$6.10 for this passion fruit slush with tapioca pearl. And the #5 spicy fried chicken box with a oolong milk tea came out to a bit under $20. The food was nicely fresh made and very hot in temperature for the meal and the milk tea was also flavorful. Overall for satisfactory quality for price. I might be back for more.

Some authentic dishes you don’t find anywhere else. One of my go-to places for comfort food.
Delicious options. All the rice dishes with meat are outstanding. My favorite is the spicy fish. Portion sizes are good and definitely reflect the prices well. The fried rice is light and not overpowering, and goes well with any meat options. The chowmein is flavorful but a bit on the greasier side.
Authentic food from Yunnan! Good vermicelli! Also has good bubble tea and other bento boxes. Heard their bento box is the most popular
Tried their drink called sunrise today with my friends. Got free drink though Yelp. Thumbs up! This colorful drink is so suitable for summer, very fresh. And the owner seems nice and happy. The service is not bad and quick. I would come back again soon in the future.
Great tea, rice noodles, and bento boxes. Place is cozy and clean. Ordered the hot pot rice noodles and tasted delicious. The rice noodles had good texture and soup was very flavorful.
The milk tea with pearls is very nice. Good value, only 4.25$ for larger cup size. Also gives option for smaller option for 0.50 c less.
I was first introduced to this place back when it was called Joy-Cup. I love the location as I can go after school and treat myself to a Milk Tea Snow-Bubble with Popcorn Chicken or a Green Waffle. Great place to get a treat for yourself or someone else. If you are going allown try and get there before the end of a school day.
Order Thai tea and the boba was old and falling apart. Flavor of tea was watered down and served warm with no ice. Would have tasted better if he put ice. Service was not the best. Would not recommend for boba when other shops close by are much better like Ten Ren.
Honestly, the atmosphere is dingy, dirty, and the photos on the wall are misleading. Seats haven't been wiped, and tables have food on them. Guy at counter doesn't care what your order is and needs to be told 4 times to actually agree. He then starts yelling at you for lying about your order. There are flies everywhere, and the boba is watered
horrible service. i clearly said i wanted a boba milk tea,large. the owner gave me a rose milk tea. when i told him it was wrong, he started yelling amd threw my drink. he then gave me a small boba milk tea when i paid for a large. horrible service, never order from here

Came on Thanksgiving day, ordered a #9, Bento box with sweet and sour pork, old dude at register wasn’t very enthusiastic, wouldn’t have been an issue but the food came out and the pork is just old. Currently writing this from the toilet as I’m having diarrhea 8 hours later, at least I know what I was always missing out on now!
Horrible horrible service! The old lady I think is the owner very rude!!! Avoid this place if you want to have a good day. Also the place is dirty!

Ordered milk tea. It's premade and apparently premade a long long time ago. The tea tastes rotten and something was very wrong about it. I'm not sure if the milk went bad or the tea leafs but we couldn't drink it. Overall the place looks extremely dirty and nasty. I'm surprised they didn't get shut down yet.
