Got seated quickly, and Ramsey was super attentive and checked in multiple times. Smashed burger on a brioche bun was excellent, fries were lightly seasoned, dragonfruit tea just the right flavor and sweetness. Salad with avocado ranch for balance. Chili’s sometimes gets a bad rap, and maybe that’s due to their enduring success. $10.99 for all of that makes this a contender for top lunch special. For reference, a Big Mac combo meal is $12.39. Wifi and sports on tv is a bonus.

Crazy D was the best server. I don’t think I’ve been to a Chili’s in about 15 years but going there tonight sold me. The three for me deal is insane!! Definitely coming back! I couldn’t believe how crowded it was, and this place is hopping on a Thursday night. I could barely find a parking spot because so many people were at this location. But after the great service and great price, I understand why.

After a special double-feature of Wicked, we were hungry and went to Chili’s to try their Wicked-themed margaritas. Our waiter Chris was AMAZING! Super friendly, attentive and fast. The margaritas were awful and they ran out of the themed stir sticks. My “healthy” salmon was half the size that was on the photo and too salty. Not to mention the asparagus (that I had to pay extra for because they were out of broccoli) was very thin, dry and over-salted as well. The other meals seemed fine. Overall, it was a good visit because of the company and the excellent service from the waiter, but I had leftovers and didn’t pack them. That speaks volumes.

Been coming to this Chilis location for a while now. We come here about twice a month. Definitely one of the best Chilis restaurants we’ve been to. Place is always clean and staff is always friendly and professional! Want to give a shout-out to Patrick our server, he was top notch! Very friendly, attentive, and professional! He was able to meet our every request and expectation. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had from any restaurant or establishment. Overall 5 ⭐️

Great service, tasty food, great variety, reasonable prices. I had a slight problem with my food but my server Chris escalated the issue to the manager. She remedied the issue promptly and was very courteous. I highly recommend this location. The place was packed yet the staff handled the crowd with friendly service.

I've been to this location multiple times, and it NEVER disappoints. I joke with my fiancé all the time that the service here is better than an upscale restaurant - and it's true! We've had so many different servers and the service is always super fast, helpful and friendly! The food is our guilty pleasure - we get chips and salsa and the Coke Zero is always SO crispy!! Lastly, we get a triple dipper with mozz sticks, honey chipotle chicken crispers and big mouth bites. Everything is always hot and fresh. And prices are still reasonable - sometimes cheaper than fast food like McDonalds or CFA. We WILL be back!!

I always have such a great experience every time I visit Chili’s! The customer service is top notch, the staff are friendly, attentive, and really go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. The restaurant itself is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which makes dining here even more enjoyable. My absolute favorite item on the menu is the chicken fajitas . I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t already!

You get what you get with Chili’s — standard American chain restaurant fare, albeit, a notch above some of the other options around. I will say this particular location makes great food and offers good service. Your mileage may vary, but this location always hits when we visit, especially for lunch.

Chili’s in Mission Viejo offers a great “3 for Me” deal. The Big QP Burger, which stands for “Quarter Pound,” is juicy and satisfying and swapping fries for broccoli is a nice, lighter choice. Chips and salsa are crunchy and the Coke Zero hits the spot. For $10.99, it’s hard to beat the value, and the staff are always friendly and fast!

Service: good, Christine was very kind and interactive. I have never gotten such quality service. It takes a truly kind, hardworking, attentive, and patient person to provide such great service. 5 Food: good quality and presentation. You can tell it was made with love. The burger was meaty. 5 Atmosphere: Chili's is a journey. You embark on a tray of chips. They had no business slapping that hard. I had some appetizers. All Wings. They were so good I got full off them. The kid's menu was fun. 5 Conclusion: Chili's provided a unique experience. It was not just a restaurant. It was a journey. One that all started with a plate if chips and salsa. I was enticed by the food. Such a simple dish but one that left me captivated. Afterwards I mostly ate wings. Of which remained crispy but laced with their flavorful sauce. My friends had burgers. They all had great experiences. The overall atmosphere gave us a wonderful place to continue our conversations. We began this journey as boys and girls. We left chili's as grown men and women.

Had a great breakfast at Paul's Pantry this morning. Gavin was my server and all of the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I had a cup of coffee with the chicken fried streak meal. The food and service were very good and the ambiance peaceful and chill. Recommended

Upon entering this establishment it smelled delicious! Everything looked really clean! It does get packed so come early if your looking to seat a few people. I ordered the waffle combo with sausage links and eggs over medium, everything was great! Except the syrup for my waffle tasted old like it had a refrigerator taste to it. But over all it’s a great spot! I took 3 cinnamon rolls to try at home, they were great!

