I gave the service a one because the manager was sitting at the bar drinking and fratnizeing with the costumer at bar instead of delegating the kitchen while this was going on my waitress Ashley was was flirting with costumer rubbing on them kissing one of the costumer and while all this is happening I waited an hour for my pork chop dinner this is not how to run a restaurant aubvusely they never watch bar rescue I would fired both of them. I review restaurant all the time on a different occasion at this restaurant my waitress BRANDY WAS EXCEPTIONAL AT HER JOB she made my experience very pleasant an inviting I applied her hard work and because of that I gave her a nice tip and told her I appreciate good service so I give her BRANDY 5 stars 🌟

Usually NEVER eat at chains when traveling…but on a tired-from-traveling Sunday evening, you gets what you can. Friendly greeter, had to “sign in” for membership with private club to get a beer due to local ordinance 🤷🏻‍♂️ Beers were cold, bar tender nice. But she ended up bringing a thin t-bone vs the ribeye ordered…too hungry to wait, so ate anyway. Lot more like medium + vs medium rare😖, but, hungry… Then bill comes with the ribeye charge at +$5…… Don’t stop on a Sunday. Don’t eat at chains!

The service was good but they could use some training... Slow and didn't multitask very well. They were very polite services... The food was good. It to just seem to take a little long to get out.. went back on 9/25/23 Service was good and so was my food... it took longer than I thought it should bring that it was maybe a handful of people.. but overall God stop ..

The wait wasn't that long to be seated but the food took quite a long time. It was also a bit pricey as I ordered a side of shrimp for 4 dollars and they only gave me four shrimps. The food was quite good but I don't recommend the broccoli for the side as it was mushy and tasteless. The drinks though were quite delicious . I ordered back porch lemonade strawberry flavored and quite enjoyed it.

**Update - Advertising Francos steaks, Ribeye for $30 dollars with two sides, Steak was not cooked good, flavor was bland and looked cooked in oven. Bunch of salt and pepper and still no flavor, No bueno, i Do Not Reccomend!! Cobb salad was delicious though!!** (OLD REVIEW) This experience was a lot better than our last experience. Last time we had dinner and they served me a raw porkchop. It was purple inside and not edible. the manager came by and made it right but it was still too late. This time me and my wife went for a day lunch around 3. There was a lot less people there no wait this time everything ran a lot smoother the appetizers got out on time. my wife's Monte Cristo was good and came out nice and hot. My alfredo chicken and shrimp alfredo pasta was just average! It didn't have enough sauce at all or flavor.. beers were nice and cold and the service was good. Shrimp appetizer is delicious!

Waited 20 minutes just to be told to wait another 10-15 minutes for nothing. I just wanted to have a few drinks and that’s it. They still wouldn’t accommodate me, but any other person that walked thru the door was seated! Sorry I didn’t meet your color code for service apparently.

Not worth the money. The "slow-braised beef short ribs" were not short ribs at all, and not braised. There was a surprising lack of gravy on the mashed potatoes. The broccoli sauté was raw. The sweet corn wasn't sweet at all because it had been cooked for far too long. The strawberry cheese cake was white chocolate cheese cake with a decent strawberry sauce, but the pairing was bad. Waitress needs to use her brain more often, and not ignore the single diners. Rather disappointing all-in-all.

Well id like to tell you how the food was but I never got it. My husband and sons meals came out, but mine never did. Midway thru their meals the soda machine broke, so for most the meal we didn't even have drinks. Finally had to ask for Tea so son could have something to drink to wash down his food. My meal finally came out as we were leaving, we were there for an hour. Disappointed is an understatement.

I had chicken strip dinner with fries, slaw. The chicken was over cooked and tough. They forgot to give me my slaw and by the time the waitress came back I was finished and never said anything. Save your money and go to the gas station for better chicken strips and service. I won’t be back.

Both hostesses were annoyed watching my party come inside. We were trying to celebrate my two year old’s birthday and had a party of 10. We were told they had no place for us to sit as I was watching two big groups finishing. We asked how long it would be for a wait and we’re just told “I don’t know”. It wasn’t a matter of them being too busy or not having space, it was a matter of not wanting to deal with a sizable party. Really rude.

Don't order the Chicken Fried Steak! It was fried so hard I had to get my grandson to cut it up for me. The meat didn't have much taste to it. My husband's was tough and hard to chew. Our server was very good and attentive. If I ever go back I won't order it again.

I don’t know where to start, I am a truck driver just finished my shift looking for some good food. I spoke with three different associates that work there and stress please no pork and that I cannot eat pork. I ordered the Cobb salad I was happy there was no pork. Might be my fault but I didn’t check my other order until this morning which was going to be my breakfast. I order the well done steak mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts this to was supposed to be no pork. I go to eat my meal in the morning Brussels sprouts are loaded with pork and the steak was pink. I am highly disappointed.
