Wienerschnitzel is one of my favorite spots. I’m one of those people keeping the chain alive. I go ever so often. But when I got hungry on the way home from mammoth I was excited to go here for some chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries. But when I bit into the chili cheese dog, they were so overcooked and crunchy. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any Wienerschnitzel. I’m hoping it was a mistake and it’s not the norm here but from what I read in the comments this particular store really lacks decorum and consistency as opposed to other locations. I saw the low rating but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. No matter how many positive reviews I read about this location there is still no excuse for getting so many complaints and similar complaints over and over. Please do better.

Staff was nice, food was good but the dining room floors and chair legs were sticky which shouldn't have been because they were only open an hour. There were atleast 3 workers, one could have cleaned the lobby. They only had 2 cars in the drive thru while i was dining inside so they definitely had time to clean.

My kids wanted some ice cream and fries from here, so we went in and I placed the order for 4 ice cream cones and fries, and the employee told us to sit and she'll bring them out to us. She was really nice, but it took them 15 minutes to give us the ice cream cones and fries... I was watching them and they kept working on drive thru orders. I had to go back up and ask her about our order and it took her another 5 minutes to get it for us. We won't be back.

My first time at this fast food chain. I ordered via door dash and got a notification that my food was ready. 15 minutes later I went in to pick up my order and it wasn't even started. (The store was empty, not at all busy.) I tried the place because I needed to use the Tesla chargers on the property. Food was good for a fast-good joint and the associate I interacted with at the front counter was polite enough about my food not being ready, but they advertise Door Dash ordering...no reason for it not to be ready 10-15 minutes after ordering with no other orders waiting.

I ordered 2 cheese burgers and a lemonade. NEVER order a lemonade, it's not what I think they serve a "strawberry lemonade" and it tastes like candy but with so much sugar that you will regret sipping it. The burger was fine, basically MacDonalds. For the servese the lemonade was fast, but for the burgers it took a while. The only reason they get orders is because the Tesla charger is close

Young lady was nice. Place was empty and restroom was nasty one had no toilet seat smelled bad hasn't been cleaned and the other was nasty trash all over seat was there but wasn't attached to bowl. Dining area hasn't been cleaned tables were dusty and sticky. Food was hot but just thrown together messy corn dogs were burnt. Chili sauce was really watered down

One person working at 8:40pm on a Friday night. Felt sorry for her. My kids were barely touching the credit card key pad when the lone worker went off on them- saying that they'd break it and told me I'd have to pay for it. We left without ordering.

Asked the employee for Chilli Cheese Fries and if that was vegetarian. Employee was not clear on communication and I had something non veg. Poor experience

Dishonest, ordered the chicago because it has tomatoes. Realized midway through eating it that it didnt have tomatoes and told them but they didnt do anything about it. Just said “ah we ran out”. They didnt communicate this at all” (Its 4pm right now). Disappointing. Please do better.

Improper food handing- cashier handled cash then went back to handle raw food without washing then cam back to continue handling food. Bathroom door locks broken, greasy floors and dirty counters, and flies eveywhere

First off, I came here maybe a month ago and it was delicious! I have no idea what happened between then and now. Service wasn't really bad but the food was ridiculous. 🙄 I can't believe I paid almost $20 for 2 burnt, all beef hot dogs, on a pretzel bun, and $2 for a pretzel bun with a "side of cheese sauce, like yu used to sell," but instead I received a cup of shredded cheese... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ How ridiculous... I'm so disappointed, 😑 Also, they didn't offer ketchup or mustard and none in the bag...
