The best service I ever had. I was treated like a king. I felt the comfort at being home. Never experienced this type of atmosphere/ vibe. I ordered gelato, the best I ever had. Mohamed working there is awesome. He Makes you feel welcomed. Food 10/10. Fresh to cook and quick. Atmosphere is unmatched to anything I have ever seeen. Not even in whole of manhattan.

I have to say, I was a bit surprised by some reviews mentioning bad service here, as it was quite the opposite. Domenica speciale, domenica dedicata alla festa della Repubblica eppure al bar ristorante Panzera in piazza Duca d'Aosta un posto ai tavoli c'è sempre. Il locale di ampie dimensioni é per metà adibito a pasticceria e sala da the, per l'altra parte a ristorante con tavolini inizialmente predisposti per due persone che all'occorrenza se avvicinati possono diventare di 4 posti o 6 posti a seconda del numero dei commensali. Essi sono completi di tovaglie, piatti, bicchieri e posati ed il loro numero si estende grazie allo spazio esterno al locale medesimo completo di apposito tentaggio. L' ordinazione é quasi immediata e le pietanze arrivano servite da personale attento e veloce nel rispondere al campanello della cucina. Primi e secondi di buona cottura e delicati, sicuramente da provare l'ossobuco di vitello con risotto alla milanese. I prezzi sono all'altezza delle pietanze servite. Possibilità di pagare con carta di credito. Sicuramente una valida alternativa ai pasti dei menu di McDonald's e Roadhouse. Da ritornarci per un pasto all'italiana.

In zona stazione centrale per chi vuole pranzare bene prima magari di prendere il treno si trova nel posto giusto. Prezzi piatti servizio molto equilibrati location interna ed esterna gradevole assolutamente da provare e ritornare. La zona pasticceria merita 5 stelle paste e dolci eseguiti ad arte.

Appena esci da Stazione Centrale non può mancare una capatina da Panzera, prezzi non economicissimi ma che valorizzano la qualità dei loro prodotti. Locale con sala del the, bagno e possibilità di colazione, brunch, pranzo. Offre varie soluzioni grazie ad un menù vastissimo e dei camerieri che sanno sempre come trattarti, adatto ai turisti tanto quanto a chi è del luogo.

We just walked in here without a reservation while strolling in the streets of Milan and were lucky to get a table for dinner. The food, service, ambience and vibe were awesome. We tried their Pizza, Pasta, Safron Risotto, Desert and Coffee and nothing disappointed us. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian Chef cooking in a fine dine Italian Cafe in Milan. He came out and spoke with us and told us some amazing stories about himself and also gave us tips on food when in Italy. Their Pastry Bar is also an awesome experience. Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend Caffè Panzera dal 1931 when in Milan for some authentic Italian food.

We found Panzera 1931 during a stopover at Milan Centrale. It was a few blocks from the station and looked nice. It is beautiful old restaurant with very attentive service. I had lasagne and my partner had the eggplant parmigiana. Both dishes were good, not great. Tasty but both were not hot in the center.

Popped in for a quick meal before leaving and ordered pizza and pasta. The food is nothing special, prices are average. But the service didn't seem very friendly. In general, an ordinary place where you can just eat.

After arriving back a little late from a day drip, we stumbled upon this place just a few minutes walk from central Milan station. The pasta Arrabbiata sauce was very tasty with a good kick. Service was good and food was served warm. There was a number of sweet options also but we're too full to indulge. All in all, a good choice if you are struggling to find something a little later in the evening.

Despite the mediocre rating, we sat down for lunch. The pizza and lasagne were not bad, but not outstanding. The servers were not proactive and didn't offer much in the way of recommendations. They took our plates away after about 15-20 minutes and didn't even ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. This is unfortunately really a three star rated place.

A prima vista può sembrare una pizza in stile “contemporaneo”, con cornicione alto e ingredienti apparentemente di qualità. Ma basta osservare meglio per notare diversi difetti evidenti: • Il pomodoro appare secco e mal distribuito, quasi spalmato a chiazze. Manca totalmente la freschezza di un buon pelato o San Marzano: sembra un concentrato cotto troppo o lasciato asciugare. • La mozzarella è sciolta in modo disomogeneo, con zone gommose e altre annegate nel grasso. Già a occhio si intuisce che sarà dura da masticare e poco piacevole in bocca. • L’impasto ha un cornicione molto sviluppato, ma al tatto (e per esperienza visiva) dà l’idea di essere vuoto dentro, con una cottura sbilanciata: bruciature fuori, ma mollezza eccessiva al centro. • Il fondo della pizza (dove si intravede il piatto) è visibilmente umido, indice di un eccesso di liquidi e probabilmente una cottura non completata o gestita male

Classica pasticceria "vecchia", perché del 1931, ma ciò non significa che sia "storica" perché le manca la classe necessaria. Cameriere efficiente ma di quelli "veloci", diciamo "da turisti". Cappuccino nella media, cornetto al cioccolato molto asciutto a parte che nel mezzo dove è stata data una siringata di una crema che con il gusto di cioccolato ha poco a che fare. Prezzo del cappuccino doppio che dalle mie parti in Liguria, ma forse è normale per Milano. La cassiera molto anziana, presumo sia la padrona, è, secondo me, la palla al piede per un rinnovamento generale del locale che come posizione avrebbe grande potenzialità. Purtroppo le persone anziane tendono a continuare a lavorare come si è sempre fatto non accorgendosi che il mondo nel frattempo è cambiato!

