We love their wings and Fries! Their drinks are great and the staff is awesome! We love coming here, very friendly environment and they have lots of TVs for the games

Sunday was our first experience getting food to go. It was delicious! Great salad. Bacon Mac was awesome. Favorite boneless wings were Thai Chili. Perfect sweet/spicy flavor. Blue cheese dip to DIE FOR. We'll be back!!

Wherever I go, I make sure I’ve tried a new place for wings. Hands down buffalo wings and rings is the best wings I’ve ever had! BEST wings EVER! Coated in your favorite sauce with a perfect texture! I recommend this place to chicken wing lovers! I wish there was one in sacramento or near sacramento at least! ;(

Had the Southwestern Salad which is our favorite. It is topped with loads of chicken. The Chipotle Ranch dressing is made fresh daily and is awesome. Fun place to visit with friends and watch sports. Yes you might have to wait on your order but the place is always packed. All those customers cannot be wrong. Great place.

So I haven't done a review in a good minute, but I just had to make one about this place. I ordered my food from door dash, and first let me just say how I'm astonished that everything came. I had nothing missing from my order and that's always an immediate relief and positive attitude for myself. I have so much to say but I'll try to keep it short. Secondly I absolutely love how on Doordash they give you options of your level of heat for certain flavors, like my favorite wing flavor is buffalo sauce. And just recently I realized that most of the wing places here in modesto, they don't give you options for your wing heat, for buffalo. So when I seen I could choose my heat flavor, I was super happy that they let you choose your heat. Thirdly I like to say the wings itself are super moist, well cooked, both bone in and bone out. I'm just saying the pulled pork sandwiches, the question dip, and mac n cheese. I absolutely loved everything. They really took the time to make you fall in love with each and every bite. I could personally say it's better than any other wing place out here.

Best place in town for wings!!! I have always loved their wings so had them cater for my work lunch today and it was so good! They did a great job preparing my order and supplying plenty of dressing/sauces. They were easy to work with and reliable. Definitely recommend for people to stop in for a meal and consider them to cater an event!

Huckleberry is a star very rare to get customer service like that nowadays

First time having this restaurant. Ordered pickup via website. When I got to the restaurant, it was so busy but nevertheless my order was made right on time and delicious every meal made. Friendly service. I can see why this place stays busy.

My dude's computer messed up and the order didn't get placed. We watched him type it in. Honest mistake. About 45 minutes later the food arrived and he comped my nuggs. Very nice, apologetic, and polite every step of the way. Poor dude was my age, stuck at work on Father's day while his kid was at home, while I was out eating with my family. I won't hold an error out of his control against him, but next time your I there, drop him a big tip for being a hard working dad and an all around nice guy.

By far THE BEST wings I’ve ever had. I’m a picky wing eater, hate when wings are just the breading and nothing but fat, nasty chicken inside. The wings here were a delight. Crunchy, covered in sauce and full of flavor. Love that they add extra sauce towards the bottom of the plate. We ordered the bacon Mac & cheese as well as the wedges. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. If I could give it a 20 I would. Staff was friendly, drinks were amazing. Overall such a great night. So happy to have found this place. Already can’t wait to go back.

I will tell you, I thought I already wrote this review, but it is long overdue. I don’t want to go back in time, so I’ll sum it up like this, the ownership that this place has been under for the past Couple of years is phenomenal. They have turned this place around 180° and we actually enjoy going in now. We have five kids, so it is tough to dine in and we use delivery quite often, but they are spot on no matter what you choose. Thanks for your care of the customer!

Hands down Ricky is a top notch manager! He was not only on top of customer service but he was also cooking, building rapport with customers, and assisting his staff which were all on point too! Thanks for a great experience Ricky!!!! I also don’t wanna leave out Steven. We sat at the bar. He welcomed us also had great service and made it and enjoyable time with lots of laughs.!

When we are in town, this is our go-to for chicken wings. The bourbon BBQ is amazing! Service was quick, and our server was highly responsive. They have happy hour specials from 3-6pm on weekdays. They have Coke products for soda choice.

Huge wings. Recommended the ghost pepper ranch. It's decently hot but nothing that will make a pepper head quit. It is really good food. Quality speed and portion sizes are well done. The fries were dang good too, perfect with chicken wings! And their blue cheese is on another level. Literally the best I've ever had.

