I just love bush's chicken so much!!!!!!! We go there all the time. Most of the time it's friendly staff. And all the time the food I wesome!!! Juicy chicken,salty fries,creamy gravy,etc......Thus list could go on and on and on. Ahhh and there corn nuggets, how could I forget. They're pretty darn fast too. And not overly expensive!!! They have the best sweet tea ever.

The service is very good here, and the food is tasty despite being so greasy. The corn nuggets are a hit in our family. I don't like the mac n cheese as much as other places, so will try something else next time.

Just moved to Midland from Odessa. The nicest cleanest Bushes in Odessa pales in comparison to this one. It's spotless, we were greeted twice as we walked in. Sports on one TV, children shows on the other TV. The food was AMAZING and self serve free ice cream was a very nice touch.... Thoroughly impressed

Fast serve times while on the drive thru buy slow service inside. Fast food is cheap but tastes good with their Bush's chicken sauce. Bread rolls have a hit or miss when it comes to getting them since you have a 50/50 chance of getting the soft ones or the really bad hard top ones you eat menudo with. Recommend getting food here for sure.

Got all the way home, and I live out in country, and realized they gave me sweet tea. I can't have sugar. Gave it to a neighbor. Didn't have time to go back.

Food / service was good. Ordered a breast and drumstick but didn’t have any breasts ready so they gave me three drumsticks for the price of two and gave me a free extra roll. Dining room was closed, take out only.

2/5/2023: I ordered the 6 piece chicken tenders with fries and fried okra as the sides with a sweet tea to drink. The chicken tasted great as well as the fries and okra which was my favorite. The sweet tea was pretty sweet and delicious as well.

Ordered in the drive thru did not expect actual carhops taking the orders! They got my order out really quick and with no problems I would come back to this place again.

Lobby is closed after 5 so it's strictly drive thru other than that the food isn't bad

Its always hit and miss herw. Sometimes the tenders are perfect then sometimes the tenders are way too salty and super over cooked

This place has good food, served fast, but it was not clean. Flies in the dining room, no one wearing gloves at the station where they box up your chicken, and floors that stick to your shoes.

We have loved Bush’s for years. Went today. Dining room now closed except for weekends. Got our meal to go. Chicken strip meal. I would call it breading nuggets. Hardly any chicken. And half portions on chicken , gravy and green beans. Fries were old and cold.

We had the chicken tender meal. It came with gravy, a roll, and one side. We chose mac and cheese. The chicken and roll were very good! But the gravy was watered down, and the mac and cheese had zero flavor. The staff looked unclean and not neat in appearance at all. However, the place was clean and orderly.

Why is the flavor different at this location? Chicken is more Brown than it used to be?

Will Bush's ever figure out how drive-thrus work? They keep sending these kids to take your order out in the line, when they can avoid the giant lawsuit that comes with employees getting run over, by just adding an intercom. Unless they think its not cost effective to set up a 40+yr old ordering system like ALL other fast food restaurants have.

I always get chicken tenders there all the time. There good only if you have gravy or the hot sauce the restaurant has. The rest of the food isn't really..exciting. Fries and chicken tenders are my favorite. That's it..... Oh and NEVER get the mac n cheese. Tastes like paint. Brrrr.

Told the gentlemen in the drive thru, my first time here, I wanted tenders and mashed pots and love the hot sauce. He said Oh ill get you the hot sauce the Tuesday tender special.and no hot sauce.... hmmm to the empty promise order taker at the drive thru I got my own hot sauce not as good as bushs take your tine and get it right next time.

I love bushs chicken but this location kinda stinks on customer service 1. Asked young man if my meal came with large or small fries his reply was some fries are larger than others in each order. 2 asked young lady for large fries she said we don't have large we have individual or family size. Today I ordered 3 piece meal guy goes in comes back a few minutes later says it will be a little bit while they cook chicken I tell him I don't want to wait and ask for card back he goes back in for few minutes comes back and says he can give me cash or it will hold my money for 5 days before it puts it back on card. I tell just get my card. I decide to go in and tell them I want my card so they give me cash and my card finally. It is getting very hard to come to this location. Went to wiener schnitzel

First time just eating here today. It was just OK and wont be back. I am not sure how Canes Chicken and Chick-fil-A has not ran this place out of business yet. Their chicken doesnt hold a candle to those two. They wont be around for much longer.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I get it’s 20 minutes before close but when i see five or six people standing around inside doing nothing for ten…. Minutes. Like come one. I left I figured they were just gonna wait it out till I did anyways. Do better.

