I had surgery by Dr. Trecci for a bunion. I highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon. He's courteous, empathetic, and open to discussion. He's highly competent and knowledgeable, and uses cutting-edge techniques. He's a truly compassionate professional, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. A special thanks also goes to the aesthetician Roberta, an excellent professional, whom I met in the operating room. She was wonderful and helped me, with a smile, overcome a moment when I was scared and worried. Top!

My daughter was admitted to the pediatric ward for stomach problems. The staff was very kind and understanding. If she wasn't hungry, they would save her lunch for later, allowing her to bring her own food or get it from the cafeteria. Every need was taken care of, and they even let her go for walks around the hospital. The playroom was enormous, to say the least! With a fridge and microwave, and painted walls.

I must thank the doctors and nurses at the Mondovì Emergency Department. I brought my 83-year-old mother for tachycardia and high blood pressure. Upon examination, Dr. Giuseppe Maucioni immediately identified the problem. She was then kept for 24 hours for tests and subjected to multiple checkups. We didn't encounter a single, and I repeat, single, grumpy or angry person, despite occasionally managing more serious cases at the same time. Thanks to nurse Alessandro M. for his patience and smiles, as well as to young Gabriele. We found competence, professionalism, and above all, humanity.

I would like to thank ALL the healthcare staff in the Emergency Department of this hospital for the professionalism, punctuality, precision, and above all, the compassion with which my 91-year-old mother was welcomed, observed, treated, and cared for after an accidental fall. The doctors and nurses were always available to listen and understand the patient's and her family's concerns, striving to collaborate as best they could for the best. It's not easy to find such care, availability, and empathy... Healthcare workers often work in difficult conditions, overexposed, understaffed, and with hours that exceed their capabilities. Therefore, it is even more appreciable to see such positive attitudes, which certainly deserve public praise. Thank you!

Over the last few years, I have been hospitalized in many cities such as Cuneo, Alba, Pisa, Milan, Turin, Aosta...but this was the best. I underwent surgery in cardiology. Doctor Menardi Endry and his team operated on me. They were exceptional. Professor Menardi is, first and foremost, a helpful and special person. He listens to you and gives you answers to reassure you while remaining super professional. He is very empathetic. And I am super happy to have met him. He SOLVED a problem I had in Milan, in a renowned hospital that was supposed to be the best in Italy for my illness😡 Thanks to him, it was resolved for the best...But the entire cardiology department deserves my recognition. Thank you for everyone's professionalism...from the head physician to all the doctors in the department, to the head nurse, to the nurses, to the Amos and last but not least to the cleaners. Truly, almost like being at home. Always a kind word, a smile, and kindness. I never felt like a burden or a number. It's really hard to find a hospital like this these days... they're truly good... I recommend, if you unfortunately need it, to find a doctor like Menardi and a department and team like this cardiology one...

I just had an eye exam with Dr. Trisciuzzi and left feeling dissatisfied. In all my years of eye exams, I've never had one done so quickly. It lasted 10 minutes. Whoever the eye doctor was, they always had me wear hospital glasses and always tested my lenses to see which prescription I see best with, and they always measured my field of vision. Today, nothing. I'm truly shocked. It's true that depending on who you meet, the exams are more or less satisfactory. I won't add anything else because I'm truly speechless.

I fall down at the area watting for scan my baby beacause there is no fresh air ( they can open windown but i dont know why they did not do. Now its spring , sun sine) . A group people come and help me breath , they bring me to other place, infront the scaning room baby. Infact that place really more fresh and i feel better very fast . I would like say thanks too much to them . My husband and me explain that i need only fresh air , thats it. Then the emergency group bring me to emergency room . They check my heart, my breath , and put tool to take blood on my hand ( but not yet take blood) Then i have to wait . after 30 minutes , i feel no fresh air that room , i start again can not breath , i just would like come back the room scaning baby area , take turn scaning and come back home rest early ( there is fresh air better for me) . the important with me is the fresh air. We try to explain to the nurse , but she said i can not move need to wait doctor . And a woman 8 months pregnancy like me have to wait 3 hours with: no breath well, tired, hungry ( no lunch) . when my turn meet doctor and take blood , i decided: dont listen to them anymore. Only me can rescue by myself . When i go to the scaning room baby ( already around 3h30pm). Nobody . We met the doctmakebthen doctor said wait. Ok. Then 40 minutes more. Then " sorry, now can not scan baby for you". I feel very bad about my spirit , my body, my health whole day until during night . Look like , this hospital save people but then also can make people no breath on the floor. I would Recommend any people come here , should not base on doctor and nurse 100% ( belive but depend which sittuation). They just support , not well supper care . Need to decide by yourself . just only you understand what you need. THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE LIFE IS YOU !

Mondovì Hospital generally offers good services and adequate facilities, but my experience with Dr. Antonia Novelli was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. When I visited the Emergency Room following a miscarriage and a deterioration in my physical and emotional state, I was examined in a cursory and incomplete manner: the examination was limited to a simple ultrasound, without any consideration of my mental state or the intense pain I was experiencing at the time. Furthermore, I was not issued the INPS medical certificate required for work purposes. The doctor demonstrated an attitude devoid of empathy and completely disconnected from the delicate nature of the situation, making judgments about my condition without a genuine clinical assessment. Such behavior, especially from a professional in such a delicate context, is unacceptable and seriously substandard in terms of care and respect for the patient. I sincerely hope the hospital will take action to ensure no other patient has to endure such treatment. The hospital as a whole remains sound, but Dr. Novelli's behavior is a serious warning sign.