Good for solo dining with open bar seating or groups of up to 8-12 people. Never disappointed with their selection of beers on tap or a variety of wings, burgers, salads or fries (onion rings too ofc). It does get a little busy so definitely try to come outside of peak hours, but id say it’s worth a wait if it’s not too crazy.

Absolutely Perfect! I ordered for pick up and was given the best customer service possible from Ricky the manager, He gave me great recommendations and even an extra ranch or two for our big order, His hospitality was amazing and he was very outgoing, it was my first time here so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the food stayed crispy and hot all the way home! The wings were bussin and the garlic aioli fries smack but the PICKLE CHIPS!!!! Craaazzy they were the most crispiest saltiest flavorful fried pickles I’ve ever had and they give you sooo much! I ate them all to myself 😂 Hands down a 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back just for those pickles ! If you haven’t been here yet go today and ask for Ricky!

Great place! I really enjoy the food! It has recently become my new go to spot for a drink and meal. I've only tried a handful of items, so far each has been great! Customer service is always a big deal for me and I haven't had any issues. All the staff are cool. One employee in particular though, Elvira, showed great service and attentiveness, from first time to each time after, that I've came and she'd be working! She mixes my drinks perfectly! The pretzel bites are better than most other restaurants I've tried. The salmon (BLT) sandwich type of burger they have, is also very good! I

It said they had 3.9 stars so I expected food that was not great. I found my new regular spot though.

I like these local wings. Nice small establishment with homey local feel. We usually get the garlic, parmesan fries. Recently they changed the to go orders from styrofoam containers to paper bags. Thanks for taking our suggestions. This helps lessen the soggy fries effect. Tip: Keep the fries under lights until the customer is ready for pickup. As always keep exploring local foodies in your neighborhood. >>>>>update as of 5.30.19 They went back to covering hot fries with a plastic container making fries soggy as spaghetti once we got them home a few mi utes later. Oh well.

Pretty good service meal in a timely manner, Andy’s boneless wings were huge. The food came out hot and the waitress checked on me several times throughout my meal. They have a menu with wings, assorted sides, burgers, and chicken sandwiches, as well as salads.

We enjoy this restaurant a few times a year for their Hot Wings. What is unique about this place is they can make your wings as mild or as crazy spicy as you desire. I have never been told no on a special request for wing orders. The restaurant is clean and has numerous TV's. We will continue to patronize this establishment because there service is excellent and food good.

I'm giving this 4 stars simply because Theresa the owner was the nicest lady ever. OTHERWISE this place would get 1 star for the service, sat at the bar and it still took 10 minutes to get a drink. Fries came from the cook to the bar within a cool 10 minutes while 1 server counted their tips and the other helped people at the register that got tired of waiting for them to come take payment. Fries were warm but not as hot as they would have been 7 minutes prior. Drinks took awhile as well. Had to ask twice for condiments.

This is a review complied from multiple visits of the course of many years. This a good all around restaurant, the main attraction the wings are good with a great selection of flavors and heats. If you want the best flavor always get the bone in wings, if you want less mess get the "boneless" and you will keep your face and hands mess free. The other menu items are good as well their salads are fresh and burgers delicious. Appetizers are good I recommend the Garlic Parmesan Aloi fries, just stir them up first, they used to use shredded or grated Parmesan. Last visit it was large about 3/4 inch wide thin strips of Parmesan and wont melt very easily. Service is always top notch, staff is very attentive and responsive and friendly. Atmosphere depends on the day and time, it is something of a sports bar. Multiple TVs on the wall. Sometimes it just becomes too loud when high profile games are on. Or incredibly silent when not, just plan accordingly if you want good food but not a bunch of rowdy sports fans. No shame to them though let them have their fun and show their passion for their teams.

I love that you can pick your spice level on any flavor of wings, service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy. Fried pickles and Spicy margarita were delicious.

Place is informal, almost all the time is full and there are families with small kids, and most young people, around the location there are many TVs and people can watch their favorite sport in. Usually we order 20 pzas boneless and we can chosen 4 different flavors, I love Buffalo and tajun.

Crazy thing the chicken sandwich still tased awesome. Wings and things , please Give me more incentive to keep coming Here at the Floyd restaurant . The sides are very good here! Pretzel bites, fried pickles, and the garlic/parm aoli fries!! Soooo good! The staff is hit and miss on friendly some just seem over they're job. The wings are average, all the flavors are buffalo flavor based. I got the lemon sauced wings and it was buffalo sauce with a lemon zing. If the flavors were alittle more varied/improved upon I would give 4 if not 5 stars

It was good just don't get hot or anything higher than that on the heat scale. All they do is dump buffalo on top. Really ruins the flavor you order- unless you order buffalo of course! Probably will be back but would like to actually taste the garlic sauce.

