This is the best Taco Bell near me! The one in South San Francisco... is horrible, they always leave something out or the tacos are missing an ingredient or two or they mix the order up with someone else's... just not a good experience the last 20 times I have went there! 99% of the time the drive thru gets everything correct and no items are missing. Compared to other Taco Bell’s which constantly have items missing. Especially the one in south city off El Camino.

I could not say much about the atmosphere seeing as I was driving thru! But my car is beautiful inside. Lol

This is the best Taco Bell in the Bay Area. Great pit stop as an Uber driver to grab some cheap eats, use the restroom, and get some WiFi. I go there so often, you might actually see me there if you go.

What makes this specific location versus the rest along the "El Camino" so much more pleasurable to visit (Not only when I'm picking up for Drdash or Uber Eats) but for a quick meal is the SERVICE. I totally understand it's just a fast food joint and seems like nowadays customer service has been devalued by most FF joints but in the past year I've always had a very welcoming (with a smile) visit here by the staff and cleanliness in the dining area has been superb on every visit. Whomever is running this location, I commend you and your staff on the above mentioned as well as give you major credit for prompt & most importantly getting every order correctly I've been handed each time. Not to mention, always including napkins & sauces (worst thing is when u open ur bag to enjoy ur food and the restaurant didn't give any napkins or sauces or utensils). In conclusion- Thank U very much!! (2da staff) When your hungry & are cruising down El Camino take that extra few minutes & stop at this location, You will def notice the difference !!! Kbb ®

One of the better tacobells. A bit pricier but really like the staff there- polite and friendly, not stingy, and very fast. Food is also prepared well and not skimpy on portions or when you ask for sauce or napkins. My go to spot for after hr meals. Wish they were open later!!

This Taco Bell is much more consistent than the SSF Taco Bell. I usually get good food with a good amount of ingredients. They usually don’t skimp on ingredients like SSF TB does. So far I’ve had good experiences going here.

it's taco bell. it's usually delicious but sometimes not great. like all fast food it can be a gamble. usually I love it and will continue to go back.

It has been a long while since my last visit to a taco bell and the flavors just hit some good tones in me and my family actually. They had many more healthy options now too. Will certainly be back soon. For some reason i don't get that heavy feeling at taco bell, i usually get after eating in a fastfood chain or having burgers even in a healthy burger place, if that is ever possible. I guess you always have an option to get more veggies and beans at taco bell.

I usually order pickup from the drive thru through the app. They sometimes forget to utensils and the hot sauce even if i specify it in the app ahead of time. Fast service regardless.

I like Taco Bell food but this one is in a bad location. There is no permitted u turn until Murchison Drive if you’re southbound on El Camino. Owner needs to petition the city for a closer u turn. They would have more business.

I'm glad I could have something here since I'm vegetarian; they substituted my burrito with bean at least for the second one I got --I've had never eaten a burrito before but it seems familiar to what I eat back home only thing is that everything is wrapped into one thing, I also got French fries and a taco I couldn't eat due to the meat in it. Otherwise, it was a good meal for such a low price

Its taco bell, like all over taco bells its clean tastes like normal taco bell. Little pricer then some taco bells for example the cravings deal that can be found some places for 4.99 is 5.99 here. But meh it's not bad.

The dining area was as clean as a typical Taco Bell when I came in, and the food was better than the average Taco Bell - the tacos were well-filled and the Mexican pizza had plenty of beef, beans, and cheese. Maybe the different shifts make all the difference, but this is probably the best Taco Bell I've been to.

It's Taco Bell, so you pretty much know what the food is like already. I placed an online order and hit the Drive-Thru for the pickup. Everything was exactly as I ordered it, down to the number and variety of hot sauces. However, the website/app says they'll start making the order when I arrive yet the order was already waiting for me. Normally this isn't a bad thing, but in this case the food was almost cold. Lukewarm at best. Next time I'll skip the app and order when I get there.

I like this Taco Bell branch cos it also offers Pizza Hut. The employees here are friendly and efficient. The drive thru menu is easy to read. The only thing I didn't like about this branch is they close earlier than the other branches.

I use the drive-thru only and it's typical of a Taco Bell. No issues, except when exiting the drive-thru, there can be significant waits during peak commute times of north bound traffic on El Camino Real.

The food was good, but the fat indian girl working the register had an attitude, as if she didnt like working there anymore!

It's fine, what is expected. The issue is fast food and my stomach don't mix.

Dive thru is pretty quick, Atmosphere at night just be careful there are two young guys one is asian long hair skinny and the other one is caucasian mixed with african american small afro skinny that will try to approach one by one and try to get close to your car, if you are alone they will try to ask you something so you can roll your window down, dont fall for it.., start honking and call 911 right away ,, make sure to keep the doors lock, dont roll your window down until you reach to order and let the employee know and keep your window up until you pick up your orders., ..I was smart enough to not fall for it.Dont go alone always go with another person. Just Be Aware of your surroundings and be safe..

