Siamo stati a Milano 2 notti per un fine settimana e abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel con un pacchetto Smart Box ricevuto come regalo. Buona posizione si raggiunge il centro a piedi circa 20 minuti oppure con la metro che si trova vicino all'Hotel. Camera spaziosa e pulita - personale gentile e cordiale - ottima colazione e visto il periodo abbiamo trovato anche panettone, pandoro e crema mascarpone!!

L’hotel è centrale ed accogliente, il personale gentile e la camera graziosa, con particolari di design. Molto comodo il letto e i cuscini. Il bagno è adeguato e vengono forniti i diversi set di cortesia che ci si aspetta da un hotel di categoria. La zona è ricca di locali, vicino alla fermata della metro Porta Romana. Consigliatissimo.

Ho pernottato due volte in questo albergo e per due volta sono stato davvero molto bene. Ambiente pulito, personale molto cordiale e camere sempre in perfetto ordine e pulizia; ci tengo a rivolgermi anche a chi lavora la mattina e si occupa delle colazioni; grazie per avermi fatto partire la giornata con un bellissimo sorriso e tanta premura

Good value for the price. The metro station Porta Romana is just around the corner and then it’s only 2 stops to the Duomo. The rooms are classic and very clean. The only downside is a pretty noisy air conditioner that somehow turns on during the night automatically. The breakfast is nice with different options every day. The service and cleaning is great.

It is value for money! Located in a vibrant area of Milan, connected to the rest of the city with many transport options, inc tram, bus etc. I was a solo traveller, stayed for two nights. The room in bathroom was clean, bed linen was washed properly, the single room as well as bed were big enough for a person. They also left complementary treats in the room which was so kind of them. For me, bathroom cleanliness is critical and it was perfectly cleaned, including sink. There is an open wardrobe in the room where you can store your bag and luggage. The heating was okay, I had to heat the room in the evening since it was cold. I had a window in my room as well. Breakfast is nice, you can find both Italian treats and eggs, veggies etc. I would say the options for breakfast are wide and staff is nice in serving you. The staff in general is nice and friendly. It is centrally located. In general, it is a clean, nice, value for money accommodation. I strongly suggest a stay at UNA Hotels Mediterraneo Milano!

Clean and modern hotel, our room was nice and a good size. Very welcoming and friendly staff, great breakfast in the morning too! Location was great for a short stroll to a metro station to get around easily and see the sites of Milano, or a 15-20 minute walk to get to the Duomo by foot. Would absolutely stay again!

Surprisingly a very good budget hotel. The Milan cathedral is 25 mins away which is walkable. The rooms were clean but bathroom was pretty old but no issues there. Sometimes it may get noisy but otherwise a great value.

Albergo in ottima posizione centrale raggiungibile da tutti i servizi ed anche in autovettura. Ha un garage convenzionato posto nei pressi per il parcheggio. È nello stile della catena UNAHOTEL ma con un aria un po' decadente e demodé. La camera è spaziosa come anche il bagno. Colazione internazionale standard senza particolarità e senza fantasia. Cortesia e disponibilità degli addetti.

Di solito quando recensisco una struttura ricettiva faccio sempre una valutazione dei pro e deii contro dell’esperienza. In questo caso sono molto più gli aspetti positivi del soggiorno che ci hanno piacevolmente colpito. Innanzitutto l’estrema disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità del personale specialmente alla reception. La camera era molto ampia , funzionale, arredata con gusto e perfettamente climatizzata con un bagno finalmente adeguato sia nella metratura che nelle forniture. Ottima e varia la colazione che abbiamo provato anche in camera. Infine la posizione dell’Hotel è strategica per raggiungere con i mezzi qualsiasi zona di Milano. Uniche pecche per noi sono la moquette in camera e i cuscini per dormire che, sebbene si siano prodigati per trovare quelli più adatti a noi, non ci hanno permesso di riposare perfettamente. Prezzo adeguato per i servizi forniti e per la qualità complessiva della struttura. Consigliato.

Ottima esperienza, camere un po piccole, ma comunque pulite....piccola pecca, mancano i cornetti alla crema, per i bambini è stato un piccolo problema...comunque la posizione è veramente bella, con tre fermate della metro si è subito in centro...

Poco visibile l'insegna per cui ho faticato un pochino per capire se fosse l'albergo che cercavo. L'aspetto interno, appena varcata la soglia, decisamente datato. Necessita di una rinfrescata. La camera pulita così come il bagno, anche se in quest'ultimo, in alcuni punti, si nota a occhio nudo, della pittura scrostata. Inoltre, consiglio una manutenzione più approfondita anche dell'impianto dell'aria condizionata, molto rumoroso, soprattutto nel silenzio della notte.Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a riposare.

