Aloha Stacks is one of the regular places my Coffee Group likes to visit. This was my first time getting the chance to try it and I was pleasantly satisfied. From the checkout service to the dining experience, me and my friends had a really good time! I ordered a Mocha and chicken wings and fries. Something light on my stomach for the morning. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the attentiveness of the waiters. They kept their eyes on the tables and they were upbeat and very helpful. I would definitely be down to try Aloha Stacks with the girls again.
Here for vacation. Honestly this is the best breakfast restaurant that I ever had. I have traveled to many places in the United States. This restaurant by far has the best breakfast menu. The food here is truly outstanding. It took sometime for the food to come out, because everything here is fresh made. The place is kept pretty clean. Staff were friendly. The prices are pretty good compared to East Coast. The food portion was great. Trust me they gave you a lot of food. If you are a hungry eater in the morning you should definitely check out this place.
Food is amazing here, cozy place, sitting indoor and outdoor. Portion size is pretty good and food is delicious 😋
We frequent Aloha Stacks for lunch but usually order breakfast. Check out daily specials on board as you enter. Ube pancakes are extraordinary. Gluten free pancakes are also available (add pineapple or coconut). Husband likes low calorie Sunrise Bowl. Try the Hawaiian latte, which has a combo of macadamia and coconut syrups. Staff is friendly. New water policy where they bring an entire carafe to your table. Appreciated.
Stopped here on our way back north from San Diego. Food was amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely need to come back!!!!
Since Curry House closed, this is the BEST place for Chicken Katsu. I did order something different last time, the Kalua Pork Omelette. Now I’m torn between which dish to order. 🤷🏼♂️ However, regardless of entree, I always order the SPAM Musubi. I realize many people are anti-SPAM, but you have NO CLUE what you’re missing with the SPAM Musubi. It’s a must have!
We have eaten many times at similar restaurants on Maui including the Gazebo and Kihei Cafe, and Mac-banana pancakes were just as good. The view was nothing compared to the Gazebo and the ambiance wasn’t up to par of the Kihei Cafe, but the service was better than either. Would go back without hesitation. (Some whipped cream on the cakes wouldn’t hurt, would it?)
I stopped here a few weeks ago for Brunch. I just ordered pancakes. I really like pancakes. The waitress was friendly and had a big smile. That was a great start. My food came very quickly and was steaming hot, the butter melted oy pancakes right away. Covered them with syrup and dug in. The pancakes were fantastic, tatted home made fresh. They were so good I was tempted to order another stack but I was too full to eat that much more. I left a 20% tip and told the waitress I definitely will be back.
The food did not disappoint! My wife ordered the Fruity Pebbles French Toast, and I ordered the chicken katsu. Both tasted great, and we’re ready quickly. Seating was sparse, so if you come at a busy time you might be waiting a bit, but I’d say it’s worth it.
My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast and ordered poco loco and fruity pebble french toast with lattes. The poco loco was excellent and the french toast was sooo good! Comfortable and calm atmosphere inside. A very relaxing and great place for breakfast, highly recommend. Will be coming back here again!
Super good food. 2nd time here and I was not disappointed. The french toast is soo good, so are the pancakes. The potatoes are crispy, the chilaquiles are really good, not traditional as they have a Hawaiian spin on them but amazing none the less. Husband also loves the breakfast burrito and the island iced tea is soo good. The coconut syrup is really good, doesn't have an overpowering taste of coconut and it's light and not so sweet like maple syrup. It's super packed no matter what day or time you go so I have taken all my food to go but would like to eat there. I definitely recommend. Sorry, ate food before I could take pics.
I really can't say enough. I came here by mistake as the name is similar to another local pancake joint. Glad I did. I had banana 🥞, my wife had coconut pineapple 🥞, and we split home fries 🥔, and a breakfast 🌯. It was all so amazing!!!! The banana pancakes were creamy and delicious. The breakfast burrito was good, and the potatoes were amazing! We'll be back. See photo below for how "disappointed" we were. 😂

Superb service. Visited with family and not only was the food excellently prepared and Hawaiian, the atmosphere calm and impeccably clean, but the staff, being amazingly attentive and caring, made our visit grand. Loved all in our varied breakfast order, and a delicious Loco Moco.
Recommend the 2 protein breakfast: scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and pancakes. The breakfast potatoes are among the best around our area. Inside can get a bit loud, but outside seating is calm and comfortable.

