I had to pick my dominos pizza order today and was kinda chaos and busy when i got there but what caught my attention was the young lady in the front cashier who did a great job handling the stress and provided an excellent customer service. She said her name is Kahea. It's not easy dealing with people nowadays especially if some are not so pleasant sometimes due to circumstances too. But all I could say that she handled the situation soo well and she was able to acknowledge and follow up with everyones order who were waiting. In the middle of busyness and chaos around her she was still able to manage to stay calm, smile (which she has a beautiful smile!) and was able to show a pleasant attitude and treat everyone (customers and coworkers) with kindness, patience, and respect. Excellent customer service always makes a difference. So thank you Kahea (in Dominos Monroe location) for working so hard, for your pleasant attitude and excellent customer service! Dominos is blessed to have you as their employee. Keep up your great attitude and I believe you'll go far in life. Thank you Dominos too for the dinner and for all the hard working staffs!

Customer Service was outstanding when I questioned the total price of my order. The manager was very patient with me. The thin crust is better than Little Cesar's, but not perfect. The Cinnamon Sticks are OUTSTANDINGLY good!!! I ate them all first, no regrets!!!

These guys are the best example of what customer service should be. There was a small mistake with our order and they went above and beyond to make it right. The driver came back with the correct pizza in no time. It's appreciated so much! We'll definitely be ordering from there again.

I love Bagel Boys. No complaints with anything I have ever ordered, the food is always good, bagels and rolls always fresh. Today I ordered something new to my palate ! A Park Avenue or Ave it is called. Forgive my lost thoughts lol.

Amazing bacon egg and cheeses and great bagels. I've been coming here for a few years, and it never disappoints. My only complaint is that they don't have a breakfast and lunch menu available online. It would be really handy for ordering ahead.

Good breakfast sandwiches! And they are $7! I think the cold cut sandwiches are a little over priced at $11. Unfortunately not the most friendly staff, perhaps others have had different experiences but to me they aren’t very friendly. I order ahead solely so I don’t have to speak to the staff much when I arrive. And it’s a small place so it gets full and cramped very quickly.

I love Domino's, but the Monroe Dom's has decided to stop providing napkins- which I think is ridiculous. Who ever heard of a food vendor that refuses to provide napkins? And pizza is messy! Boo, Monroe Domino's. Please walk this policy back.

There is an app for that! Yeah? Well, pardon me, my phone does not have the memory 🙃 nor do I have the technical wherewithal to have every app on my smartphone. To their credit, the Dominoes customers that ordered via their apps or online picked up their orders immediately and seamlessly. Still, having ordered in person and not ordered online or through the app, it was a really short wait. The pizza was good. The only thing I didn't like was that the prices were not on the menu. In fact, the cashier couldn't tell you how much an item costs without ringing you up for it. What the heck? Call me cheap, but I have decided not to get things based on cost. Prices is information I would like before ordering. Still, a decent pizza for the price that I found out about later.

My dungeons and dragons group would come here every week a few years back and they were always so friendly with great food. Went back today with excitement to show my fiancé. The staff was rude, messed up our order and the egg sandwiches were soggy with the bagel being undercooked. Not sure what happened to this place but it isn't what it used to be.

I’m not expecting a lot when ordering from here. But if I order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese, why do I get a thin crust without pepperoni and just olives on it.

Busy day. Understood. But didn't notice any serious risk management here. Didn't feel any urgency in action from crews. Huge issue on est.time of the app. It's the corp issue. That issue alone could makes a whole business very risky. I would not be excited to go back.

Previously, we had been pleasantly surprised by how good the hand-toss crust was (nice garlic taste), so we ordered 3 awhile ago.It was a very busy day and a much longer wait than usual, to pick up our order. All three of the pizzas were blah and not what we had previously. Now, we're hesitant to try again. We literally had a bad taste in our mouth. Tried AGAIN and after a longer wait than normal, they gave me the wrong pizza. After getting correct pizza it was fine. The next time one pizza was again the wrong pizza. It seems that the $9.99 special with all the toppings you want are really whatever toppings they want to give you. VERY disappointing.

Usually pretty good delivery times. Tonight I've waited 3 hours for my pizza. I understand being short staffed and busy, but holy hell this is RIDICULOUS. Id appreciate a warning on the app or at least a call about wait times.