A really very good hotel, located 200m from the Porta Romana stop of the M3, with which you are in the Duomo Square in less than 5 minutes. The staff is really very kind and helpful, perhaps even too much: on our arrival, the room was not yet ready as it was morning; in the evening we fond our suitcases in the room! Something that has never occured me before! Rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is really very large. Breakfast is really well stocked. Lots of fresh products, both sweet and savoury. I would like to point out some negative aspects, which, however, do not affect the stay too much: the hotel does not have its own parking, but in any case there are several parking lots nearby; the soundproofing of the rooms is not the best; the shower is together with the bathtub, so a lot of water inevitably comes out. Overall, if I were to return to Milan I would gladly stay here again

Indubbiamente il punto di forza di questo hotel è la sua posizione centrale molto comodo per chi arriva con la metro (la stazione non è lontana), o in taxi. Purtroppo per essere un quattro stelle sono rimasto deluso dalla fila che ho dovuto fare per effettuare il check in. Le stanze sono piccole e poco illuminate. Il bagno invece è a bastanza grande e luminoso, peccato la scadente qualità del diffusore della doccia e del suo sostegno, il diffusore con il peso dell'acqua cade su se stesso. Debbo dire purtroppo che non sono riuscito a riposare adeguatamente durante la notte, la temperatura della stanza è davvero troppo alta, il termostato al mio arrivo segnava 26 gradi, e purtroppo l'agire sul termostato non ha prodotto nessun risultato, dalla rumorosa bocchetta d'aria continuava ad uscire aria calda, al mattino la temperatura della stanza era 25 gradi nonostante avessi dormito con la finestra aperta. Anche la temperatura alla reception e della sala colazione è altissima. Anche i miei colleghi hanno riscontrato lo stesso problema nelle loro stanze. Sicuramente non definirei "green" questo hotel. La colazione è buona ma soprattutto mi ha positivamente colpito la gentilezza e professionalità della signora inaricata della sala. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare il ristorante temporaneamente chiuso.

Arriviamo la sera dopo cena e siamo accolti da una persona piuttosto gentile, ci avviamo in camera dopo il saldo per una notte, pagando anche io che ho la residenza in provincia di Milano, non lo sapevo fino a quando non mel'ha cortesemente spiegato l'addetto. In una camera doppia, troviamo servizio asciugamani e set di cortesia (escluse le ciabatte, assenti) per una persona sola. Chiamando la reception ci comunicano che se vogliamo le ciabattine, dobbiamo tornare a chiedere in reception e prenderle, ci abbiamo ovviamente rinunciato a nostro rischio e pericolo optando per i piedi scalzi.... Pare sia proprio loro abitudine che funzioni così, lo riporta il sito internet, me ne sono accorta ora che scrivo la recensione. Scopriamo dal signore della reception al telefono, che il servizio asciugamani per la seconda persona è incartato nella plastica della lavanderia all' interno dell' armadio .... Ci occupiamo di aprire e rendere utile il tutto. Doccia: freddissima e bollentissima in continuazione, vi consiglio di controllare la camera 609. Consiglio anche di mettere delle vere porte con sigillatura, si intravede la luce dei corridoi e si sentono le persone anche se bisbigliano in corridoio. Peccato che, il personale delle pulizie urli per chiamare i colleghi già alle 7 del mattino, ottimo risveglio. Insomma, io mi aspetto di meglio dal servizio di un hotel, lo sconsiglio vivamente. Abbiamo rinunciato a scoprire la colazione, non posso dare opinioni in merito nonostante fosse già pagata.... Grazie comunque per l'esperienza.

Stayed here recently for a short break and enjoyed it overall. It’s a great and affordable location to stay in as the Milan city centre is less than 10minutes away by the train. Would give 4 stars but there was maintenance work going on at the time which impacted our convenience, and one of the receptionists was very rude on our arrival. Luckily another receptionist helped us out and allowed us early check in. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but ok for the price.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel at least not by my book. It isn't bad though - the room is quite big, the bed comfortable, it's not very far from the city center. Breakfast is good also. The way the room looks doesn't qualify it for a 4 star, the furniture and all the finishes look rather cheap. This hotel doesn't have a parking place - you have to pay 16€/ day for parking your car at least 500 meters away ( when I was there it was raining heavily and the 10 minutes walk was delicious) . It is hilarious in this day and age to ask for money for a decent wifi connection !

Basic hotel in a good location. My room was tiny and very tired looking. Noisy air con which makes sleeping difficult. No iron in rooms and they didn't have any available for some time which was annoying for a business trip. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful otherwise.

Booked this hotel using a Bongo Bon, which was only usable for two hotels in Milan. We ended up staying here two nights. Unfortunately the shower and water was lukewarm when you took a shower, couldn't get it to warm. It was at all times also 25 degrees inside the room, even though there was the ability to use the airconditioning when you turn it off at night it just goes back to 25 degrees. I didn't feel like it was a good value for money and would probably stay elsewhere. The breakfast was included, but was incredibly basic in my opinion. The location being close to a Metro station is amazing though as it is on the central line. This is the only upside by staying here.

Unpleasant was the very small room, to enter it you hardly can pass by the bed... small window with bad view to fire escape outside thus weak daylight. Picure with big window for classic room are misleading on booking platform. ..... Closet/cupboard very small, no hook for wet jacket due to rain..... also quite weak toilet water flushing, had to press 1 minute, furthermore no breakfast included, I booked 6 weeks before via an online travel agency. I have to mention that the staff is helpful and friendly, but just the ladies in my subjective opinion. I agree with other posts here, bathrooms are not well cleaned, the hotel needs update and implement soundproofing, not proper for a 4 stars, and that we pay for. Objectively, some facts, in 3 nights at the hotel: -Any quiet night, everything can be heard from the upper room, door slamming from surroundings, all sounds from street. -TV decoder did not work. -Fungal growth on bathrooms walls (and not well cleaned after claim). -Temperature, impossible to set with the thermostat, 26.9°C fixed, in winter. -Shower support broken (fixed after claim).