Great Service! I have to admit I thought the Buffalo Boneless wing sauce was excessive in vinegar flavor, both on our wings and on my Chicken sandwich. Also, the sauce appeared to be served at the bottom of the bowls rather than tossed with the wings.

The staff were very nice and it was quick, but not at all worth the price. I came because Wingstop had a long wait time and I didn't have time to wait an hour. I paid more money for less wings and no drink. The lemon pepper dry rub barely tasted like anything if I'm honest. The wings are also much smaller. I learned wing stop was definitely worth the wait.

Wings were undercooked with blood pink bones. Flavors aren’t the best tasting. Waitress was friendly and food came out fast. Fried pickles were over fried.

Our workplace ordered grub hub, my order didn't even receive dipping sauce for my basket, just got a box full of plain food. Needs better attention to detail and fulfilling orders accurately. Food was good but was let down having to eat my food plain. Not even ketchup....

Middle age woman went in by myself and sat at the bar. Only two other customers (men). That’s it. Owner/manager didn’t even acknowledge my existence while standing two feet away. Chatted up the others. Service was prompt, but with little personality. Food average, wings were tiny but had decent flavor. Seems like everyone just going through the motions. 25.00 for 10 wings, Mac and cheese and Tea. Seems a bit pricey to me. F bombs coming out of the kitchen not in anger, but in conversation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We use to love this place and it was a treat we looked forward to when we ordered food here. The last two times the boneless wings were so hard to even chew because they seemed to be over cooked..Disappointed because they are pricey and now we are stuck with wings we can't even eat. There also seems to be a lot less sauce on the wings too. This is for Togo orders. I hope they find a way to keep the boneless wings tender and juicy, not dry and hard to chew. Bummer.

We arrived before other people and they gave us a toast. It was a bald guy with a beard, arrogant, and I felt he was racist because we were Latino.

Food is amazing, love the wings here its better than buffalo wild wings. They got some good beers on tap and the atmosphere is great. Gave them one less star because the service is so slow, came there multiple times and was seated, but no waiter/waitress ever came by to take our order, happened multiple occasions. Also the tables are never cleaned on time, there always is a mess.

We did takeout and overall atmosphere was good but our chicken sandwiches were smothered with too much spicy buffalo sauce and was hard to eat and our stomachs the next day were a whirlwind. 💀

I also tried their Black and Bleu Burger with their fries. I'm a bit disappointed in their burger 🍔. On the menu, the Black and Bleu Burger is seared with cajun spices, but I can taste the heavy burnt grease flavor that overpowers the palate through out the burger. The burnt grease flavor is heavy as if I question how clean the griddle is, as the burger patty is cooked on it?

Wings were super overcooked and dry/hard and they never coat the wings fully in sauce. Half the time the other half of the wing is dry. Not worth the price, better off going to wingstop. Service was pretty decent for how packed it gets

The food was great, but it was a Monday nite with football which was good however the volume was so loud you could not even hear the waitress nor anyone at your own table. I have hearing aids and shut them off. We asked if it could be turned down but was told everyone else was watching it. Not enjoyable at all.

The food was pretty good, but service was awful. It was my friend and I's first time being there, so we didn't know that we couldn't bring outside drinks in. We only had two drinks but when we got seated, our server was very rude about our drinks. We said we were sorry but she was very rude and sarcastic while we were there. Mind you, we are only 15. I should've taken my money and went to subway or Panda Express , where they have kind workers. I will never come here again.

I’m from out of town and someone recommended this place. I waited all day and once I got there I ordered 10 traditional wings all flats grilled with rings. I got bk home And they were boneless so I go bk and they say they can only grill the boneless wings and I’m like..ok that’s not what I ordered at this point the famous rings or cold...do they replace them no, they replace 9 traditional Naked wings And handed me the same rings but the crazy part is everyone looked at me as if I was wrong for returning the boneless wings. Food was decent bad experience

Food was good but Service was bad! As we walked in there was No hostess. one of the employees saw us and just told us to sit wherever we want. When the waitress came to our table she was not wearing a name tag nor told us her name and did not even welcome us! Not good customer service. Then when we ordered food took long for it to arrive after we ordered. When we finished waitress just gave us our check and did not even ask us how everything was or ask us to come back. Not very good customer service. Employees have to make customers feel comfortable and want to come back. Don't think I will be back anytime soon

The food is very greasy but being that it’s a chicken establishment I understand. Although, that may be the case the food isn’t very tasty. It did come out fast and very hot which is great but again didn’t taste very appetizing. Service was good.

