Leave it alone.. If you want to spend money to support Roadhouse paying a lot of money for badly cooked and poorly presented ingredients, this is the right place for you.. Overall the food was tasty, but they serve you the "potato pops" in a half-empty container of chips just to give you the feeling of having been stingy and having received few, the bacon that in the photo is tasty is actually half raw and you pay 1€ for each slice, the strawberry jam to put on the pancake is packaged and of indecent quality (50 cents of pure feeling of squalor), a scrambled egg on a bed of water of I don't know what (3 euros and really sad to see), if you put a sprinkle of crispy onion fragments in the sandwich you pay 1 euro, fast food service from the 90s that not even Burger King anymore.. and so on and so forth.. In short.. do as you like.. I certainly won't go there again Ah the trays are dirty of course.. thank God they put a sheet of paper on top, but the dirt associated with food always leaves a despicable bitter taste in your mouth..

My experience at this place was quite negative. The menu, as always, is visually appealing, even the photos at the counter make you think you might be eating a different burger than the usual chains. The reality is that what arrives doesn't match the description at all, and it's not even good; it's more expensive than the Old Wild West next door. The fries were minimal, and the burger was stringy with very dry bun. I had to keep drinking while eating the burger because it made my mouth feel lumpy. Clean place, friendly staff.

Worst salad ever. My mother asked for a Balsamico for the salad and was told to eat her salad without anything.. At the end she got salt for it. Won't recommend 3/10!

Standing at the restaurant entrance, with annoyed staff walking past without even a nod. I was struck by a young woman who today, January 2, 2025, at 7:55 PM, was blowing her nose in the middle of the room, looking at us without showing any attention to the customer. When we approached her to ask for a table, her curt response was, "You have to wait there." Needless to say, we left. Working with the public isn't mandatory; factories exist.

This is our second time dining at the Smokery, and for the second time, we had a terrible meal. Our turkey toast this evening, besides being very expensive, was so dry we had to ask for mayonnaise to finish it. The tables are arranged in a claustrophobic corridor. Never again.

One star because it's the best. The three of us order nachos, hot dogs, chicken wings, beef brisket, fries, and three bottles of water. €26.80. We don't even have time to sit down before they serve us. Two trays, the beef brisket wrapped in aluminum foil placed directly on the table, as does the water. The nachos (when asked "Are they spicy?" the clerk replies "I don't know, I don't eat them, I don't like spicy food") were taken straight from the bag. The sauces that should be on the side are spooned on top. My cat, when he vomits, plates it better. The hot dog bun is soft and cold, covered in kilos of sauce. The beef brisket isn't even related to the one in the photo: the bread is soft, seedless, so flat it looks like an empty wrap, the filling nonexistent (you should put "images for advertising use only"). A €1 McDonald's burger looks like a Cracco dish compared to this. The only redeeming feature (because I didn't have the courage to try them) are the chicken wings. I forgot to mention that the clerk served the dishes, checked the green passes, and paid the bill while wearing the same gloves. I understand why the table next to mine was using the drinks dispenser to eat pizza from the supermarket.

I'm sorry but unfortunately the prices are a bit high for the offer... €6.90 for a hot dog without even a hint of chips on the side. I'm sorry but it's a disappointing start.

The customer satisfaction very poor, the food was not freshly cooked, not even reheat, too expensive for one menu (11 euro).. The salad served not fresh. The cashier is unfriendly.