We came by on a Saturday morning after a hiking Dreaded Hill Loop Trail. We were definitely hungry for brunch. 😆🥾 There was a line out the door, which is a good sign that the food’s going to be good. It has a nice, relaxing vibe. Great place for brunch with friends. We had a big group so we had to sit at different tables. They have outside seating as well, which is where we sat. You order at the counter and then they’ll bring out your food. Good service. The servers came by our table often to check on us. 🔸 Ube Coconut Pancakes - fluffy, sweet and tasted so good! Love the purple color! 🔸 Strawberry Banana French Toast 🍓 🔸 Kalua Pork Eggs Benedict - very delicious 🔸 Loco Moco with Portuguese sausage - eggs were runny. Could have used more gravy. 🔸 Link Sausage & Eggs 🍳 🔸Power Plant Omelette 🌱 Overall, great experience! We’ll definitely be back! 🌺
Nice little brunch spot and I will come again to get some of their pancakes. For my visit, it was more savory than sweet. I wanted to try the loco Moco but with the Portuguese sausage. It was decent but personally I like my rice drenched with gravy. The oatmeal was fine and tasted as good as it look. But the breakfast burrito was definitely the best of the three. It was nicely packed with eggs and sausage. Tasted great and the chili Verde with it was a good kick added when biting into the burrito.
Second time here. Indoor and outdoor seating available. No social distancing except for the line to order. Every table is taken. The busboys do a good job with cleaning every table as guests leave. Food is always great. Good value for all that they serve.

The pancakes are great. Tried a few other menu items that were good, but nothing amazing. Come for pancakes. Service is order and the counter and they bring food to the table. It's usually good. We've had one occasion where they took 35 minutes to bring our food but it seems to have been a fluke since we've been since with no issues. There is always a line, don't let it scare you off
This is a new Aloha Stacks location, here in Mission Viejo. A shopping Center on Santa Margarita Pkwy and Marguerite Pkwy. It was around 12:30, so it was kind of crowded. But the line was moving. They have outside and inside seating. Food was good. But I am not impressed with the service. We ordered, we sat down. Lots of tables needed to be picked up and cleaned, people were seating and waiting for someone to come and pick up. My wife and daughter got their food. Mine came out 20 minutes after. Very disappointed. They were almost done with their food by the time mine came out. But the food was good. The fried rice I thought it was a little simple, but my daughter liked it anyways. She also had the Nutella S'mores French Toast, that was really good. Atmosphere is on the loud side, but not uncomfortable. I definitely would give them another try. The stacks located in Newport is way busier but we have always received our food at the same time.

The food and portion sizes were great. Where they failed is at the register. The three tip suggestions that automatically came up were 20, 25 & 28%. Keep in mind, this was at a walk up counter that only took our order. They did nothing at that point to warrant or deserve a tip, other than take my order and swipe my credit card. That's where you lost my business forever. If you want a tip here it is... Earn it before you ask for it. This entitled stupidity has to end.
Been here a few times and it was a nice experience overall. But the last two visits were big disappointments. Food was not the same. My eggs Benedict were overcooked. I send them back and the server did not even try to apologize. Service was pretty mediocre. Coffee has no rich flavor. Potatos were pretty tasty before. I don’t know if they change cook staff or management. It used to be packed. Feel like is going down too bad location is great.

Food came out at different times. Told by staff….kitchen was all messed up. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and brown. Ribeye chilaquiles must have sat on the counter for a while…soggy chips with cold areas!!! No prices on specials board! Not impressed and won’t be back.