Food is good but its very unorganized here... As I'm waiting for my "15 minute" take-out order, I can hear a couple of staff members discuss about many problems that are happening within the waitresses. People are waiting for tables, orders are not being taken and tables are not being cleaned. After waiting 45 minutes for my "15 minute" order, I finally receive it and I go home. BUT, it doesn't end there, I come home to see I received the wrong order. Now I come back and wait even more to receive my correct order...

Used to go to this place alot with old owner. Last time i went which was months ago. Quality of food went down. This was during outdoor dining. Pretzel bits. The cheese was awful. Once it started to cool it looked like mashed potatoes. Before it never got like that. Aloli fries come with less toppings too. Used to crave these. Not any more. Probably will never go back again. Service sucked before. But food was the reason to eat there. Not anymore

I am giving this place a two star because the food is delicious. However, the service is slow and I got food poisoning. I was a regular customer and I would go all the time. About 3 months ago, I went and I ordered the same thing as always, lemon pepper boneless wings (medium) (medium is hot how you want your wings) and that same night I threw it all up and it lasted until the very next day. I happened to see my coworker there and after that day she told me she ordered the same thing as I did and she was throwing up too. I believe they're not clean or their sauce was contaminated.

Terrible service by the two girls working tonight. Both on the phone and in person. No care at all for safety. No one wearing mask around face or at all. And a half way filled shake to top it off with. To think i USED to go here every Thursday.

I was there today with my kids. I had been there just after the new management change, months ago. This was my second visit to see if things had changed because my first visit it was pretty chaotic and very dirty underneath tables and our feet were sticking to the ground. This second visit started off by we were allowed to choose our table, but were given no menu's. I saw another couple come in and be seated by the door and given menu's. The table we had was sticky, not wiped down, my kids brought it up. Floors were visibly dirty not mopped or swept in walkways and under tables. A waiter suddenly appeared after 3 other couples were given menu's and seated. I noticed what looked to me like owner wiping a table that couple just sat down at. Cleanliness is a HUGE problem here. It was not like that at all with the previous manager. The order was taken and we got our food. The my daughter's Cheeseburger was not cooked all the way through. So far thank goodness, we have not gotten sick from it. I was given a card for 5 piece wings/ meal for next time. I plan to return the card. I am not going back because of the severity of the cleanliness in the restaurant. There is a standard of healthy quality, and it needs to be upheld here. Teresa never allowed the restaurant to get this bad.

2 Stars because the food was pretty good. Service was awful though. Went here when it was pretty busy but other restaurants manage that just fine. Nobody wanted to help us be seated, they just said "we'll be with you in a moment" and then walked away, when another employee saw us standing there out of place he said we can sit anywhere and we just picked out spot. After sitting down we were completely forgotten, and after 5 minutes I got up to go ask for a menu. After ordering an appetizer and our wings it probably took 30-35 minutes before any of our food came out. The waitress literally clocked off and while being off the clock and with her sweater on and her belongings she quickly walked over and just dropped the food on the table without even saying anything to us....and we only got drink refills as we were FINISHING! Also had to ask for silverware from TWO waiters until it finally came. The most uncomfortable part of this visit was what I believe to be the manager. He got uncomfortable close to the table when asking us if we were going to order dessert and rushed our payment. He seemed very passive aggressive and made dealing with him uncomfortable. He's either very stressed or hates his job and shows it.

I ordered fish and chips as a takeout order. I am a salt lover, but I could not eat the fries due to their excessive salt content. Maybe someone accidentally doubled or triple salted the fries, but wow! There was a large, flat, and very dry piece of fried fish that was very overcooked. I did contact them regarding the fries, but I did not request a refund, believing that it was unnecessary to do so. I was looking for a really great experience since I live nearby and was looking for something that was good and convenient. I think I will be driving a little further down the road in the future.

Expected more for a $17 lunch. The wings were good but the rings were bland, and the batter thin. The ranch was not homemade, tasted like Kraft bulk ranch. I was in for an early lunch and one of the first customers of the afternoon. The restroom smelled strongly of urine which led me to believe that it had not been cleaned since the day before or even longer. The server was polite and kind. Overall though, a poor first impression. Will likely go elsewhere for my wing fix.

