Great experience, we went last night for the first time. Very clean and well-kept atmosphere, good food, helpful and courteous staff. All accompanied by music and karaoke. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had a great time at this pizzeria, and I have to admit that Arabs are making better Italian cuisine these days. The very welcoming staff took our orders right away and had our dishes ready in no time, bringing them all at once (there were 10 of us). The food was very tasty and the portions were plentiful. The staff was so efficient that if anything was missing, they rushed ahead to get it for us. We should learn to treat customers like this! I recommend it and hope to return soon. Best regards.

We ate there as a couple. The restaurant is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which we found very pleasant. The two young waitresses were very, very nice and attentive. Their English wasn't perfect, but everything worked out nonetheless. The menu was available in English. The pizza dough itself was tasty, and the price-performance ratio was perfectly acceptable for Milan. The mozzarella in the Caprese salad was very watery and almost tasteless inside. I don't know if that could be due to the quality of the ingredients. The food arrived after only 5 minutes, which we thought was very fast; it felt like they had just started. Unfortunately, the water glasses that had been placed on the table were dirty (small spots on the glass). The wall lights also needed dusting; there was dust and cobwebs visible. A large TV was playing a talent show in the background, which was perhaps not the most appropriate thing to watch in a dining room. All in all, it was okay, but there's room for improvement.

a bad experience this time, lobster is not fresh/stale and they hide it under the pasta. i didn’t think too much of it as i was chatting with a friend but in hindsight decided it had to be highlighted. where else would they bury the lobster in this manner? gave it a second try, the set menu is disappointing, salty risotto, salty fried cod, bland spinach.

I would like to point out that I have been a customer of theirs for years, unfortunately for a few months I have noticed little respect for the customer. In addition to going to eat at the restaurant, every Friday evening I order pizzas with home delivery, we were used to the "faustina" and "genovese" pizzas, several times they arrived with the toppings outside the pizza stuck to the pizza box, (the first few times I didn't complain about anything) the last time I contacted them to complain about the fact and I was told that they are not take-away pizzas (for the toppings) and that if I wanted them I was aware that they could arrive like that. Given the response, I decide to change pizzas, tonight I order 3 pizzas with chips and 1 pizza with chips, the pizzas arrived, I paid, I go to open the boxes and I find 3 margheritas instead of the pizza with chips. I point this out to the delivery guy (who is very kind by the way) who asks me if instead of replacing the pizzas he can have the chips brought to me to put on top of the pizza, (knowing that it is not the same) which I agree to so as not to cause problems. The chips arrive after a good 45 minutes, I open the containers, and find two portions of chips that are really miserable as well as soft. I contact the restaurant to ask for explanations, the person who answers me with an arrogant almost angry tone, tells me that he was too generous with the chips and that those portions are used for 5 pizzas! Conclusion, I made a big fool of myself with the guests I had at home, but what left me perplexed, is the rudeness in treating a customer! WE ARE NOT THERE AT ALL, THE CUSTOMER BY PAYING HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN IF WHAT THE ORDER IS NOT COMPLIANT! I conclude my review with 1 star and add that IL PRINCIPE WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZAS AGAIN! You can leave your comments for the pizza with chips!
