I love Golden Spoon frozen yogurt! It is the best ever! I have one favorite flavor that is seasonal, and the Golden Spoon by Trabuco Hills told my mom to give them her number and that they will let us know when they get it. They totally did and I bought 2 quarts! Lol! I like this place in RSM because it is close to where I live. I can walk around the lake, and then get me some frozen yogurt! The people who work there are so sweet, almost literally! I have never been disappointed here or at any Golden Spoon shop. My whole family loves it, and there is no way that we will ever get tired of eating it! So many flavors to choose from, I have tried most of them too! Thank you to the company for such delicious flavors, and thank you for hiring such kindhearted folk!

Quick in and out. Outside and inside seating available, but very limited. Good service, the staff was friendly and quick. Just came in for a mini cup ice cream, nothing fancy. Good experience!

Great frozen yoghurt , great choices and prices ,but nasty attitude of one of the girls working there, rare these days to get such a bad customer service as far as attitude. Shoulder length straight black hair and no smiling face. Love the other girl w long black hair though, super sweet, super helpful.

Like this location a lot it has been around a very long time. Wish they would rotate flavors more and update the website like the other MV location does. Frozen yogurt is always delicious here.

Great place when it's open, every time I try to get some ice cream, and it's closed for some reason.

Last few trips you guys have been very skimpy with the amount you fill in the cup. Cashier said its the lids, if that is the case we should go back to the old lids. But! you guys do have Great tasting yogurt. Thanks

Frozen yogurt in a world after COVID is different, I get that. But the other place I went I think did it right - sanitize as you walk in, then put on gloves, put your own fro yo in and then have employees do toppings. I don't know how possible this is with the way this shop is set up but despite how good the froyo was and the great selection, I probably won't be back. For me, the best part of froyo is the toppings. But here they heap the froyo so high you only get four toppings for a large? And we're talking like, teeny lil spoonfuls. It'd be nice if they asked you about the yogurt to topping ratio or something if they're not going to let you do it yourself. That's after being limited on how many flavors you can mix. Plus the woman who helped me seemed to be like, silently judging me for wanting more toppings than I was apparently allowed. Reasonable pricing though.

For the portion served they are getting very expensive especially when they don't fill up the cup leaving a gap on the side and there's a hole in the middle of the yogurt swirl. $7.15 is ridiculous and I'll just get an ice cream at Sprouts located right next door

No point in ordering ahead to save time in the line wheb you still have to wait in the line to pick it up. Then they dont have your order. Hope they didnt charge me.