This is so disappointing, we've been coming here since opening and have always loved it. But today only good thing about this place was our amazing server kody, she is running circles around the rest of the staff on shift including the manager, and when I say running, I mean literally running with a pep in her step, positive attitude all while running the entire floor on her own and answer the phones. The manager is moving at the speed of a snail while tables are dirty and need to be bussed and the place is fairly packed. I even witnessed a couple leave after not being helped for an extended period of time while the manager was behind the bar packing to go orders that weren't even complete and ready to go yet so he stood there for a good 10 minutes while waiting for the food. Meanwhile another table had to reach out to be served drinks, got half of their order then had to reach out again. I don't know how that guy got a manager position, he's so worried about chit chat that the service is suffering because he isn't helping. He even took off into the parking lot for whatever purpose while phones are ringing and staff are stretched thin. Mosing around looking at the ceiling like there isn't work to be done. Food came out and you can tell the fryers haven't been cleaning for an extended period of time. I witnessed another server pressing drinks up against his body to get multiple drinks to a table instead of using a serving tray. As someone who has been in the service industry for 8+ years, the support this staff has is embarrassing to say the least. It's sad to see a restaurant that we regularly enjoyed, be a place that we question returning to. If it wasn't for kody being such an amazing personality and being on top of things, we definitely would have walked out.

The onion rings, nachos, smokehouse wings and the kindness of Luis are the only reasons this place is getting 2 stars and not a one star. We won’t be back. Very disappointed as this place was highly recommended by lots of people.

The store is closed temporarily, but they accept online orders and you get there to pick up the orders they don’t open the door.

Not sure what happened here. Ordered through DoorDash. Food came completely burned all around. Two orders, both with the pulled pork and bun burnt. Not the level of quality you would expect from any restaurant.

We ordered take out. A bunch of stuff were missing like chips for the corn queso, ice cream on the lava cake and celery with the wings.I would think the front people would check but they were busy chatting with each other. Make sure you check your orders before heading out.

I had a really bad experience, I saw many costumers sitting waiting for the waitress all of them just walking around, but they didn't give us service , that was my case, my waitress take a 30 min to come and take my order, my husband clean up the table like other costumers, then when I call my waitress she see me at 12 ft. And just she turn the face and ignored me, after 20 min she come and give us the check up, eventhough ask if we wanted something else. This have been the worse service, I am not sure if there is a manager in the place but didn't show at all. Many costumers were really upset. Also they messed up my order with all the flavor. Very disappoint, I won't back again.

This review is directly to Wings and Rings. You lost my business and will for ever not recommend this place again. It used to be delicious. I'm sure is under a new management. We loved our wings soaked and wet on our souces. They were freshly made. Not anymore. Now, they just drizle souce over them. I clearly stated that I wanted them extra wet, to avoid our previous disappointment, and they still served them dry.

Used to love this place, until I brought a group of friends to show how good I thought it was. Firstly, i asked for the wings that were the deal that day and our server assured me that is what I was ordering. Upon receiving the tab, that was not the case I was charged for full price wings. Secondly, two of our groups orders were wrong. We only asked to trade in one wrong order for a new set of wings. We got our new wings, but not without a scolding from the server saying that the mix-up was our fault. As well they added the wings we traded in, to our tab. They were trying to push the cost of the mistake onto me.(full price non-deal wings by the way) Lastly, only a couple people in our group asked for ranch. Yet whole trays were brought to the table and ranch charges put on each of our tabs. Its offensive that both wings we did not order, and ranches we did not order were placed on our tabs without any notice. I will not be going back.

Went to this place to try their wings for the first time. We had a new waiter who stated he was nervous so we promised to be gentle. We ordered two drinks and the bartender only brought out one. This wasn’t a big deal we simply to him we ordered two and he said he would make another. Moments later the “manager” came to the table to ask my friend for his I.d. She was extremely combative for no reason, I asked her why was she being hostile and she said it’s her “RBF”. She continued to be so rude that I decided I no longer wanted to dine. Once I said that, she snatched my drink from the table and stormed off. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by restaurant staff. This lady deserved to be fired for the way she treated the customers here. No one was rude or combative to warrant that type of behavior.