It is combined with Pizza hut, the personal pan pepperoni pizza I got, was forgettable, but better than nothing. I did not want a big meal, otherwise we would have gone to one of several Asian restaurants in the area.

My Visit was in an hurry I have to admit it but the service was very poor. Nobody wishing the customers. Even the way they made my Burrito I knew that will be bad. I made them to redo my burrito 2 times. People working there are Lethargic. They seem like they don't want to work. I even saw the other tacos are made which is very slopy. Overall bad experience

The food and services were good and adequate. The tables and floor were clean, but the restroom was filfy. There was poop on the floor and on the toilet seat. And there was no tissue either. It needed attention from the staff.

Steak Chalupa was the main item in my combo and throughout, the meat was no bigger than a single pencil. I don't know if that's normal but I'll just go to a taqueria next time.

They are so rude here they gave me a broken taco. I am 8 years old kid I asked to change the broken taco for a new one and they didn't make a new one and they put the taco in the bag like dog food.

Says it’s open till 1 AM, so took a 20 minutes to walk over there from the hotel. all the doors locked. they wouldn’t let me order through the drive-through. Manager was mean and unhelpful . When someone gives no alternatives for service like this All you have gained is a bad review.

It's 3pm on a Tuesday which means this place is so slow. So there's no excuse for the trash bins to be over filled. Hot sauces out and the soda machine has caps thrown everywhere. To make it worse you have what looks like the store manager on a iPad in the back table just doing nothing and letting his store be like this.

The cashier get 5 star the kitchen person who made my crunch wrap get 0 star my crunch wrap was mostly empty and and where was my beef and other ingredients in my mostly empty crunch wrap the taco was perfect with right amount of ingredients I got rip off .... 10 bucks for a taco and drink and empty crunch wrap... cashier 5 star keep up the great work cashier and I’m sure the kitchen person enjoying my crunch wrap ingredients I hope he feeding the hungry with those ingredients and than all is forgiven....

The cash register person just fi ish taking my order with latex gloves on, then after she took my order she went straight to the kitchen, and I told the other lady I dont want her handling my food after she touch the money, she got offended. It was like they used the leftovers from other taco bells in the area. The dining area looks like no one cleans it food and trash all over the floor. This place has given me overtime very bad experiences. On every occasion that I've given them a chance and gone in not only had to wait for my order for about a half hour but they got it wrong and the food I received was made very messy. I spoke to the manager on one occasion and they were in complete denial accused me of ordering wrong and gave me an attitude about it. I don't know what her name was but she was very unpleasant. Way I see it I gave them three chances and they screwed up all three times third time's a charm never going back there.

Staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered on the Taco Bell app. I go home and TWO steak dips were missing along with the sauces. Not a single sauce was given even though I asked for a handful. I called and informed them that I was missing items and went back to retrieve it. I arrive there and they gave me one steak dip convincing me one order of the steak dip was only ONE BURRITO. Even though the description says two sets of burrito. So I missed items, HAD TO GO BACK just for them to not give me my full order.

The food was virtually inedible. The burrito I ordered was comprised of unidentified liquid, which gushed from every seam before eating, and while attempting to eat it. This liquid was very runny, and was reddish brown. I do not know what it was comprised of. The tostada was stale with hardly any toppings. I'd say you'd be better off with a different Taco Bell, but I'm not sure there are others in the area.

WORST burrito supremes EVER! Nothing but beans, but we paid for the rest. SERIOUSLY!! We’ve been going to this Taco Bell for many years and this experience has put us off Taco Bell forever. Two Taco Bells, one in San Bruno and the other one in Melbrea, the other one in San Bruno. Both failed the One in San Bruno. The evening staff is unwelcoming towards customers. (not sure if not welcoming people is old school) They also forgot to put an out of order sign on one of the drinks. I had grabbed a cup and placed it under the spout. When I took a small drink of Sierra Mist, it was only carbonated water. Does anyone like this? To be eating and then take a drink of something you didn't expect? Don't they put signs out of order, sierra Mist, or whatever is out? San Bruno staff was friendly and Polite The Person at the drive-through seems to have taken the order exactly as it was told. He even repeated it back without saying. Would you like this or that? Precisely as it was told, he repeated. But the order was so wrong No extra Salsa on the bean Burrito and Onions when he had been told there were no onions at all wherein the Burrito, and where was the cheese? Honestly, should I not complain, or should I chuckle and move on? What about if someone spends their last dollar and expects a tasty drink? Or if someone is allergic and can't eat the food because someone dint read the ticket. Don't ask, or somebody had not made sure to warn that the customer was allergic to an ingredient. Taco Bell Corporate needs to post on social media about how will addressed these issues?