I was a first time customer in the establishment. A bunch of young kids, but I still assumed they could count. They gave me 10 pieces of chicken when I ordered a 15 piece. So, I paid almost $30 for a 10 piece. It was my fault (and a red flag) that the cashier didn't give me a receipt, he immediately balled it up and threw it away (He must have known the cruelty he was about to do to me). Also, I shouldn't have to ask for a receipt, but as a business you should always give the customer a receipt. As much as I like chicken, this place is not worth patronizing again.

They wait on all the cars that came after me. Then I asked the people going in and out. They proceeded to tell me that someone else would be with. No one came out. I had to call the manager and she was just as rude. I won't be going back to this one.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. How dare the manager Tracy yell at me because they got my order wrong. It was as simple as giving back the mash patatoes back and giving me a mac and cheese for my kid! But instead she yells saying you have to get back in line. Umm no I already had waited patiently to get my food and they messed up my order and expect me to deal with it. She did not handle the situation professionally!

It was a complete waste of $48.98, to be exact. I ordered a 10 piece Family meal, all dark meat, which was supposed to come with 5 dinner rolls. 6 piece tender, green beans, mashed potatoes, fried okra, xorn nuggets, and 3 jalapeno peppers. When I made it home, I had basically been given whatever 10 pieces of chicken that this location had left for the night, 1 dinner roll, cold corn nuggets, and the mashed potatoes were spicy, as if jalapeno juice had been poured into them.. Where is the management whom should be supervising this location???

Didn't get to eat here, didn't know they(or this one in particular) closed earlier on weekends then weekdays. So when the lady came out to tell us, I began to laugh because I thought it was funny. We pulled up, to look for another place. Someone yelled at us from the store that they got our plates and we were planned for harassing employees. We were like ok, weirdest thing ever and we continued to look for another place. A couple minutes later, he came back out and proceeded to tell us to get off the property before he called the cops. I asked what his problem was and he said I called the lady a b word. I don't mind and over look a lot of things, but when you go back inside and blatantly lie about something, I have an issue with it. So just be careful if you venture to this place. We will not for sure.

This bushes has gone down. Idk if maybe it’s just at night because I have went during lunch time an it was great. Order a 3 piece meal the girl taking the order didn’t write anything thing down so right off I had a feeling something was going to be wrong 😑. Get the order an it in fact is not a 3 piece but tenders what the heck. Then ordered extra rolls only to get the flatest rolls I have ever seen and they were pretty hard. Like what kind of manager a staff serves these crusty things to someone. So disappointing definitely not how this place use to be.

Very disappointing experience. The drive-thru employee ignored us for about 10 minutes and then decided to take the order of the car behind us instead. We were left waiting with no explanation. I understand everyone can have bad days, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable. This attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. The reason why I rated this visit a “1” star is because of the size of the portion. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders lunch special. All three of my tenders were the size of my pinky finger. Just because an item is a special or on sale does not mean that you can short them on their order. This is bad business practices.

I know tariffs and inflation are bad but man when you go and buy a 16 tender family meal and only get fried crumbs for the whole meal now that’s messed up , no flavor nothing just taste nasty and crunchy no meat , I been spending money here for years but after today I will no longer be buying from this company , the hard pieces of fried whatever it is cause damage to my daughters dental bracket . Last several times I've tried to come eat here with my family they have claimed the lobby was closed due to lack of help and employees but I sat in the drive through watching them play on their phones not working while a line of cars waited to be helped. They were fully staffed. They were fully staffed and it became apparent very quickly that they had the lobby closed for no real reason while the online hours said they were clearly open.

They really ought to rename this location chicken little intelligence. They can never get you order right and overcharge you for items you don’t even order and take 20 minutes to bring out chicken tenders with fries. They are always out of sides, and cannot figure it out. I have been to multiple bush’s and this one is an absolute disgrace. The corporate office should definitely inspect.

It took an hour to receive our food when they forgot to place our gravy and asked us to show the receipt, pull out everything in our bag and show them. The manager even checked the cameras while the inside was closed because " short staff ):" We were made to empty the contents of all our items to show that we did not receive what we ordered and paid for. We still didn't receive our serendipity sauce that we ordered as well. The staff was rude and unprofessional.