Usually the pizza that I get here always turns out great and tastes amazing so I was surprised when I picked my pizza up on October 16th 2024 and got home with it I was very disappointed to see the gigantic bubbles that had formed over basically half of the pizza surface..... I'm not sure if this was due to the fact that I was using one of my free emergency pizza offers on the website and that had something to do with it since I technically wasn't paying for the pizza, but I've gotten emergency pizzas from this location before and they all turned out perfectly fine so definitely wasn't happy with the quality of my pizza. The large portion of the pizza that had the bubbles on it basically had no toppings and was completely hollow inside. So basically half of my pizza was just crispy hollow dough...

We used to really like domino's! But the quality has gone down. The inner crust, no matter what you order, tends to be cracker thin. The outer crust is still seasoned and good but the rest of the pizza lacks substance. The quality and quantity of the toppings has diminished too. The parmasean bread bites are still great though! For this I give 2 stars. My favorite item at a pizza joint should be the pizza, not a side. I hope that this location improves their quality to what it used to be.

We ordered a pizza, lava cake, 2 carbonaras and sauce. The pizza was smashed and smeared on the top of the box. We scraped the topping off the box to eat some of the pizza. We also didn't get the sauces we ordered or the icing for the cakes. So we called and gave them all of our info and they said they couldn’t look us up even though we order from there pretty often. The guy who answered the phone was super rude and didn’t care to help us with anything. Mono tone and wasn’t asking questions or offering ideas on how to help. We hung up and looked for our order number and called back. A polite girl answered thankfully! She said they would make us a new pizza and also bring us our sauces and frosting. As you can see, they cut our pizza into little pieces and it took about an hour and a half to bring us the stuff they didn’t bring the first time.. funny kids.

I placed my order but when I got my order it was wrong. The woman who took my order, got annoyed but she didn’t even repeat my order to confirm what I said. She fixed my order with an attitude and then I asked for my bagel plain instead because it would take too long to be toasted, she legit just threw it into my bag. The roll was more mayo than anything else, when I said light mayo. Clearly ignored me. Rude and gross behavior, not my fault you messed up! The place wasn’t even packed for this nonsense!

they consistently get me and my partners order wrong so often we stopped coming. once or twice is of course understandable especially when busy. however we have gotten our orders wrong every single time we've ordered consistently for two years at least. and it's why we never come back. and by the feedback they give customers on here it looks like they'll just blame me, the customer. I'll simply be taking my patronage elsewhere from here on out.

Over priced! $5.75 forONE toasted Asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese. Wont be back. Will stick to Jessies bagels.

unfortunately the service has gotten so poor over the years, orders wrong all the time I'm just simply not returning. there are better bagel shops in the area that can get your order right consistently.

inferior quality. bagel so so. cream cheese low quality, lowfat flavor & slightly sour. bought the cheese danish. also disappointing. the "pastry" tasted more like bread and the cheese was blah. this is what happens when you use cheap ingredients.

This place is over charging big time. Last time I come here. $25 for two bagels with ham and cheese with nothing else. Never again! And your excuse is other places would charge $30 for two bagels!🤣 Clown! You just lost a daily customer. Good job

They never get the order right!!! There’s always some mistake every time. they are just are so slow and service is horrible . there’s this one guy who says “EWWW” all the time after you tell him how you want your sandwich. He always ask “why you want all that in a sandwhich?” Like have you ever learned Etiquette in food service?? Who says EW? Someone needs to fire this guy. His attitude and rudeness is beyond belief. Never coming back!

Bad service, gave me the wrong order and this isn’t the first time this happens, first they burned my bagel and still gave it to me as if I wouldn’t have checked then when I decide to give them another chance a year later, ordered a bacon egg and cheese, literally no bacon but I get charged for it?? Wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Absolutely ridiculous 0 stars.

I am in shock I just paid $60 for two thin crust pizzas and and got two card board crust pizzas that the least amount of toppings possible. The pizza at 7-11 is better avoid dominos they have turned into a rip off

Twice now I have ordered for pick up and have shown up well past the ready time and the pizzas haven't even been started. I've been told that I should've called both times before arriving and given 1-2 hour wait times. I can't imagine that this store will survive. Time to find a different pizza place.