Tasty omelette and sausage links, pancakes were average. Attentive service and food served fast.

Great customer service. The food is okay, big portions. Lots of parking. The place looks clean. Their biscuit and gravy are delicious!!

Excellent breakfast place. Great selection and good preparation. Our server, Jennifer, was exceptional. The place itself is a bit time worn and the outdoor patio was extremely dog friendly. All in all a bargain the locals and regulars love. We'll be back.

Excellent servers, one experienced and the other training. Very friendly. Food was delicious and served promptly. Restaurant was clean and generally quite busy. Pleased overall except when I got my bill I was charged several dollars for a game my 5 year old played on the portable billing unit at the table. This required no consent from me and just seemed sneaky.

First visit, very good. I had the “lunch” special (entree, drink and app). The Smasher Burger was very good, fries served hot and crispy, good strawberry lemonade, and chips and salsa. No complaints, friendly service and easy parking. Recommended.

Update: 11/18/24 A much better experience. The server was much more attentive. I got the sliders. They were good. The beef and cheese dip was not super flavorful, and it was salty. But otherwise I have no complaints. 11/2/24 Chili’s continues to let me down. The Southwest egg rolls were soggy and had a weird flavor I can’t describe that wasn’t good. The chicken crispers were what you would expect, but not worth the money. Cane’s chicken is better! The Nashville hot mozzarella was actually spicy, but the flavor wasn’t great. The waiter was constantly bothering us to spend more money and only checked on us minimally. The employee that brought our waters spilled some on the table and didn’t clean it up or even say anything. The restaurant is also incredibly LOUD inside, (For context, I am not 85 years old. I think it’s the acoustics) but it’s not good for conversation.

First visit, unfortunately not too impressed. I had the “freshly prepared hash” corned beef hash omelette ($16.25). I found it to be fairly tasteless and served in a strange form, much different from a normal omelette. The pancakes were good,as was the coffee. Will probably not return.

Very interesting location love the food very fresh made to order but the waiter who served me & my mother gave us the side eye we felt very uncomfortable made us feel like we weren't planning on paying but WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS that's the only negative the below stand services from the morning lady but other then that I recommend trying the French toast from this establishment I recommend

Service good, but pancakes not good at all. Hard to break apart and not fluffy, didn't taste great. Syrup did not have the consistency of maple syrup. Butter tasted weird.

Walking in, I was greeted with sit wherever you like. So I sat in a none populated area because I saw one side of the room was very crowded. I ordered the meat lovers omlette, coffee, hash browns, and English muffin lightly toasted. Several other people entered the restaurant, and all sat in the same area. The food came in a reasonable time. As he sat the food in front of me, he put the food down with the English muffin last, saying, "lightly toasted." May I refer you to the photo of the English muffin, not lightly toasted and said it with attitude. It was actually funny to me but not funny. The eggs in the omlette were undercooked, and there was a mystery meat I didn't recognize. I thought it may have been the sausage, but I'm not sure. The best thing on the plate was the hashbrowns. So I didn't eat the omlette or touch the English muffin. I took the omlette and gave it to a homeless man. When I went to pay the ticket, the cashiers only words to me was, " Do you want your receipt." If the mission was to give me such bad customer service that I don't come back, then they did a great job. Never going back, and neither should you. I left there still hungry, so I went to Stacks pancakes. Very satisfied.

Took 40 minutes to get a triple dipper, and a barbecue plate for the triple dipper to be wrong. Waited another 15 minutes for my correct triple dipper. The manager G was nice and accommodating, but still blown away that the food took that long with no updates from our server.

I came to bring a friend and my lady to eat here this was my first time coming here I will never come here It was a very bad experience.. We started our order with ordering one water and two cups.. We also ordered a triple dip appetizer which was delicious and also ordered a salad till we make up our minds on what plates we will be getting .. My friend ordered a cushion pasta with a summer margarita..... Me and my lady ordered a couple fajitas my lady eat some after she gave me half off her saled.. I served myself a bit of the fajitas on a small plate steak that tasted plain the chicken was dry the shrimp tasted like it was frozen ,and the beans tasted like canned beans the rice was dry as well the coke had no gas it was still... The only food I liked was the saled and the triple dip.. They remove my post so I'll continue reposting it The waitresses saw me doing a review and they reported it I see this review get taken down I'll repost it I'll have it on my notes Bad first experience
