't written about the quality, but that wasn't present either, some of the pastries tasted liked being made the day before.
Asked for very hot and strong latte coffees for me and my wife...we received warm almost all milk ones. When tried to improve it, first they took several minutes to address my wife, then the girl poured a ton of sugar in it, and it got cold...is a shame. We threw them to the garbage can. They have no brown sugar and almost no place to seat. And is a cuban place. I couldn't believe it. They were too busy with only a few guests.
Never waste your time coming here! They move SO SLOW WITH NO URGENCY. I stood in line for 15 minutes thinking like any other bakery I would walk in get in line and order a couple of pastelitos. I get to the front of the line then they say I had to take a number when i walked in to be able to order and refused to help me I’ll never order from there again
The rest of the reviews are fake you can tell, I ordered for the 2nd time from Uber eats they forgot to add 2 of my items (AGAIN) than the breakfast had uncooked french fries, I cannot Believe they cannot get something like fries and eggs right or putting my pastelitos in the bag. F rating this place.
I think this is the worst bakery I’ve ever been to. Ordered a pan con bistec (steak sandwich), and it has 1 slice of tomato, a dash (barely nothing) it lettuce, and a small piece of steak that looked like it was paper thin. Would not recommend, Paris Bakery or any other would be a better choice. Employees also did not care about social distancing or wearing your mark over your nose
Ordered a cake one week in advance, but when we arrived we waited over an hour—it seemed they never prepared it. The owner apologized but offered no compensation. They likely take as many weekend orders as possible to grab money without enough staff to fulfill them. The cake itself was average at best. They ruined my son’s birthday plans. We will never return and cannot recommend this bakery to anyone seeking reliable service or quality.
Nice bakery nice atmosphere. My really only complaint is the coffee. I've been there a handful of times and honestly the coffee tastes like dookie not enough sugar or an over barring bitter taste like if it's cough syrup medicine. Been to plenty of bakeries locally and this bakery coffee is the worst of them all. Please fix the nasty coffee so I can keep coming to Vicky's bakery.
Just don't go. They have a number system that they follow whenever they like.
