The reviews is for the guy Daniel in reciving. He help me take care of me unload fast during the rush hour even that I arrive late i had problem with my truck on my way. My apointment was 2am i arrive 5am i explain Daniel to help me because i was going to miss my next load that take me back home on time for christmas with family and outside was like 30 trucks waiting.,,, If the guy did not help me i will be stuck in dallas for holiday for 2 days and not arrive for christmas with my wife and daughters. He told his workers to unloadme they unload fast they are good people. Any probkem daniel he can help and take care of you. Thank you Daniel i made it home on time fir chrstmas. God bless you brother...

Great place. My first time here. I was told my appointment was at 1am arrived here at 12:30am. However I was told they don't start until 2am. Daniel the supervisor that works in the office arrived before 2:00am and helped me get checked in as soon as he arrived as I explained to him I was told my check in time was at 1am and I had another load to go to at 3:20am. He explained to me the process in detail and was very kind to even give me his last Comcheck so I could pay the company for the lumper since I didn't know I had to bring my own checks. He also let me use his cutters to break the seal which was a life saver, and even assigned me an easy second door as I was struggling to get on number 3. Daniel brought me the paperwork outside when I was good to go so that I didnt waste no more time for my next load. They forklift drivers come in late but they were fast I was out in 25 mins max. Make sure you get here early. I was told by the drivers it gets bad on certain days and some of them have to wait for over 5 or 6 hours. I guess I got lucky. Bring your own checks too. Daniel is a great asset to the company.

I give them five stares you know I never ever seen like this company so good . Fast check in and out . The guy working @ the office he is the one understanding truck drivers how the got heard on the road and kindly person is.thank you for this company and the guy for helping drivers

First, there is no appt , it s FCFS. Check in starts at 2 AM. at01:50 am u can see 9 drivers on the line. Very fast check in. She gives dock everybody at same time. Unloading takes around 2 hours. Surely, i want to deliver here again. 4 Am was empty. Parking on street possible. But there is no parking sign. 15 trucks were on street. There was no ticket.

Check in starts at 0200, but be sure to walk in at least around 0150 to get a good spot in line. First come first serve. Rating this place four stars due to the need to blindside back into door 4. If you’re lucky to get door 4 assigned to you make sure to pull in passenger side. Then point your nose into the adjacent driveway across the street. Avoid the bollard that has already been bent several times and you should be fine to angle back and forth until aligned with door 4. Started unloading me about half an hour after docking. Finished in about 40min.

There is very limited space to move around so make sure your tandems are moved all the way forward . Before entering their property park the truck somewhere in the street and Check in Between Doors 8-9 , very friendly staff and they will usually assign you a door right away also unloading times are decent as well .No Overnight Parking.

My appointment was 4am around 2:am I got flat tire on the road I was 30ml away so when I done fix my tire I came here late around 6:15am so when I check in he said I’m late the only thing is pay $200 let fee or been rejected?? I was trying to explain what happened he didn’t care I don’t have choice I paid with my packet $200 I will never forgiveness to you guys

I unloaded there they charged me $250 because the broker booked the load wrong for the wrong door and they charged me another $250 because they rejected 16 pallets of tomatoes that there was nothing wrong with this place sucks stay away from it avoid it like it's the plague!!!!!!!