Due caffè al tavolo, 5 euro. Insomma mi sembra un pò eccessivo. Oltretutto i tavolini sono molto vicini gli uni agli altri e questo rende difficile parlare o avere una conversazione riservata.

La pizza te la servono tagliata... cosa che ho visto solo all'estero e da italiano odio. 13 euro una pizza coi wustel super sottile, massa non più di 200/220gr. Patate el forno niente di speciale, tagliate super grandi e inoltre sono rimaste un po crude dentro (7 euro un piattino con 7/8 pezzi di patete). Dessert super buono pero in linea coi prezzi esagerati che hanno. Consigliato per i ricchi!

Ragazzi cosa da non credere, per due latte macchiati più due pezzi di torta ho pagato 35€ euro sono rimasto senza parole e meno male che la ragazza dal bar parlava italiano penso che addirittura era italiana 🤭

Terrible staff. very dirty and noisy. “arrogant and rude waiter and staff”. Kitchen is in mass dirt and very loud. No tasty food. Waste of time and money

Horrible service. Servers are racist and did not want to take our order. They just asked us to wait for more than 10 minutes while fixing the 80% of the tables that are unoccupied.

Esperienza pessima. Il personale all’interno del ristorante è molto scortese e con un atteggiamento razzista, e non accolgono affatto i turisti. Ci hanno fatto sedere a un tavolo proprio accanto alla porta della cucina, e gli odori del cibo ci davano molto fastidio. Gli ho detto che volevo un tavolo vicino alla finestra, ma mi ha urlato in faccia dicendo che c’era solo quel tavolo, e che dovevamo sederci lì oppure andare in un altro ristorante. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Ci sono altri ristoranti che ti rispettano come cliente e rispettano i tuoi soldi.

Pessima esperienza. Personale maleducato e la signora anziana che sta alla cassa,ci fa fatto rincorrere dal cameriere dicendo che avevamo lasciato meno soldi di quelli richiesti. Siamo rientrati e nel frattempo la signora diceva che si era sbagliata a contare,facendoci fare una figuraccia davanti gli altri clienti. Lo sconsiglio.

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante in quattro, desiderando semplicemente gustare alcune pizze insieme. Tuttavia, il personale ci ha trattati con scortesia e ci ha detto che ognuno di noi doveva ordinare obbligatoriamente un piatto. Quando abbiamo spiegato che volevamo solo mangiare qualcosa insieme senza ordinare troppo, ci hanno invitato ad andarcene. È stato un comportamento del tutto inaccettabile. I stayed in Milan for 2 nights and met my uncle for dinner, so we decided to eat here since it was close to my hostel. I’m not sure what it is, but something about this restaurant just didn’t feel right. First, the way the staff looked at us felt uncomfortable. My uncle is 67 years old, and it felt like they were assuming something or judging us based on that. The vibe from the staff was honestly off. Second, the food looked amazing when it arrived, but the taste was very disappointing. It was bland and somehow had a “malangsa” taste. I couldn’t even finish my dish. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t come back.

Very bad experience for their services. We had been arranged to sit very close to the adjacent customers which was only one inch away. The customers and us were all Asian. However, the restaurant was only half full. I reflected to them why we had such arrangements for Asian while other westerners could sit in a 4 seated table with 2 people. They said this is their standard arrangement. How shame of them. They should not open a restaurant without being able to accept diversity!

A restaurant in the center of Milan, but unfortunately a big disappointment. The staff told us that every person at the table must order a dish – even if someone is not hungry. This makes no sense. I wanted to eat, but my wife wasn’t hungry, and yet we were forced to order something extra. In such a touristic location, I expected more flexibility and understanding for customers. This rule completely ruins the experience. Definitely not recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The seafood pasta had a strong, unpleasant smell, clearly indicating that the seafood was not fresh at all. When I politely raised my concern, the staff insisted the ingredients were fresh and had arrived that morning. Later, the manager came over and claimed that the dish we ordered wasn’t the “fresh one” — which made no sense, especially since it was recommended to us during ordering. If that’s the case, we should have been informed upfront. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issue, the manager rudely took the plate away without any apology. And unbelievably, they still charged us for the dish at checkout. As a result, I ended up not having my lunch at all. Given the situation, it was completely fair that we only paid for what we actually ate. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. The food quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was shockingly unprofessional and unfriendly. Definitely would not recommend.
