Conosco questo posto perché mia madre adora venire qui. Devo dire che fanno veramente un ottimo caffè ed hanno anche abbastanza posti a sedere sia interni con aria condizionata che esterni (quando c'è bel tempo). E' sicuramente consigliato soprattutto se siete in zona Tribunale!

Pagato 25€ per l’abbonamento a 10 caffè con briosche, ne avevo ancora 5 da consumare, gli ho dato la tessera per segnare la consumazione, me lo ha preso e stracciato davanti senza neanche vedere se fosse finito,io lo avevo dato per farglielo segnare, sia per l’imbarazzo, che per il fatto che lo ha strappato velocemente in molti pezzi, non ho detto nulla, che ancora mi dicevano che non potevo più provarlo, non fate più questo lavoro se non siete più in grado, poi la cameriera che serve i caffè IMPROPONIBILE, il ragazzo invece è molto bravo, l’unica nota positiva, imbarazzante comunque questa cosa della tessera, 5 caffè e 5 brioche persi, e chissene dei soldi, è proprio il fatto di non starci dentro con la testa e controllare prima di strappale se la tessera fosse finita , senza parole, un’altra volta non mi hanno detto che era guasta la macchina del latte condensato, mi hanno servito latte e caffè, ovviamente neanche riscaldato, era freddo, imbevibile, essendo una persona educata non faccio la sceneggiata e ho dovuto comunque pagarlo, cosa che avrebbero dovuto proporre loro, senza parole, sono uno con grande disponibilità, in Porta Romana mi conoscono tantissimi locali e ristoranti, da santa Margherita a Carnicero, a Mimmi, a il Vinattiere, a Doppio Malto, al Magutt, e altri 10 posti, dato che esco ogni giorno a mangiare e bere fuori, perché é la mia unica passione, la mia cosa preferita insomma, quindi sono un ottimo cliente, questa torrefazione sarebbe stato il posto ideale dove avrei continuato a fare abbonamenti e magari avrei anche comprato alcuni loro prodotti, ovviamente non ci metterò mai più piede in vita mia, vado al bar all’angolo e mi faccio colazione e aperitivo ogni giorno lì, INCOMMENTABILI, se servono le prove e i fatti ho le foto e le prove! Ma ovviamente, non metterò mai più piede lì, quando l’ho raccontato alla mia ragazza non ci poteva credere! Boh senza parole!

Siamo nel 2025 e il cassiere (propritario?) ancora non può tollerare il pagamento del caffè con il bancomat (pratica, finalmente!, oramai sedimentata anche in Italia), ostinandosi a fare fastidiose e ripetute battutine a riguardo e riuscendo, col suo impegno, a perdere un cliente.

The most disgraceful and disrespectful customer service in entire Milano. This is the only Bar in Milano which the owners ask the customer to liberate the table!! i don’t recommend this place as the owners will observe you all the time and you will not enjoy your permanence here!