Been here 3 times and each time the manager/owner was very rude to customers and her staff. She yelled at a server in front of the whole restaurant for getting at order wrong. This happened each of the 3 times I was there. It was wildly unprofessional and I didn't need another reason not to go back. Also the food tastes like microwave frozen dinners, and the beer glasses are rinsed in just water and put back for serving. Do yourself a favor and pick a different place to eat.

Not happy. Sat at the bar. Beer was cold but flat. Service was good. But when I seen the manager making food through the window with no gloves on and his mask only covering his mouth. Then came out and ran a credit card. I left.

Nasty, I've eaten here several times. And yes it's been awhile since I've been back, because last time it was nasty too. The cauliflower wings, there was almost an inch of oil in my container. They only give you 5 florets, and they were the littlest things. They were almost covered with the oil. The Celery sticks, all 4 pieces, that they charge you for were a bit over an inch and they charge you for that too. Atleast my husbands wings were decent, and they made them to order. It's sad.

I finally caved and used Uber eats to get food delivered. Choose wings n rings. Received a burnt buns fried chicken sandwich. Dried out. Should change name to "NOT the MVP chicken sandwich"

First time here,ordered for a friend and I they got the order wrong so had to wait longer his fish and chips was tasteless,I ordered buffalo blue rings had a small amount of seasoning no blue cheese dressing they forgot it, the wings were ok dry rub was on bottom of box not on wings.!! In all fairness they were packed but as a first timer not good won't be back.

This place I wanted to like and did like for a while until they angered me time and time again when they just stopped putting Buffalo Sauce on the Buffalo chicken sandwich entirely all together although it was clearly specified time and time again that I wanted Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Nothing stating or indicating that I didn't. I'm not sure why anyone would order a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and not want Buffalo sauce on it... Towards the end when they didn't forget entirely they put just a very small amount on it also which was better but still lame. I'm getting real tired of places in general that do this kind of thing regularly dropping the ball and leaving out key items, sauces or ingredients and its not limited to just these guys. Its commonly the key thing that makes the item great or that you ordered it specifically for and were craving specifically that these places tend to leave out. All these restaurants want to charge a $25 dollar minimum for the same thing that only a few years ago used to cost $7 and sure inflation and all but with that steep price increase you better at least make sure you make the order right. Stop NOT putting Buffalo Sauce on Buffalo chicken sandwiches. When you are a restaurant that is based around Buffalo Sauce and Buffalo Wings specifically. Maybe just make a separate menu item called just a Chicken sandwich for people who I guess don't want Buffalo sauce on a Buffalo chicken sandwich when they order one from a place that specialized in Buffalo wings and Buffalo sauce if that is even a common thing? If I wanted a regular chicken sandwich without Buffalo sauce I would have just maybe got one from Chick-Fil-A or Popeyes or something like that. I started regularly checking to make sure they didn't forget the Buffalo Sauce but now I'm just over it. They also forgot the bacon the other day on it, another thing that made it great also and I'm just over it.

I placed an order for wings online about 4:30 PM. I completed the order went to select delivery turns out they don’t deliver. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I called the location. Excuse was that their location doesn’t deliver and neither do any of the ones in Modesto But all the other franchises do which I thought was a little bit ridiculous and then proceeded to place the order online and I signed up for the rewards which offered me a coupon which I tried to use at check out, and it said it did not qualify for my order so I called the location once again, and spoke to the same person which I found out was the manager, and she explained to me that that coupon does not work Online only in person or for carryout I asked if I Could place the over over the phone and give her the code once I arrive and she said yes I placed the order I show up to pick up my order. My order is wrong. There are maybe four people sitting in this establishment. It is now 5:20 PM. My re-order is complete and guess what it’s wrong again it is now 5:52 PM and I’m driving back home. I’m all for people making mistakes and not being perfect but the lack of customer service and the lack of poor management is ridiculous. I’m not sure if she really was the manager, but I sure hope not. I just moved out here and based on the reviews, I read it seemed like a good place to come eat. The food tasted good, but I will not be back due to service.

Food was absolutely horrible... ordered a shrimp basket and was a tiny bowl of dry shrimp and no dip at all for it... Absolutely dry. And I got fish fries they cooked my fish to much it was to hard to eat. Kids meals the Mac and cheese definitely don't recommend so dry and absolute no love out in to their cooking poor place to eat!!!!

How are you going to try to justify the complaint when your customer is giving you feedback? 🤯 The building was cold inside and had a very bad smell.
